Usually what draws me to an instructor is their energy and the personality they show through their chatter, but I find these videos refreshing and easy to follow. I can mute them and work out to my own music (I prefer classic rock and hip hop) without missing anything being said because you don't speak during, and I still get in a great workout.

I'm one of the "repeater haters" lol, but this one was better! There is something about doing all 4 sets for a single move before moving on (versus 4 sets of a multiple move set) that made the repetition not only more palatable but, dare I say, enjoyable? With each set I could feel my muscles fatigue and there was enjoyment in pushing through the fatigue. Thank you so much Heather for all your great workouts. You're my go to girl!

One of the best things about Heather's workouts is the massive variety of the workouts. I deeply appreciate this Low Impact Series because High Impact Workouts place to much stress on my body. Doing four sets of the same exercise before moving to the next one seemed more challenging to me, and surprisingly, was not boring at all. I love that you do for us, Heather. Thank you for all that you do.

I rarely comment but I have to say this. I did this workout when I first started working out (about a month ago or so) and I remember I was shaking so bad. Today I did it and I thought it was short and easy. My body is getting stronger and more used to working out. Thank you for your workouts they are definetly my favorite

YESSS thank you, I really appreciate this type of workout! As far as repetition goes, I am much happier getting the exercise over with by doing super sets versus coming back to the beginning and repeating the whole routine over again. I usually quit after the 2nd go around, I just get bored.

this is one of my fave strength routines, Heather!! 🔥i’m so thankful for it.✨ the best thing about the repeats of each movement is being able to assess form, whether to increase or decrease weight, slow down or speed up, or try a variation of the move in following rounds {or the next time you do the workout!} there are so many ways to approach it ~ it also goes by so fast! this is an excellent workout!! 💞

Alisa Vitti talks about how because womens hormones are very different than men we should be working out differently in each phase of our cycle to optimize health and hormone balance. She says to do more strength training during the luteal (post ovulation) until your period comes and to avoid HIIT and cardio and to save that to the follicular (pre ovulation phase) of the cycle. So today I looked for strength and loved this class. Thanks!

    Hi all!
Has anyone tried this workout long term?
Since December (except Xmas period😓)I'm doing it every morning before work and for the first time I can see my bicep's growth😳😳😳Since this week I have added 10 mins flat abs workout as well as I'm looking for more defined and stronger abs.
I would love to see similar workout from Heather Robertson just to change my workout routine from time to time as this workout(in this format) seems to be the only one that she has posted.
Can anyone share their results? And weights you're using?
    I'm using 7kg kettlebell,7kg dumbbells and 4 kg dumbbells.
Heather I'm a big fan!Working out with you since last year! You are the best! Thanks for your hard work!

Hi Heather. I just finished your 12 week workout … for the third time! My adult kids told me about this workout during spring 2020 when we were all home together at the start of COVID. They think I’m crazy because I’m still at it, but, seriously, I have gotten so much out of these work-outs. First of all, rather than gaining weight like many did during COVID, I’m fitter and more confident in my skin than I’ve ever been. That feels really good. Secondly, as a health care provider, this physical outlet has helped me work through some pretty serious work-related stress. Also, as I’m entering into perimenopause (which is seriously no joke, girls!) these workouts have helped keep my mind sharp. I think I’ve had fewer migraines, and when I get them they seem to be milder. My balance and coordination is better. And my core strength has improved so much that I no longer have trouble with the incontinence I’ve been living with for the past 18 years following the pretty traumatic birth of my son. So, here’s a very belated but heartfelt thank you, for all you’ve done to improve my life this past year. I still can’t do push-ups like you do (?!?!?!?) … and I’m thinking I need to move on to a new program now to preserve my sanity.…. But I truly feel a huge amount of gratitude for you and the free program you put out into the world for me to find. Do you have a new 12 week program in the works? Pretty please?

Great workout! Would love more of the 25-30 minute full body strength. I can’t do HIIT or high intensity cardio for health reasons, but these kid of workouts are so helpful.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE the music!! I work from home and played it through while working on my computer just for the music (and about to actually do the workout here shortly)! 😁

This is my Fav. Friday afternoon (after work) workout.

What can I say? I'm 22, 93kg and 1,60m ...so you can imagine how hard is for me to handle my onw weight.
But this challenge was so inspiring and great! I wouldn't able to finish all exercises, but I won't give up.
    Kiss from Brazil! 🇧🇷
