I guess I'm used to your 45 minute slots because as it ended I was just getting to my push harder phase! Amazing progress can be made simply doing these programs consistently. I remember when a 30 minute strength could knock me flat out. So whomever is there, know your level up is coming, you just have to push through! Heather is hands down my favorite trainer on RUclips for Strength! 💜💯💥

Omg, this workout was absolutely BRUTAL! I was so sore and sweaty afterwards. Also, I really love that all of these workouts in the series are 30ish mins. I don't like long workouts!

Awesome! The compound movements are so challenging - I love it. Those overhead carry lunges at the end were killer! I felt like I was in lamaze class, breathing through the pain!

Ugh! 7-11-24 Like the 2 rounds, 3 sets each and love the lack of ads popping up this time around 8-29-24 TOUGH one! 11-1-24

i dont know why because when i first watched this video i have expected an easier workout but even without jumping and "only" 40 seconds exercise i sweated so much and it felt like a really tough workout :D Really loved it, thank you so much! Are there some explanations why this feels more exhausting than some other workouts with way more "cardio" aspects etc..? I am really interested.
What a great challenge with those compound moves and 3 rounds - feeling the burn!! Combined it with your 10' cardio kickboxing daily 10 workout and was drenched by the end! (burned at least 273 cals on my fitbit)
omg I went into this thinking it was gonna be a breeze for me! But this was deceptively hard, exceptionally sweaty but really fun. The sense of achievement felt after finishing these workouts is unparalleled! Thank you so much for these awesome worjouts Heather
