DIVERSE 30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT - Dumbbells & Bodyweight | No Repeat

  • So many exercises within this 30 minute full body workout to hit those legs, glutes, shoulders, back and arms! Mostly dumbbells as resistance with some bodyweight only exercises too! No repeat, no jumping, full body!
    For this full body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for some dips and Bulgarian lunges and your mat!
    The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 9 kg each!
    The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest!

    I just discovered this gem last year searching for a 30 minute wkout. Since then I've completed 4 rounds of Iron. I'm now going to go through all of her full body's. This one made me sweat! She probably won't read this, she's such a busy bee. But from one of your senior mama's from the U.S, I'm forever grateful.😍

    Did this for the first time with a 7 Kg dumbbell and I'm so happy that I was able to get through the entire workout.. I feel confident and stronger now...
    This is coming from someone who is relatively thin and petite and who is often assumed to be "weak" by others. Remember guys, you can do it too❤😊

    We went to the beach this weekend but I was so determined to get this workout in that I got up at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning and did it in the tiny hotel fitness room before heading out. That’s really saying something, coming from a total night owl!

    Just finished….and I CRAWLED to my mat like a wounded animal! 15 seconds rest was not enough, had to pause a few times to breathe! Thank goodness this was only 30 minutes! But thank you so very much for pushing us Caroline! You are one amazing person! 💖🇺🇸

    I've done this one before, but not for a long time. I was dreading the diver press-ups when they came around because I always struggle with them, but I did it! A full set of proper diver press-ups with no breaks and no cheats! This is the first sign that I'm actually getting stronger and it's made me so happy, thank you so much Caroline :)

    Hi Caroline! Such a light and fluffy week. In the beginning I was a bit sad since we got so used to your longer sessions, but that actually gave a chance to go back to some of my old cadio dance and kickboxing workouts to supplement.
    The triceps and biceps work this week were painfully painfull.. Loved the lower body sessions, they were quite light.. The weighted core work is just splendid.. The hollow hold session was challenging!
    Looking forward to Sunday has to offer!

    I was mentally looking forward 1 hour full body workout! I even had chocolates for breakfast to energize lol but when I saw 30 mins I was alike okay maybe 30 mins is one hour :) wasn’t disappointed I added the 15mins triceps and 10mins abs and felt so great afterwards 😀 Happy Friday, Caroline and everyone. enjoy your workout

    Great fully body workout! Don’t let the fact that this is 30 min deceive you! This was super tough and the maker finish is always hard! I used 30lbs and 15lbs.

    Loved the rotator cuff sequence build up to press and squat ❤ and how you combine challanging excercises with doable. Great to feel how much easier squat is at the end of the serie. Finished this one with 3kg-8kg weights.

    Happy Friday All! Well, another series in the book! Loved this week, are you surprised?😂. The 2lb and 5lb wrist and ankle weights are standard now. Today I added 2x10kg and 15lb weights. Still struggle with renegade rows but nailed the biceps. I too love hammer curls. Also added CG’ 30-minute cardio before each workout for the past two weeks to see if it will help reduce belly fat. I will monitor the results and let you know. Caroline, these series are awesome and will have to put EPIC HEAT repeat on hold for now.😊Have a great weekend and thanks for all you do!

    That was such a super effective workout in a half hour! The push ups were hard for for some reason but I loved the dive push-ups at the end. I am also a fan of makers so that was a great finish! Just did the add on biceps and that was brilliant! Definitely felt the burn! How did everyone else like this?

    This was insane! I did 35 lb for my heavier weight and 15 lbs for my lighter weight. I was dripping in sweat. Crazy hard but I loved the challenge. Squat to press was so intense I can barely lift my arms over my head.

    Its official, I am stronger. I have more muscle mass, less fat and using much heavier weights (25kg x 2 plus 15kg weighted vest). Thanks to CG and this community.

      @@FlossontheMill Weighted vest are especially great for legs workouts. Since its on your body you don’t feel it so much, plus holding heavy dumbbells has its limits and can be awkward. Also you are working with 15kg when you are only doing body weight workouts.

      You definitely have it sussed with the weights Anthony. I struggle sometimes to hold the heavier weights for long periods, I have arthritis in some of my hand joints, so it gets painful after a while, maybe I need to do some weighted vest research? 🤔 Thanks for the tip. 👍🙂

      @@FlossontheMill I don’t have arthritis (I hope not) but I do get a strain on my thumb which hurts for days when I holding heavy weights near my shoulders. In my opinion, the best weighted best are the ones that come as a single weight, like 5kg and 10kg, because they are the most comfortable. They are filled with a alloy or metal pellets.

    That was a lot of FUN! I throughly enjoyed that!!😄 I really enjoyed the leg work today. Loved the Bulgarians, the staggered RDL to lunges, curtseys to lunges and the goblet squat. I really liked the holds for the rows, Bulgarians and on the toes!!🔥 And of course, you have to love the burn the squat to press creates. I was excited when the makers came on for the finisher😅! Great way to finish the workout. Thank Caroline! Now onto the bicep blowup!! 💪🏻😊

    I love this workout. It is well designed with previews and the 3 second beep which, allows you to follow without twisting your neck to look at the screen. It is also really well rounded and works out your whole body. I felt sore as hell after the first time.

    This workout was so good and then I ordered new activewear so I felt a little more confident. I feel like at times when ever I doubt myself of how heavy I can lift I surprise myself. I never thought I would lift 30 lbs for chest and renegade rows that’s insane to me how in august 2020 I started with my little 8-10 lbs in quarantine for school. Strength is a process and requires patience and I know with every mistake it takes practice to correct and not getting angry if you stumble but rather laugh it off and start the timer back and continue on as if nothing happened. Having lovely Friday Caroline and everyone in the comments

    I usually never stop during a workout I just slow down and focus on my form. Ik had to quit during the diver push ups because I felt like I was going to vomit. Soaking wet now. IL give it another try tomorrow. Thanks Caroline!
