- 20 minutes dumbbell fun! Full body, high intensity workout to get you sweaty!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference as 6kg each. Be cautious of faster paced movements with dumbbells. If you have only access to heavier dumbbells, ensure you go at a pace to suit your ability and ensure correct form... don’t compensate form for reps!
Timer will be on 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest throughout!

I totally agree! 💯 So many YT trainers copy and paste and sometimes the description doesn’t even make sense with the workout and some ramble on about subscribing or their gear in their store and don’t even provide info about the workout! LOVE her descriptions- they are so very helpful!! 💕

I do - in the thumbnails I like how sometimes she becomes part of the text (eg. I in HIIT) and also the colors - the shade of pink in the video is so beautiful!

Just wanted to say BIG THANK YOU 🙏 normally there are exercises for 40 min 1h and I do them but can’t sustain it for more than a couple weeks. This 20 minute workout with weights it’s perfect every morning. You asked for a feedback, my humble opinion/ advice is: Be Your Fantastic Self!, the way you have been so far. I do not think it happened by accident that you grew your channel that quickly. I hate planks, body weight workouts. Wall squats are my least favorite exercises. I do them all with you and others because you are hard working and fun.
Your introductions are succinct and helpful, the attention to details admirable, your smile - contagious, the workouts reflect your deep knowledge of the subject while the exercises are not unnecessarily complicated.

Just finished this workout. I used 15 and dropped to 10 lbs when my injured shoulder was screaming at me. My quads def. started to burn with the one-sided reverse lunges... but the kneeling to alt. leg squats killed me. I couldn't believe you did these on a hard surface...eeek that must have hurt! I love these videos and the intensity make up for the short duration. At my age, HIIT is the way to go to increase growth hormone, burn fat, promote muscle, and decrease inflammation. They are so effective, and I alternate between different workouts to get a good variety throughout the week.
I'm on Caroline's app (and its worth every penny!) but I still like to revisit some of these gems on youtube. Thank you Caroline! 🥰

Hi Caroline. I have been doing your videos every day since April but this is the first time I have commented. I have to say I have become a little addicted but it is all positive. Since lockdown No1 (UK) I have lost 8lbs, gone down a dress size and am the fittest I have been in decades. I haven't gone back to my old gym classes and have stuck with you - my body obviously needed more variety and that is exactly what you give. Finally, had a bit of a result with this particular class - for the first time I matched your weights! LOL :) Thank you. X
Amazing way to start a Sunday. Thanks, Caroline! On a side note, was snowboarding a couple of days this week and it’s incredible how much of a difference your workouts have made. I’ve never been athletic and taking up snowboarding in my 40s has definitely been challenging. That started to change last year when I began my fitness journey and I immediately noticed the difference in my riding. However, since I’ve been doing your workouts for the past several months, the change is much more significant. I still spend most of my time on my butt, but leapfrogging uphill on my board was much easier, my quads have much more endurance (and they need it since I still constantly brake on my heel edge), and I was much less sore the first day, whereas normally I’d be so sore that it would take a gargantuan amount of effort to move, much less ride on day 2. Thank you so much for your workouts!!!

I did this one a few days ago and I'm still walking funny. But I am looking fab! I don't know how Caroline keeps smiling throughout her workouts - I was sweaty, red faced, grunting and cussing a blue streak but I did it! Not for newbies is this one. Caroline, I love you.

Absolutely love you Caroline. This was my first workout of yours and it's my fave. keep coming back to it. I've told so many of my mummy friends about your workouts because they are just the right length of time where the kids will leave me alone and involve a bit of everything. This is one of my favorites yet! The variety of no repetitions + dumbbells incorporated into each move + such an ideal length of routine for the pace! Will be back for this one again for sure :)

Caroline, I did this one a few days ago and it was a great workout! I just did day 44 today and it was also amazing.
I noticed that there aren't a ton of lateral stretches/lunges in the workouts, and I would love to see a 30 minute one that does lateral lunges, kneeling glute raises with the one leg kicked out to the side, wide stance windmills, things like that.
Keep on being amazing and saving all of our sanities in this strange year. I've lost 35 pounds and couldn't do it without you.❤❤❤❤

Great surprise to see this 20min DB HIIT this morning. I was debating what weight to use so decide to go for 7.5kg and as I have the pullup bar now in place add 1 pullup in the rest period. Worked really well. Great start to Sunday. Thanks Caroline, wee Winston will need his raincoat on today for his walk, Happy Sunday everyone😉

@@samanthamilner4486 Hi Sam I enjoyed that today probably could have gone a little heavier but the two pullups was good as by the time you get to the bar do the pullups and then pick up the DBs again you back to your 30secs of work. Very satisfying

Here I thought this would be an 'easier' workout because it was only 20 min. Yeah..NO! It was a well earned 20 min workout! So awesome Caroline- Thank YOU!! I used 12lbs and that was hard, I couldn't go as fast as you did on some but I paced myself and that's what I love about these workouts. You go as hard or as heavy as you can and its your workout.

just brilliant caroline!! I used a mix of 20/15/10/lbs to challenge my self for this one. Sweaty all the way through. Favorite new move, combining the snatch and push up!
This workout kicked me to the curb but I liked it! It challenged me to rise to another level - I will need to do this over!
Crazy! 2024 & went on a search for a 20 min HIIT by Caroline and caught this... so cool to see her workout back in Girvinator 1.0 era. just as awesome, no repeat, plenty of sweat! so amazing to see where it all started❤🌻😅
Great 30 minute full body workout. This got my muscles moving and calories burning. There was a perfect combination of legs and arms, making one feel like they worked their whole body.
These 20 minute workouts are great before I practice & teach yoga. Love the "halfway" reminder:)

I love this workout, most of Caroline's HIIT (who am I kidding 99.99% of them!) are beyond me right now. This is really tough but I can do it... makes me wonder what the point of doing HIIT without dumbbells is!!

Hi Raphaela...so brilliant that you have started EPIC! It is the most brilliant programme ever with the most brilliant instructor! You will really love it and be amazed at the results! @@raphaela4621 Hi Raphaela! Sport is very beneficial - for both: for adults and children. Caroline's workouts are really cool and challenging, aren't they? But when you use weights, i would recommend you, to ask an adult to join you! Please be careful and train safe! Have a nice Sunday!
Hi Raphaela...I hadn’t realised that you are only 9. Doing exercise is great...but I would say two things. First be very careful with your weights. At your age a lot of bones and joints have not fully developed. Don’t go too heavy. And I would strongly suggest that you get an adult to supervise your form in doing exercises...just to check that you are doing things correctly and not in danger of injuring yourself!
