    Another great one Heather. I love to see a kettlebell workout. I don't think you have done one in awhile. Also a back a triceps would be lovely. Also I would love when using varying dumbbells' if you could put weights on screen. With the black background and black weights it's hard to see when you are transitioning. Thanks so much!!

    Yeesss, love my supersets 🦸‍♀💚
    I did a similar workout by another yt trainer just yesterday & yes, usually switch up workout types & muscle groups more, but I REALLY wanted this one today!
    Of course the repetition goes deeper into the muscle, but also, to me it can be almost meditative, really getting into the movement!

    How Heather always manages to squeeze such quality in a short amount of time is beyond me. I love that this was three sets too. By the third I definitely felt the muscles working.

    Happy Monday Heather! Thank you for another great 25-minute workout! During the week, I don't have much time between when I get home from work and bedtime, so I enjoy 25 or 30-minute full body, Metcon, or strength supersets workouts. That way, I can work on everything 🙂n a shorter period of time. As always, I appreciate you! Have a great week!

    I have been making excuses for the past weeks, I was feeling very low and today I decided to do this workout again but late night and was the best thing ever. I feel rejuvenated.     Dear Heather I'm doing the 3.0 training program and thank you so much because I solved my overtraining problem, without a guide like you, who are the best personal trainer in the world, I organized the workouts by myself with bad results! after 3.0 i will follow your monthly plans waiting for 4.0!     Thank you for high quality level of workouts you put on RUclips. I've been working out with you since March of 2020 and I have more strength, power and flexibility now at 58 than I ever felt before. Workout suggestion: I recently went back through your library and did a killer glute hamstring workout on the stability ball. It definitely recruits a different type of muscle coordination with the added balance factor. I definitely felt it the next day. Would love to see a new workout around the stability ball in the future.

    OMG this workout was absolutely amazing and powerful. Lifting heavier and nailed it.. 25 minutes and done. We need more of these 25 minutes and hardio it is not......no cardio made it perfect. Thank you dear Heather🥰🥰
