As a mom of a 1 year old these intense 20 min workouts are perfect. I used to do your longer workouts before becoming a mama but now that I’m working full time and caring for my baby, I’ve gotta pack it into 20 minutes and these workouts make me feel like I’m still making progress. 💪

37 year old Mom of 3, finally trying to not focus on weight loss but strength. I don’t care what I look like anymore, I just want to be able to carry my last baby for as long as I want to and as long as he needs it on hikes and day trips. Did this video just now. My goal is to do a single proper push up, not on my knees, by the end of the year. That’s how low my upper body strength is. Haha. I did my plank for 1.34 seconds and thought I’d maybe keel over because of it. But I’m still proud of that! I love your videos, so far I’ve done two. They make me feel good each time. so glad i found this channel/ quick video. I find it really helps for my mental health when I'm so exhausted (like today) and too anxious to throw my self around with cardio. A quick weight session feels easier to mentally access/start yet still provides an equally strong challenge. This whole channel of Caroline's actually makes me feel safe and not pressured. The language used and the general message is good for me personally, focussing on strength and doing your best, not focussing on achieving an often unattainable 'body ideal' which just feels disempowering and stressful and makes me not want to exercise! Thank you so much Caroline for all that you do.

This workout was a BURN for sure. My weight is increasing. I will have to purchase 20lbs of weights soon. I never thought I would be lifting 20lb weights. I am getting much stronger than I thought I would be. I am getting some muscle definition for sure in my upper body. Thank you Caroline for all the hard work you do.

I don't usually comment but I did this (after a full day at the office) and used my 20lb dumbbells for shoulder presses for the very first time! Getting stronger every day and celebrating this small victory!

Love this one! I've graduated to 12lb weights- I combine 10 lb dumbbells + 2 lb wrist weights and it works out great. For this workout , I did first-half twice then second-half twice. Thank you for being our personal trainer.

Caroline, you did it again. This one was off the chain good. Used 15 lb dumbbells and a 25 lb kettlebell for the single weight movements. Also, did only full push ups with breaks in between. You truly motivates me. Thank you.
I got off my knees for the push ups! I wasn't exactly cracking them out at a great rate of knots and I still can't do the diamond ones but definitely an improvement. Just shows you're never too old :D Thanks, Caroline, you're the best!

I find it very hard going to the gym and brought a set of dumb bells to work at home, these became door stoppers, then introduced Caroline via the wife, Caroline has become my mentor and find her very easy to work with. she explains everything. thank you Caroline, you have a fan for life lol.

Just wanted to say this specific workout is probably my favourite of all the other ones out there in general that I’ve ever tried! 🤩🤩🤩 I genuinely appreciate the work and thought you put into your workout! 🙏🏻❤️And this one specifically is my most favourite! 🥳 Love how it targets everything, no repeats (I definitely get bored easily) and a good challenge. I’m feeling some soreness today which is exactly how it should be;) Yesterday I paired this routine with a cardio walk (which is always a part of my workout) to get me warm and sweaty and it turned into an hour+ of an amazing, hard and fun workout! Just what I’m looking for. Thank you a million!!! Please consider bringing more of these 20-30 min full-body workouts with dumbbells. In my opinion they’re really effective especially when you combine them with 30-40 min of moderate cardio. Can’t wait to try out more with you!🥰
Really glad I found this channel. I have been following along for over a week and I can already see and feel improvements. I can plank now for over min, may not seem like much but for a 44 year old male who hasn't worked out in over 17 years, its HUGE for me. This last work out had me in a puddle of sweat at the end and it felt great. I notice I have more energy now and can go longer. However, by the time we got to the push ups and diamond presses I was ready to tap out, kept pushing and made to the end. thank you!
Wow Rafael!! A plank over a minute having not trained in years is impressive!! Way to go!! Yes those diamond push ups are definitely a tough one! Try practising push ups and then bring hands slightly closer then closer again.. quads need to be super tight! Also you can try hands elevation a chair! 👊🏼👊🏼💓💓💓

Well that was great for my first workout in forever like years and I am 44 years old and out of shape so yeah. Needless to say I did not do a four minute plank. I’m used to doing one minute at Pilates but today I lasted about 30 seconds. And the push-ups were a challenge but that’s to be expected I used less weight as well. I love how you show the form to begin with that was helpful for me because I don’t know what I’m doing. Thank you
FANTASTIC workout! While I can't do the 4 minutes of plank at the end due to a hernia, I use the time to substitute other exercises, like side crunches, windmill, or side planks. Not what you're doing but I'm still workin' it!
Decided to take a break from her EPIC workout series today and came here for a short workout. I used 7kg dumbbells today, upgrading from my usual 6kg. this type of workout seems legit for to do on mondays through thursdays, not too demanding on my cardio conditioning yet taxing enough to raise my heart rate. i made it through the entire workout with about one minute of planks. thanks for this workout. keep at the great work. 💯

I made it to 2 :37 on the 4 minute plank challenge before I stopped once,during The Wendy Williams Show.Then,after 5 second or less kept going,stopped again for 3 second,then held out through the 4 minutes!Good Job Caroline!
My 5th day of different workouts but finished o a full body. I couldn't complete the 4 minutes on the plank as my elbows were hurting!. Thank you Caroline,an angel with muscles!! 😇😁💖💪👊🧚♀️

I have been doing arm workouts from other instructors on YT for 4mos, though my arms have the definition from the programs i have been following, ot still left me unsatisfied. Been doijg Caroline's arm workout for 2wks already , 4days a week and I swear the 2wks worth of arm workout results from her is incredible. I felt like my arms have never been this sexy. I'm a huge fan.
This is much like the exercises we were doing in the Boot Camp class I attended before COVID. I'm going to try this workout tomorrow. I like how you demonstrate the exercise without weights before you do them. I will see if my shoulder barks at me when doing the chest press, pushups and planks. Thank you for the workout routine.

it's Sunday, this is the beginning fo the 5th week since i've started using your workouts. i just gotta say that i actually look forward to sundays, after taking a 3 day rest, each week. these 20 minute exercises are perfect for my current fitness level and i believe that with consistency, over time, i'll see the results that i imagine. thanks again.
I know this is an older WO, but it’s great. I love your WOs but I do not have an hour for Working out, maximum for me Is 30 min... I’d love to see more strength WOs in the future that are 30 min max, and not just Hiit. I have a toddler who is next to me all the time... so I need to WO while she is engaged to play for a little. I find it very hard going to the gym and brought a set of dumb bells to work at home, these became door stoppers, then introduced Caroline via the wife, Caroline has become my mentor and find her very easy to work with. she explains everything. thank you Caroline, you have a fan for life lol.

I am definitely here to help but it’s the hard work you put in that makes the difference... and it is quite easy to follow along and find it ‘easy’ so well don’t for making it challenging!! Just wanted to say this specific workout is probably my favourite of all the other ones out there in general that I’ve ever tried! 🤩🤩🤩 I genuinely appreciate the work and thought you put into your workout! 🙏🏻❤️And this one specifically is my most favourite! 🥳 Love how it targets everything, no repeats (I definitely get bored easily) and a good challenge. I’m feeling some soreness today which is exactly how it should be;) Yesterday I paired this routine with a cardio walk (which is always a part of my workout) to get me warm and sweaty and it turned into an hour+ of an amazing, hard and fun workout! Just what I’m looking for. Thank you a million!!! Please consider bringing more of these 20-30 min full-body workouts with dumbbells. In my opinion they’re really effective especially when you combine them with 30-40 min of moderate cardio. Can’t wait to try out more with you!🥰
Really glad I found this channel. I have been following along for over a week and I can already see and feel improvements. I can plank now for over min, may not seem like much but for a 44 year old male who hasn't worked out in over 17 years, its HUGE for me. This last work out had me in a puddle of sweat at the end and it felt great. I notice I have more energy now and can go longer. However, by the time we got to the push ups and diamond presses I was ready to tap out, kept pushing and made to the end. thank you!

Yes those diamond push ups are definitely a tough one! Try practising push ups and then bring hands slightly closer then closer again.. quads need to be super tight! Also you can try hands elevation a chair! 👊🏼👊🏼💓💓💓

Well that was great for my first workout in forever like years and I am 44 years old and out of shape so yeah. Needless to say I did not do a four minute plank. I’m used to doing one minute at Pilates but today I lasted about 30 seconds.
And the push-ups were a challenge but that’s to be expected I used less weight as well. I love how you show the form to begin with that was helpful for me because I don’t know what I’m doing. Thank you

FANTASTIC workout! While I can't do the 4 minutes of plank at the end due to a hernia, I use the time to substitute other exercises, like side crunches, windmill, or side planks. Not what you're doing but I'm still workin' it!

this type of workout seems legit for to do on mondays through thursdays, not too demanding on my cardio conditioning yet taxing enough to raise my heart rate. i made it through the entire workout with about one minute of planks. thanks for this workout. keep at the great work. 💯

I made it to 2 :37 on the 4 minute plank challenge before I stopped once,during The Wendy Williams Show.Then,after 5 second or less kept going,stopped again for 3 second,then held out through the 4 minutes!Good Job Caroline!

My 5th day of different workouts but finished o a full body. I couldn't complete the 4 minutes on the plank as my elbows were hurting!.

I have been doing arm workouts from other instructors on YT for 4mos, though my arms have the definition from the programs i have been following, ot still left me unsatisfied. Been doijg Caroline's arm workout for 2wks already , 4days a week and I swear the 2wks worth of arm workout results from her is incredible. I felt like my arms have never been this sexy. I'm a huge fan.

This is much like the exercises we were doing in the Boot Camp class I attended before COVID. I'm going to try this workout tomorrow. it's Sunday, this is the beginning fo the 5th week since i've started using your workouts. i just gotta say that i actually look forward to sundays, after taking a 3 day rest, each week. these 20 minute exercises are perfect for my current fitness level and i believe that with consistency, over time, i'll see the results that i imagine. thanks again.
