    Yes! I am crunched for time today and was so pumped to see you posted a new 20 min total body! I am sure I’m not the only one who feels like you make it possible for some of us to stay in shape when it’s hard to find the time!

    My fall was crazy!! So unfortunately I got out of the routine of working out! 3 months later I am easing back in and your 20 minute workouts have been wonderful for getting my butt back into gear!!! 🎉

    WOW.used my 12,5KG and 7,5KGS except on the one fly I used 5KG.Now for the 10 minute Cardio.Thanks Heather!!!
