Who knew a beep could bring such a happy relief feeling? Friday final full body Fuel session was the best! Time flies from one exercise to another. The wall sits were much more manageable with all the leg work Caroline has had us do! Thank you Caroline! This again was another tough, fun workout!

@@katiedavis5861 It's a good series! If you want to explore something similar, I can recommend you EPIC HEAT or EPIC III (my absolute favourite). Both of them have a good combination of strength training and cardio/endurance. Or are you planning to focus more on another aspect, like hypertrophy? I did both two times, and I plan to repeat EPIC III in the future. I just finished my second round of ENDGAME, and I'll do again Beastmode (for the fourth time) and plan to repeat EPIC I afterward. :)

I love no repeats and I can’t wait to do this. However, this looks like a solid full body workout that will leave our body asking for more in the next few days. But then there will only be 1 day left in this series!!! So now in a panic mode whether to repeat Iron or Fuel. Thank you so much Caroline for this! Really enjoyed it so much. I really want to take this time to give thanks to Caroline. Your videos got me through my workouts after being hiatus for 7 years. They’re achievable, yet produce results. I love how it is uninterrupted, and I get to workout real time together with her so to get my forms check. ❤❤❤

This is why you're the best trainer ---> "No repeat but as always, this doesn’t mean random movements ‘thrown together’… these exercises are programmed to provide intensity to a group of muscles but rest to that area at other times…" Definitely felt it. Last Full Body of Fuel 😢 I truly loved the mix of cardio and strength training during Fuel! I might start all over again on Monday... Thank you so much Caroline! Just an idea: Another 1-2 week bodyweight only series would be so fun to deload and also for all of us going on vacation without access to weights! I definitely don't want to lose all my progress 😉
Hi Paula...I’d second all that you say! A short...say 2 week...bodyweight series would be fantastic and so useful for those travelling...also perhaps something with resistance bands! It’s so long...before epic 1...that we had a resistance band workout...and that one was just brilliant! I still remember it!

Im def going to revisit fuel. Its been unreal. So I was able to do every single hold for the duration! I was able to do the weighted wall sit with 30lbs so I am feeling super pumped with how far I've come and how much my strength has increased in the past year and a half. I love this series so much and can't believe how fast it's flown by! It's like we blinked and we only have one more to go. I really like your style of workouts. To the point, its about doing the reps good and finding your own pace. No screaming motivator, simplicity with the timer and showing the next exercise. Perfect fit for how i like to follow a training. Thank you!

8 kgs again. But I feel I pushed myself the most in terms of form and endurance since September 2021, when I started to workout with Caroline. Lighter weights are good in that way. Thank you, Caroline! And I wish you and all of us a lot of success!
5 months postpartum and I am officially up to 10 lb dumbbells for shoulder press! Was using 12s or 15s (depending on the specific workout) pre-pregnancy, but I had been stuck on 8s for so long I was starting to worry I would never get back up. So proud of the progress I have made in the last 6 weeks. Thanks Caroline!

You're a saint for keeping this workouts free. I am very new to lifting weights, and I started using just two weeks before fuel series, and I am so glad that I stuck with fuel series. It was challenging, I can see changes and strength in my body. Before series I was only able to do half pushups, and now I am can do full pushups for 10 reps !! But more than that the series was fun and I learnt lot of technical terms and exercises. Thanks a lot ma'am ☺
I absolutely love these workouts!!! I’ve been doing them now for about two years. I don’t even want to travel to gym anymore because I feel like these are doing the job.
Love your workouts! I just wish you had a fitness watch to give approximate calories burned. I'm counting calories and this would really help me track my progress. Thanks for the great workouts! I appreciate you!

Who knew a beep could bring such a happy relief feeling? Friday final full body Fuel session was the best! Time flies from one exercise to another. The wall sits were much more manageable with all the leg work Caroline has had us do! Thank you Caroline! This again was another tough, fun workout!

@@katiedavis5861 It's a good series! If you want to explore something similar, I can recommend you EPIC HEAT or EPIC III (my absolute favourite). Both of them have a good combination of strength training and cardio/endurance. Or are you planning to focus more on another aspect, like hypertrophy? I did both two times, and I plan to repeat EPIC III in the future. I just finished my second round of ENDGAME, and I'll do again Beastmode (for the fourth time) and plan to repeat EPIC I afterward. :)

This was everything I love about a full-body day. No repeat, abs and calves included. Perfection.
I love no repeats and I can’t wait to do this. However, this looks like a solid full body workout that will leave our body asking for more in the next few days. But then there will only be 1 day left in this series!!! So now in a panic mode whether to repeat Iron or Fuel. Thank you so much Caroline for this! Really enjoyed it so much. It was full of hardwork but I know it pays off. I never felt so stronger and seen more muscles after iron and fuel! ❤️❤️❤️

I really want to take this time to give thanks to Caroline. Your videos got me through my workouts after being hiatus for 7 years. They’re achievable, yet produce results. I love how it is uninterrupted, and I get to workout real time together with her so to get my forms check. ❤❤❤

This is why you're the best trainer ---> "No repeat but as always, this doesn’t mean random movements ‘thrown together’… these exercises are programmed to provide intensity to a group of muscles but rest to that area at other times…" Definitely felt it. Hi Paula...I’d second all that you say! A short...say 2 week...bodyweight series would be fantastic and so useful for those travelling...also perhaps something with resistance bands! It’s so long...before epic 1...that we had a resistance band workout...and that one was just brilliant! I still remember it!

Im def going to revisit fuel. Its been unreal. So I was able to do every single hold for the duration! I was able to do the weighted wall sit with 30lbs so I am feeling super pumped with how far I've come and how much my strength has increased in the past year and a half. I love this series so much and can't believe how fast it's flown by! It's like we blinked and we only have one more to go. Thanks so,so much Caroline for all these amazing workouts and thanks to this community for being incredibly supportive!! One more to go, can't wait.

My only regret is that the workouts are only 30 minutes. I just do the add on or repeat a part of each workoit of the day and it's perfect.

No repeat session ~yeeyy~🤩💓the beginning complementary chain of exercises got the heart rate up alright! it was so tough to switch from abs to bulgarian lunges🥵 this change of exercises required constant and strong focus for me- I loved it👍💪💓 thank you Caroline for this diverse and full of variety workout💎🤸♀️🤸♂️🤸♀️🤸♂️🤩

I really like your style of workouts. To the point, its about doing the reps good and finding your own pace. No screaming motivator, simplicity with the timer and showing the next exercise. Perfect fit for how i like to follow a training. Thank you!

8 kgs again. But I feel I pushed myself the most in terms of form and endurance since September 2021, when I started to workout with Caroline. Lighter weights are good in that way. Thank you, Caroline! And I wish you and all of us a lot of success!

5 months postpartum and I am officially up to 10 lb dumbbells for shoulder press! Was using 12s or 15s (depending on the specific workout) pre-pregnancy, but I had been stuck on 8s for so long I was starting to worry I would never get back up. So proud of the progress I have made in the last 6 weeks. Thanks Caroline!

You're a saint for keeping this workouts free. I am very new to lifting weights, and I started using just two weeks before fuel series, and I am so glad that I stuck with fuel series. It was challenging, I can see changes and strength in my body. Before series I was only able to do half pushups, and now I am can do full pushups for 10 reps !! But more than that the series was fun and I learnt lot of technical terms and exercises. Thanks a lot ma'am ☺
