Thank you for high quality level of workouts you put on RUclips. I've been working out with you since March of 2020 and I have more strength, power and flexibility now at 58 than I ever felt before. Workout suggestion: I recently went back through your library and did a killer glute hamstring workout on the stability ball. It definitely recruits a different type of muscle coordination with the added balance factor. I definitely felt it the next day. Would love to see a new workout around the stability ball in the future.
Love this video, thank you girl. It’s a little different doing a video with a baby crawling all over you, or walking holding on to or trying to grab the weights. But, I’m managing. Any other mamas out there. You got it!!! Don’t give up!
OMG this workout was absolutely amazing and powerful. Lifting heavier and nailed it.. 25 minutes and done. We need more of these 25 minutes and hardio it is not......no cardio made it perfect. Thank you dear Heather🥰🥰

Yeesss, love my supersets 🦸♀💚 I did a similar workout by another yt trainer just yesterday & yes, usually switch up workout types & muscle groups more, but I REALLY wanted this one today! Of course the repetition goes deeper into the muscle, but also, to me it can be almost meditative, really getting into the movement! Thanks Heather! 💫🍀
