Today I woke up devastated to the news that Matthew Perry had passed 😢.. He was my age. So I turned to Caroline to take out the frustration I was feeling. Life is so dam short. Chase your dreams, hit your targets in life, love hard, be kind, take care ❤❤❤🙏of yourself
After a two weeks rest, with a strong willingness to have a workout I have accomplished this one. Wow, it was short but a tough one. I was tired with the staple in the middle of it so I didn't change the weight of the dumbells to heavier and even switched to bodyweight only repeats. One minute can last an eternity, certainly how it is felt today) thank you, Caroline ❤️
Thank you for taking the time to stream your workouts for people like me. I can’t imagine the energy it takes to plan the workouts, time clocks, music, and determination to have it done right. I know it’s not as easy as it seems to us working out. I believe you have the best job because you get to stay in shape and make money. I felt a bit down and lazy after a short vacation at home. Didnt feel like doing anything but lying on my bed watching youtube all weeekend. But i did it for my mum and i feel so much stronger. Love you!!!!

Your workouts are the thing I’ve been able to stick to doing the most. Going into my 4th week of every other day! It’s amazing how much stronger I feel already. Carrying my toddler I can feel it and that’s exactly what I want!! To be here for my kids and be strong for them, it’s a bonus that it makes me feel great mood wise and all, too!! okay, i discovered you through linda sun (my queen, i love her) and she kept mentioning how your workouts were always so enjoyable and how you made them feel so short. i didn't really believe her at first but omg after trying your workouts for a bit, i have to say that she is right. somehow, someway, your workouts make time fly by, and before i know it, i've completed my 45 minutes. thank you so much caroline!! love what you do ♥
I really enjoy workouts that alternate between lower and upper body exercises like this one! The staple of lunges seemed a bit too repetitive, but overall, a really great workout and my heart rate was pumping fairly well. Thank you Caroline!

Done ✅ I love it ❤️ I finished Epic 1 last week and came here straight after Pyramid Day 5 and I'm amazed at how much I've improved since I started working out with Caroline. For instance, my first lunge during Beginners Epic was more of a 1/4 lunge at bodyweight only but now I can lunge all the way to the floor and lift myself right back up with ease while holding two 6.5kg dumbbells. Actually I did this workout just so I could use my 6.5kg DB's cos I just got 'em 😅 It's really amazing how much I've improved. From BW to 2.7kg DB's to 6.5kg. There are times when I can manage 10kg's but not all the time but I'm gettin there 💪🏻 Really, really BIG THANKS to Caroline. Words can't express how grateful I am for her workouts ❤️ Now I'm off to Epic 2 Day 1 on Sunday. I'm excited where that'll take me 🏋️♀️🥰🙌🏻 ...and Epic Heat after that, then Epic 3 then everything else in between and all of what's coming!

I have not been feeling very "up" lately, but enjoying fitness really keeps me going and truly makes me very happy and proud of myself. I appreciate Caroline's positivity and "you versus you" message and it really helps with my mental wellness!
So, after a 4 days break, Caroline surprises us. I really wanted something new. Although there are many workouts that I would like to repeat, it is still difficult for me to choose. I like more when I have to do a workout after the program, than to choose one. I probably wouldn't choose one that I found difficult. ♥️ Thanks again Caroline!
Girl, I have to thank you. I’m a skier and mountain biker and I’ve been training using your workouts. I’ve had a torn ACL no surgery and a sprained MCL in past seasons. HEAVY weights with one minute sets!!!!! What a great surprise today. Had some grip issues especially in my left hand but got this one done. Kept thinking back to almost 2 years ago when I found Caroline. I would have had to turn this session off and find another workout. 4 long programs and many mini programs later I did this with 35 lbs & 20lbs. Unreal!!! Thanks Caroline for another great session!!! I was so happy to see this today. 🥰

This is my third full body workout I’ve done with you I really appreciate the way you explain things and how you emphasize your form. I haven’t done weights for sometime due to health issues however now it’s time to get back on the bandwagon. I have a few restrictions but I’m working around them. As a senior lady I know the importance of weight baring . So that being said thank you so much and keep the great videos coming.

I really struggled through the final weeks of EPIC II and I haven't been all that disciplined about working out for the past week, but this was a nice way to get back into it. I enjoyed it mostly - but I was grateful the lunges ended when they did. Solid workout and very effective for the time it took. Thaks, Caroline. Really looking forward to what lies ahead! I have followed all 30 minute workouts. HIIT sessions are my favorites! I have started in Covid time and I am so much more fit. I give groups sport lessions but since these 3 years with a lot more energy and strength. Still every week I follow one or two of your sessions, also outside. I love it!!!

This is the 4th workout I've done and I'm hooked. I can actually do it at age 62 with modifying the amount of weight I use. I look forward to adding more weight and watching the muscles build.
Nothing beats a surprise workout!😁 So excited to wake up to that notification. Loved the workout! I was surprised by the one minute sets, but the timing was perfect. Loved the staple, I always enjoy lunges. Lots of time during the workout to focus on form and to become fatigued😆. That ab section was quite the burner! 🔥🤩. I didn't want the workout to end.😅 So I added a little portion of the 1 hr calisthenics as my add-on. I had fun today..again! Haha. Thanks Caroline. See ya next time.😊

Hi Caroline, I use your videos to do dumbbell exercises often, I am over 60. I have found the static lunge tough, particularly when I try to keep my back straight, sometimes I lose my balance.. I have 10 lb dumbbells. Overall your workouts are great and your music helps a lot

I woke up and as usual, I did my morning routine and sit on my computer searching for a workout. Caroline´s Mighty full-body workout did put a smile on my face. I used 2x 12.5kg and 9kg Dumbbells. I added the 30 Minutes Pumping Cardio Workout. I feel great and accomplished. Happy weekend.💖💪😁

After a two weeks rest, with a strong willingness to have a workout I have accomplished this one. Wow, it was short but a tough one. I was tired with the staple in the middle of it so I didn't change the weight of the dumbells to heavier and even switched to bodyweight only repeats. One minute can last an eternity, certainly how it is felt today) thank you, Caroline ❤️
Thank you for taking the time to stream your workouts for people like me. I can’t imagine the energy it takes to plan the workouts, time clocks, music, and determination to have it done right. I'm training for a body building competition so I can't take any weeks off because I got 10 months till the competition.
I felt a bit down and lazy after a short vacation at home. Didnt feel like doing anything but lying on my bed watching youtube all weeekend. But i did it for my mum and i feel so much stronger. Love you!!!!

Your workouts are the thing I’ve been able to stick to doing the most. Going into my 4th week of every other day! It’s amazing how much stronger I feel already. Carrying my toddler I can feel it and that’s exactly what I want!! To be here for my kids and be strong for them, it’s a bonus that it makes me feel great mood wise and all, too!! okay, i discovered you through linda sun (my queen, i love her) and she kept mentioning how your workouts were always so enjoyable and how you made them feel so short. i didn't really believe her at first but omg after trying your workouts for a bit, i have to say that she is right. somehow, someway, your workouts make time fly by, and before i know it, i've completed my 45 minutes. thank you so much caroline!! love what you do ♥
I really enjoy workouts that alternate between lower and upper body exercises like this one! The staple of lunges seemed a bit too repetitive, but overall, a really great workout and my heart rate was pumping fairly well. Thank you Caroline!

Done ✅ I love it ❤️ I finished Epic 1 last week and came here straight after Pyramid Day 5 and I'm amazed at how much I've improved since I started working out with Caroline. For instance, my first lunge during Beginners Epic was more of a 1/4 lunge at bodyweight only but now I can lunge all the way to the floor and lift myself right back up with ease while holding two 6.5kg dumbbells. Actually I did this workout just so I could use my 6.5kg DB's cos I just got 'em 😅 It's really amazing how much I've improved. From BW to 2.7kg DB's to 6.5kg. There are times when I can manage 10kg's but not all the time but I'm gettin there 💪🏻 Really, really BIG THANKS to Caroline. Words can't express how grateful I am for her workouts ❤️ Now I'm off to Epic 2 Day 1 on Sunday. I'm excited where that'll take me 🏋️♀️🥰🙌🏻 ...and Epic Heat after that, then Epic 3 then everything else in between and all of what's coming!

So, after a 4 days break, Caroline surprises us. I really wanted something new. Although there are many workouts that I would like to repeat, it is still difficult for me to choose. I like more when I have to do a workout after the program, than to choose one. I probably wouldn't choose one that I found difficult. ♥️ Thanks again Caroline!
Girl, I have to thank you. I’m a skier and mountain biker and I’ve been training using your workouts. I’ve had a torn ACL no surgery and a sprained MCL in past seasons. I can already feel the strength in my legs returning and I love how much stronger I feel tackling my climbs! Hard work + dedication = better performance! HEAVY weights with one minute sets!!!!! What a great surprise today. Had some grip issues especially in my left hand but got this one done. Kept thinking back to almost 2 years ago when I found Caroline. I would have had to turn this session off and find another workout. 4 long programs and many mini programs later I did this with 35 lbs & 20lbs. Unreal!!! Thanks Caroline for another great session!!! I was so happy to see this today. 🥰

This is my third full body workout I’ve done with you I really appreciate the way you explain things and how you emphasize your form. I haven’t done weights for sometime due to health issues however now it’s time to get back on the bandwagon. I have a few restrictions but I’m working around them. As a senior lady I know the importance of weight baring . So that being said thank you so much and keep the great videos coming.

I LOVE SO MUCH 30 minutes workouts.. but not just any workout.. only those effective workouts.. and your workouts Caroline make me feel that way. You simply know it.. and you share it with us! Hi everyone. Wasn't this just the nicest surprise from Caroline this morning 😃✅💯. I thought my eyes were deceiving me until I noticed the new photo 😃👏. It sounds like a though full body compound session. I've been working my way through week 8 of EPIC 1 which is where I left off, to do EPIC HEAT, so I'm going to substitute this 30 minute full body Friday session as it fits better for me.

I really struggled through the final weeks of EPIC II and I haven't been all that disciplined about working out for the past week, but this was a nice way to get back into it. I enjoyed it mostly - but I was grateful the lunges ended when they did.

So true Devansh. I have been doing the old workouts and couldn't help but notice how much Caroline just keeps leveling up. Thanks a million coach for these awesome treats, especially considering the fact you're taking some time off.
I have followed all 30 minute workouts. HIIT sessions are my favorites! I have started in Covid time and I am so much more fit. I give groups sport lessions but since these 3 years with a lot more energy and strength. Still every week I follow one or two of your sessions, also outside. I love it!!!

This is the 4th workout I've done and I'm hooked. I can actually do it at age 62 with modifying the amount of weight I use. I look forward to adding more weight and watching the muscles build.

Hi Caroline, I use your videos to do dumbbell exercises often, I am over 60. I have found the static lunge tough, particularly when I try to keep my back straight, sometimes I lose my balance.. I have 10 lb dumbbells. Overall your workouts are great and your music helps a lot

I woke up and as usual, I did my morning routine and sit on my computer searching for a workout. Caroline´s Mighty full-body workout did put a smile on my face. I used 2x 12.5kg and 9kg Dumbbells. I added the 30 Minutes Pumping Cardio Workout. I feel great and accomplished. Happy weekend.💖💪😁
I only used 5kg × 2 dumbells. I would love to go up to 12.5kgs some day!

Done ✔️. Great workout! Loved all the exercises and how we get to focus on form. The Ab/core work were...ouch! Hard to hug the knees while holding the DB 😉. Feeling Amazing after!
Just finished the workout. Pretty hard I would say. Did anyone noticed Caroline's right leg during the staggered RDLs? It was shaking!!! That proves how much effort puts on her workouts. Great one!!! Caroline way to go!!!👍👊😀
