    Most people have apps and you have to pay for them, some of us don’t have gym memberships for various reasons plus they are closed anyway, you don’t have to put these workouts up here for free but you do and they are so helpful I think everybody can agree these are really great workouts thank you Heather for helping me reach my goals 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    Yay! Finally low impact! Heather, please make an hour long intense low impact! Nothing on RUclips like that. I have knee issues but I’m strong and need something intense to burn fat.

      Yes, please do Heather. I had a previous surgery on my feet and I can't do a lot of jumping but I would a more intense low impact workout.

      MadFit has some super intense low impact ones that you could use for some variety!

    One suggestion: In general the no talking is perfect but for me the exception is the cool down. It's hard to relax and stretch while looking up to see the next position. Some voice prompts would help. Thank you so much. Your workouts are a gift.

    Heather, I just want you to know how much I APPRECIATE you and love all the challenging workouts you do for us!     I live in an apt. With downstairs neighbors... And have a 4 year old so I'm tight on time...this is exactly the kind of low impact HIITS I need..pleaseeeeee do more. Love your beautiful energy as always!!!

    This low impact program has been so good for me! I have never stuck to a workout program for as long as I have this one! I actually look forward to doing the work outs from this program! I think I will do another round with heavier weights and push even harder.

    Thank You! I am 64 and trying to get stronger for my daughter and grandkids and of course to enjoy life. This was a perfect amount for me, I can make some adjustments for what I can do and still get a good sweat. Your generous gift is so appreciated. Sending love and light .     Omg!! I loved the little bells cues for the cool down. Thats honestly a time where we are in positions where its hard to see if you switched to another move of the other side. Those bells are a game changer. You're the first person I know to use them and I am so appreciative.

    I love it when you add in a low impact workout. I tore my meniscus so jumping is a no go for me. I still do your other workouts with modifications, but its so nice when I can do the entire work out with you!!!

    For those concerned about the lack of warmup, I think you can do your own 1-2min warmup before you start this video. Same for cool down/stretching. If you need it timed or guided, you can simply play one of the previous videos that have warmup sessions, then come back to this one for the workout.

    I consider myself to be very fit and struggle to find workout videos that challenge me to the point where I want to quit, but boy am I so glad I found you Heather! Your workouts are amazing, hard, sweaty, fun, the sequences and countdowns and music, I'm hooked! This workout I did thinking it would be an "easy" one and it is literally one of the hardest to get through! THANK YOU

    I enjoyed the workout I did it along with a 10 minute leg workout and burned 248 calories which is not bad. Since I did all low impact today, I did not feel like working out but felt like moving my body.

    I have completed other workouts on youtube with Heather Roberston and this once is my fave! Amazing workout, love the music and sweated loads. I found it very challenging (the press up part!) at first but doing it every day has made me stronger and easier to do! I wouldn't have discovered this if I wasn't self isolating Thank you Heather you are amazing!

    Love the low impact! Form is important. You can do it slower or break down a complex movement into its parts. Over time, you will get stronger.

    This was perfect for me today! I work out hard with HIIT classes whenever I can ... but some chronic health stuff gets in the way sometimes. I always wished that someone would invent a no-impact HIIT for my bad days. Love this and thank you for it and ALL of your amazing content.

    This short 20 min of weighted HIIT really gets you sweating. Active cal 185 and sweaty sweaty! I used 10/15 lb db sets and single 20.

    omg thank you so much for that upper body focused hit workout!!! after spending so much time doing a lot of Tabata and hiit workouts I somehow handled to hurt my ankle so I was kinda desperate for a workout like this until im fully able to move and jump again! love it! keep going!!

    Please always give us a warmup before. So grateful for your videos I have toned up and shed a few kilos in the process. Gyms are all closed and I love casting your work outs to my big screen tv. I will never return to the gym. 🙏🏽
