Caroline, I appreciate you so much! 😊 Today my family and I are celebrating Thanksgiving in Canada. I was talking to my Mom about you today. I unexpectedly started bawling talking about how much your generosity has saved my life. She suggested I post a comment and tell you this. I have never posted a comment on anything ever! Though I am not sure you will ever see this, I am sure many here can relate! For anyone interested, here is my story: Last year I found out I had a giant ovarian cyst, the size of a small watermelon (I am only 4’11” and 98lbs!). It turned out to be non cancerous, thank goodness. However, it kicked me in the butt and I took a good hard look at my lifestyle choices. I was SEVERELY stressed, with horribly anxiety and depression. I was not sleeping, no exercise, chronic headaches and in constant pain. I have always been naturally lean and muscular. So I never worked out.. After my diagnosis, I decided I needed to take care of my body. Eating healthier and I also decided to start working out to prepare for an open surgery. I could not afford a gym membership. So, I dabbled a bit on RUclips and eventually, I found Caroline and completely fell in love with her training. One year later - I have completely transformed. I don’t even care what I look like- I feel amazing. No more pain. No more headaches. No more anxiety. My cyst has actually shrunk! I may be able to get a less invasive surgery when the time comes! (: Caroline, just want to say how much I appreciate everything you do. Though you may not know us personally, you have such a profound effect on your fans. I feel like a loser but I tear up just thinking about it. Getting up at 4-5am to work out before work/getting kids up for school. You were there through it all. The ups the downs. The first tricep push up. The time I literally cried during a wall sit. Dying trying to get one more rep, look up and see you also dying, but smiling and I laugh too and try again. You are the best! I have started my own little workout club thanks to this video. My doc told me to find a workout I could do everyday and this is it. Been doing it for three months five days a week and my girlfriends all got jealous of my new muscles so they are doing this workout now too! Excited to try more. Down almost 20 lbs and there’s no stopping me now!! Thank you Caroline!! And the comments helped convince me to try it so thanks to all who love Caroline and commented about this workout.
I have absolutely been loving her workouts!! I was wondering if anyone else gained a couple pounds when first starting?? I started two weeks ago and I used to just run. Now since I have incorporated these workouts I’ve actually gained a few pounds 😮 any ideas?
It's most likely muscle weight, which makes sense bc you are working out your muscles so you're going to gain muscle. Nothing to worry about!@@riseandthrive854

Hi Caroline, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoy working out with you every morning and how great we feel. My wife and I have been working out our entire lives. We're in our 60's now and we're no strangers to working out. We've both been training with weights, kettle bells, calisthenics and lot's of walking just about every day. My wife's a long time dancer and I've been trainiing in martial arts for over 25 years.. Sheri, my wife authored a book called Mama Knows Fitness which is all about kettle bells. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your knowledge, your experience and these great training videos. Just a youtube search of kettlebell workout and Caroline was the first video. I clicked and for 3 days straight I've done only these workouts. I've been working out for 10 years doing Jillian Michaels, fiton app, and a bunch of others and Caroline is by far the best. I needed a good at home work for days I'm not at the gym and these are it!!! Very pleased and love the burn. Thank you for these!!!!

It was genuinely awesome to see a notification for your channel. You’ve put in so much hard work, I figured you were done creating content (which would be completely understandable!). And yet you posted another high quality workout. Your workouts aren’t comparable to any others, whether home workouts or from coaches in the gym. I have done a TON of online workouts, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE all of yours! Especially that you don't talk through the whole thing, but you definitely show how to do the exercise. Due to breathing issues, I am not allowed to do more than 20-30 min of any exercise, and I'm definitely not allowed to do any cardio so these 20min full body weight lifting posts are PERFECT! Have been doing it for 1.5 months without any strict diet.I just limited my junk food only 2 times a week or max 3 times 😂 with 5k steps and clearly can see a great difference even my friends and family too can see so yes it is a great workout ❤

I had been following Caroline for two years and halfway through fuel I became pregnant and the first trimester set me back and I lost so much of the gains I worked so hard for. This was my first workout back at 12 weeks and I completed it all (albeit slowly) and I’m so proud of myself! I’m excited to finish this pregnancy with Caroline, safely of course, and have a fit and healthy delivery ❤ thanks for the past two years and years to come Caroline! Can’t wait for the app!

Full Body Dumbbell workouts are my favourite! I could feel that I was working hard, but not over stressing my body. This was a beautiful full body, sculpting workout 💪💙. I only wish there were more 20-something minute workouts like this one. Thank you so much Caroline!

ohhhh! this gets better and better as you do it again and again. I first did it last Friday, last week. I thought I was gonna die by the end of it. I used 10kg dumbbells. I challenged myself to do it again after two days, opting for much lighter workouts in between (Still Caroline’s workouts). Then I did it last Monday. it got better. I was able to finish it and it felt better than the last time. then I did it today, Thursday, and i was not out of breathe by the end of it. I really love Caroline’s regimen. Its always Intensity and Quality more than Quantity of reps. I started this 2023 At 80kg. The lowest I hit because of her workout and LCIF is 66kg. Thank you! Hoping to end this year with 60kg.

She absolutely is doing a marketing move. Why else would she trademark "CGX" if she isn't planning to put out some sort of product? And that's great that she shared so many workouts but you know who else did that? Literally every fitness influencer on youtube. You're saying it as if she's doing you a favour and is your friend. I'm sorry but she's not, she earns actual money from Google. People are valid in feeling like she disappeared with no reason. Especially since building trust with your audience is paramount online.

I judt moved out of my country for higher studies and its had been a while since i did your workouts! Today after an entire month of moving, stress and uni life catching up, i decided to do one of your older videos- the 10 minutes squat video and i was nearing the end when i just got the notification that you posted! I am so happy to see this notification!! ❤️ It took me a few days to decide what jumps and dumbells etc i could use since i'm getting used to doing it in my new room

I have started my own little workout club thanks to this video. My doc told me to find a workout I could do everyday and this is it. Been doing it for three months five days a week and my girlfriends all got jealous of my new muscles so they are doing this workout now too! Excited to try more. Down almost 20 lbs and there’s no stopping me now!! Thank you Caroline!! And the comments helped convince me to try it so thanks to all who love Caroline and commented about this workout.

I have absolutely been loving her workouts!! I was wondering if anyone else gained a couple pounds when first starting?? I started two weeks ago and I used to just run. Now since I have incorporated these workouts I’ve actually gained a few pounds 😮 any ideas?

Hi Caroline, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoy working out with you every morning and how great we feel. My wife and I have been working out our entire lives. We're in our 60's now and we're no strangers to working out. We've both been training with weights, kettle bells, calisthenics and lot's of walking just about every day. My wife's a long time dancer and I've been trainiing in martial arts for over 25 years.. Sheri, my wife authored a book called Mama Knows Fitness which is all about kettle bells. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your knowledge, your experience and these great training videos. We absolutely love them and working out with you and your genuinely positive and inspiring personality. The dogs are really cool too!

Just a youtube search of kettlebell workout and Caroline was the first video. I clicked and for 3 days straight I've done only these workouts. I've been working out for 10 years doing Jillian Michaels, fiton app, and a bunch of others and Caroline is by far the best. I needed a good at home work for days I'm not at the gym and these are it!!! Very pleased and love the burn. Thank you for these!!!!

It was genuinely awesome to see a notification for your channel. You’ve put in so much hard work, I figured you were done creating content (which would be completely understandable!). And yet you posted another high quality workout. Your workouts aren’t comparable to any others, whether home workouts or from coaches in the gym. You’re so knowledgeable, you push us, yet it is not overtraining. Congratulations on all of your successes, you’ve contributed greatly to so many of our lives ❤️
This woman has given us so much. I can not imagine what the next thing planned is, all I know is that whenever she'll return, rest assured the energy, focus and sense of community will be next level. I love this sequence! When I’m not in a time crunch I do this twice through. When I’m in a crunch I do this once with heavier weights. Thanks for all your content. Hi Caroline, your‘re back, I just wanted to tell you that I always took your daily videos for granted, but ever since you took a break from posting, I became unmotivated and gained 4 kg of fat and lost a lot of muscle, i went from 4 kg dumbbells to 1,5-2 kg dumbbells. Now I am so grateful of you posting again! ❤️

I have done a TON of online workouts, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE all of yours! Especially that you don't talk through the whole thing, but you definitely show how to do the exercise. Due to breathing issues, I am not allowed to do more than 20-30 min of any exercise, and I'm definitely not allowed to do any cardio so these 20min full body weight lifting posts are PERFECT! Have been doing it for 1.5 months without any strict diet.I just limited my junk food only 2 times a week or max 3 times 😂 with 5k steps and clearly can see a great difference even my friends and family too can see so yes it is a great workout ❤

I had been following Caroline for two years and halfway through fuel I became pregnant and the first trimester set me back and I lost so much of the gains I worked so hard for.
This was my first workout back at 12 weeks and I completed it all (albeit slowly) and I’m so proud of myself! I’m excited to finish this pregnancy with Caroline, safely of course, and have a fit and healthy delivery ❤ thanks for the past two years and years to come Caroline! Can’t wait for the app!

Full Body Dumbbell workouts are my favourite! I could feel that I was working hard, but not over stressing my body. This was a beautiful full body, sculpting workout 💪💙. I only wish there were more 20-something minute workouts like this one. Thank you so much Caroline!

ohhhh! this gets better and better as you do it again and again.
I first did it last Friday, last week. I thought I was gonna die by the end of it. I used 10kg dumbbells. I challenged myself to do it again after two days, opting for much lighter workouts in between (Still Caroline’s workouts). Then I did it last Monday. it got better. I was able to finish it and it felt better than the last time. then I did it today, Thursday, and i was not out of breathe by the end of it. I really love Caroline’s regimen. Its always Intensity and Quality more than Quantity of reps. I started this 2023 At 80kg. The lowest I hit because of her workout and LCIF is 66kg. Thank you! Hoping to end this year with 60kg.

She absolutely is doing a marketing move. Why else would she trademark "CGX" if she isn't planning to put out some sort of product? And that's great that she shared so many workouts but you know who else did that? Literally every fitness influencer on youtube. You're saying it as if she's doing you a favour and is your friend. I'm sorry but she's not, she earns actual money from Google. People are valid in feeling like she disappeared with no reason. Especially since building trust with your audience is paramount online.

I judt moved out of my country for higher studies and its had been a while since i did your workouts! Today after an entire month of moving, stress and uni life catching up, i decided to do one of your older videos- the 10 minutes squat video and i was nearing the end when i just got the notification that you posted! I am so happy to see this notification!! ❤️ It took me a few days to decide what jumps and dumbells etc i could use since i'm getting used to doing it in my new room

Today I did this workout because I wasn't up for something longer but then I felt so good at the end I did it a second time to get a second rep in of each exercise! Thank you for this shorter, yet full body workout. I am 72 and wish these workouts had been around much longer. Who even knew that strength for women was important even in your 40's!
