Yay! Finally low impact! Heather, please make an hour long intense low impact! Nothing on RUclips like that. I have knee issues but I’m strong and need something intense to burn fat.
One suggestion: In general the no talking is perfect but for me the exception is the cool down. It's hard to relax and stretch while looking up to see the next position. Some voice prompts would help. Thank you so much. Your workouts are a gift.

This low impact program has been so good for me! I have never stuck to a workout program for as long as I have this one! I actually look forward to doing the work outs from this program! I think I will do another round with heavier weights and push even harder.

Omg!! I loved the little bells cues for the cool down. Thats honestly a time where we are in positions where its hard to see if you switched to another move of the other side. Those bells are a game changer. You're the first person I know to use them and I am so appreciative.
I love it when you add in a low impact workout. I tore my meniscus so jumping is a no go for me. I still do your other workouts with modifications, but its so nice when I can do the entire work out with you!!!

I enjoyed the workout I did it along with a 10 minute leg workout and burned 248 calories which is not bad. Since I did all low impact today, I did not feel like working out but felt like moving my body.

I have completed other workouts on youtube with Heather Roberston and this once is my fave! Amazing workout, love the music and sweated loads. I found it very challenging (the press up part!) at first but doing it every day has made me stronger and easier to do! This was perfect for me today! I work out hard with HIIT classes whenever I can ... but some chronic health stuff gets in the way sometimes. I always wished that someone would invent a no-impact HIIT for my bad days. Love this and thank you for it and ALL of your amazing content.

Yes, please do Heather. I had a previous surgery on my feet and I can't do a lot of jumping but I would a more intense low impact workout.

Love the low impact! Form is important. You can do it slower or break down a complex movement into its parts. Over time, you will get stronger.

This short 20 min of weighted HIIT really gets you sweating. Active cal 185 and sweaty sweaty! I used 10/15 lb db sets and single 20.
This was the perfect workout for a busy day!
