  • Today we are powering through an upper body workout designed to tone and strengthen the arms, shoulders, chest and back. These upper body exercises can be completed from home with a set of dumbbells - so grab those weights and follow along!

    This was great! Right to business. No chit chat, no stopping, just straight working out. I love it! Also, thank you for the breaks in between. I didn't feel like I had to rush to the next position.

    Thank you for this awesome workout Heather...I've just completed it and I am sweating bullets. This workout looks easy but it is deceptive...it targets your back, shoulders, triceps and biceps 💪🏾. I'm definitely gonna feel this tomorrow😓😫. I truly appreciate the tireless efforts you make to compile and record these workouts, as not all of us can afford gym memberships or feel confident enough to go to the gym. Keep 'em coming Heather.       im starting my journey of strength training at home for weight loss, not sure what your fitness goals were & if they were weight loss/gain/muscle building, but wanted to ask what ur results were like after the month in case u did any measuring.

    Your workouts are sooo good! I've been doing your workouts 5x week for almost 2 months and I can say every one of them has helped me feel stronger! I injured my wrist 3 months ago, and I can't do push up yet, but I love that there is so much variety I can choose from and I can see that I've built lean muscle. I am excited every morning because of your workouts. Thank you.

    Thank you so much! I’m so upset I’ve been living under a rock and didn’t know you did monthly workout calendars. So I’m starting September late so I guess it’ll be a sept/oct calendar for me.     I love this workout so much. I lost 28 kgs following your workouts in a matter of 11 months (for my wedding was around the corner). It’s been a year since my wedding now and I’ve gained 18 kgs back. But today I decided to start working out again and instantly this was the first workout I wanted to do.

    I actually love ur workouts. Especially coz you notify us only when the workout is done. That makes me realise that the workout is done now. Others have countdown which makes me give up when the countdown sound starts. But u make me complete every workout. Thank u so much!!!❤️

    Thanks Heather! I needed an alternative to my normal routine and you have become my go to for home workouts. Could my make a request to have some contrast for the countdown timer? I have a hard time seeing the white numbers w/ the white background though the sound effect definitely helps! Keep doing what you are doing!!!

    I really enjoyed it but I had to modify some of the moves. I wasn't expecting high impact exercises in an upper body workout and was not wearing my high impact sports bra. Trust me, when you have D cups you want your high impact sports bra!

    I like this upper body. I added some more chest to hit all upper. My arms are sore. hR 128 Calories over 100. Now to Legs Lean & Tone to complete a total body strength workout. Thanks heather ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼👏🏼😰
