The last glute session and ouch my whole posterior chain is on fire! Cluster sets has easily became one of my favourites since Caroline has introduced them. I think the 20 sec of work has a similar effect on my mentality as during Tabata - it is only 20 sec so I make sure I gave it my all. The staple was fantastic, I was looking forward to it every single time and the burn was unreal. The hardest for me were forward leaning lunges, during 30 sec of cluster sets my glutes were feeling it big time. The finisher was intense, I went with Caroline's pace the whole workout and I can assure you we went all in during explosive jumps. For the add-on I did 20 min intense glutes, I have done this one in a while and it was nice to revisit. Now my glutes are done. Time to rest. Hope you are feeling rested after all the talking yesterday😅

I absolutely love this fuel series. The banded jump for today's staple was awesome and so was the format with the clusters. The fuel series has definitely been my favorite. I absolutely love the high intensity! I can't believe there's only 2 days left. It has just flown by so fast!

I discovered I really like the following training split: Monday: quads focused Tuesday: upper body with more isolation and bw work Wednesday: posterior chain with a focus on the back and hamstrings (My glutes tend to work a lot on leg days too) Friday: full body FUN Sunday: challenging HIIT (with dumbbells) or cardio Thanks for the variety you share! It helps me figure what works for me even more!
Woke up super unmotivated to work out today; then Caroline comes in with the contagious energy and gets you psyched to get it done! Another great class! 💪

Huge gratitude to you Caroline because you motivated me like no one else did even I am free to work out or not on my own volition. I thought of giving up on day 1 but am still kicking today! My body has further lost fat gained muscles and become stronger since the debut of FUEL!

I did this yesterday and I cannot believe the soreness I'm experiencing in my back!(in a good way). I've been strength training for almost 5 years and I've never felt anything like this. So glad I found this channel, I can see and feel results in 8 weeks! Looking forward to the last few days of Fuel, I've enjoyed it!

I have been following you since the beginning and every time when I think the series cannot get any better you positively surprise me again and again! I loved the Iron series and I am enjoying Fuel a lot too. I very much appreciate that you incorporated the glute, hamstring, and the posterior chain day. This is so important... I noticed how negatively sitting has impacted my movement, especially since the beginning of the pandemic. Almost finishing people, the second time around, and this was one sweaty leg workout, that staple left me gasping for air. I used a 30kg Kettlebell, a band and 2x15kg Dumbbells. This is one great leg workout, and yes I say this to most of the workouts, because I do enjoy them 👊🏾🤗❤
Glute and hamstrings are not as fun (to me) as working on upper extremities. My incentive is their importance in our activities of daily living. Strong thighs help us get out of chairs and keep us mobile. So, off my soapbox to tell y'all that this was fun! CG's use of the band today creatively burned my quads and hammies. CG magically choreographed a workout of posterior chain clusters that left me dripping, proud and fueled! Thank you Caroline! Your generosity and knowledge is appreciated globally!
That was a very good posterior chain workout and I liked all the timer changes to keep things interesting. Favourites were the hip thrusts and BW rear step lunges on the yoga block. My balance felt a bit off today so those were wobbly sets. Most tiring: the banded squat jumps! Did the add-on which I thought was the perfect complement to todays workout. I still stand by my comment on that one! The hollow holds are challenging! Looking forward to Friday!
If you're like me and use many different weights for CG's workouts, start putting them away during the workout so you don't have to do that AFTER the finisher. It's killer! Thank you, Caroline!
So I did a thing today....I thrusted with my 30lb weight.😱😳 Talk about having some serious buns of steel. Why I waited until the last week is beyond me. Lol! Caroline made me feel like I was SUPER WOMAN with today's workout. I absolutely loved everything about the posterior chain sets. 💕 Now I will attempt to walk my stairs with my new found wobble legs. Morning Trish I'm sure you will blast through this. The quads, glutes & hammies will be well worked after this. There is a lot of 🔥🔥 but it feels great after. Used 30kg for thrusts & sumo squats and 2x15kg for the rest. I will feel this tomorrow as I was feeling Mon's session yesterday evening. Upper body not sore yet. After the upper body tempo yesterday, it is but fitting that we work tempo on the biggest muscle in our body! I use to not like hip thrust and with weights but Caroline made me realize it is an important muscle to workout! Let’s smash this workout guys!
I was the same as you Peach. Didn't like glutes hammies etc but now I know we need to work these to build on the rest of the muscles. These give us the stability we need. I'm sure you will rock today. Is demanding but brilliant. Try & do add on too. That is a toughie too. Have a great active rest day. See you Fri 😁
Really enjoyed this lower body work out today - and I’m not the biggest fan of Thursday’s lol but know I need them! Loved the longer working set followed by 3 short ones. Went a little lighter on some movements like rdl to really concentrate on my form. The staple - oh boy! My butt was on fire! Was glad to see our Queen take a couple of breaks the same time as me on the lunges!
Too many things to do in summer, so I could not do fuel on regular basis… but each time I pick it up, I feel so accomplished.. it is hard and fun and sparkling when weight meets cardio… I love the squats and squat jumps… triple impact with band… how genius… summer is over soon and hope to see you soon in September… 🥰🥰😘
FABULOUS, 👍🥵👍🤩 Wednesdays with glute and hamstring sessions are the most challenging for me during the week, where all of the sessions are so demanding that makes you share a tear after completing. Thank you Caroline 💓💎 I learned about cluster sets here from you, and they are fun to do, even the most challenging exercises become enjoyable throughout the burn🤩 this session's finisher left my legs shakey just as you mentioned in the description 🤩
Bent over rows and forward lean lunge with rear step lunge Cluster sets were crazy hard! The staple and finisher added to the burn and burn out of the glutes. A favorite posterior Chain workout. 💙completed your 10 glute activation ( no equipment) and the Braced abs and core.
This Series was getting better and better! I loved it today, killed me... could not jump one more time at the end, my soul left my body... Thank you again, Caroline! I would not believe that something that brings me so much pain is so much fun!!!!!!! Caroline made me love every minute!

Today I was feeling so depressed and just not feeling well at all. I have been doing Caroline's workouts for nearing 2 years now. I did yesterday's workout today and had a wee cry at the end. The release you get from exercise and community is unmatched! I feel better, and that's worth so much
This one was so great to repeat . I loved the cluster sets and that we got thrusts out of way in beginning . The staple was awesome to do-love anything banded . Got a sweat out of me and feeling so good !!!
im so proud that now i can do the fwd lean lunge correctly with 10kgs and really feel it on my hamstrings not my quads ( at all ) makes me realise how strong i'm becoming by doing your workouts!! also in the beginning of this series i couldnt make the "cardio" without stopping and now i can do it all in once!!! so proud of myself and ty caroline! :)

I did this workout earlier today and for the first time I was able to do Renegade Rows for the whole duration with 15kg each hand! For the staple exercises I used my heavy band for the first time 😀
Day 28 Done. Another great Hamstring, glutes and back muscles. I am still sore from yesterday and after today I will be sore all over my body! I used 2x15kg Dumbbells and a 30kg Kettlebell. Yay, loving every bit of Fuel. See you on Friday fun full-body day! ❤❤

I absolutely love this fuel series. The banded jump for today's staple was awesome and so was the format with the clusters. The fuel series has definitely been my favorite. I absolutely love the high intensity! I can't believe there's only 2 days left. It has just flown by so fast!

I discovered I really like the following training split:
Monday: quads focused
Tuesday: upper body with more isolation and bw work
Wednesday: posterior chain with a focus on the back and hamstrings (My glutes tend to work a lot on leg days too)
Friday: full body FUN
Sunday: challenging HIIT (with dumbbells) or cardio
Thanks for the variety you share! It helps me figure what works for me even more!

I am 64 and did this workout with some modifications because I have rheumatoid Arthritis and osteoporosis from having cancer and I loved it…

I did this yesterday and I cannot believe the soreness I'm experiencing in my back!(in a good way). I've been strength training for almost 5 years and I've never felt anything like this. So glad I found this channel, I can see and feel results in 8 weeks! Looking forward to the last few days of Fuel, I've enjoyed it!

Almost finishing people, the second time around, and this was one sweaty leg workout, that staple left me gasping for air. I used a 30kg Kettlebell, a band and 2x15kg Dumbbells. This is one great leg workout, and yes I say this to most of the workouts, because I do enjoy them 👊🏾🤗❤
Glute and hamstrings are not as fun (to me) as working on upper extremities. My incentive is their importance in our activities of daily living. Strong thighs help us get out of chairs and keep us mobile. So, off my soapbox to tell y'all that this was fun! CG's use of the band today creatively burned my quads and hammies. CG magically choreographed a workout of posterior chain clusters that left me dripping, proud and fueled! Thank you Caroline! Your generosity and knowledge is appreciated globally!
That was a very good posterior chain workout and I liked all the timer changes to keep things interesting. Favourites were the hip thrusts and BW rear step lunges on the yoga block. My balance felt a bit off today so those were wobbly sets. Most tiring: the banded squat jumps! Did the add-on which I thought was the perfect complement to todays workout. I still stand by my comment on that one! The hollow holds are challenging! Looking forward to Friday!

If you're like me and use many different weights for CG's workouts, start putting them away during the workout so you don't have to do that AFTER the finisher. It's killer! Thank you, Caroline!
So I did a thing today....I thrusted with my 30lb weight.😱😳 Talk about having some serious buns of steel. Why I waited until the last week is beyond me. Lol! Caroline made me feel like I was SUPER WOMAN with today's workout. I absolutely loved everything about the posterior chain sets. 💕 Now I will attempt to walk my stairs with my new found wobble legs. Haha!!

After the upper body tempo yesterday, it is but fitting that we work tempo on the biggest muscle in our body! I use to not like hip thrust and with weights but Caroline made me realize it is an important muscle to workout! Let’s smash this workout guys!
I was the same as you Peach. Didn't like glutes hammies etc but now I know we need to work these to build on the rest of the muscles. These give us the stability we need. Really enjoyed this lower body work out today - and I’m not the biggest fan of Thursday’s lol but know I need them! Loved the longer working set followed by 3 short ones. Went a little lighter on some movements like rdl to really concentrate on my form. The staple - oh boy! My butt was on fire! Was glad to see our Queen take a couple of breaks the same time as me on the lunges!

FABULOUS, 👍🥵👍🤩 Wednesdays with glute and hamstring sessions are the most challenging for me during the week, where all of the sessions are so demanding that makes you share a tear after completing. Thank you Caroline 💓💎 I learned about cluster sets here from you, and they are fun to do, even the most challenging exercises become enjoyable throughout the burn🤩 this session's finisher left my legs shakey just as you mentioned in the description 🤩

Bent over rows and forward lean lunge with rear step lunge Cluster sets were crazy hard! The staple and finisher added to the burn and burn out of the glutes. A favorite posterior Chain workout. 💙completed your 10 glute activation ( no equipment) and the Braced abs and core.

Today I was feeling so depressed and just not feeling well at all. I have been doing Caroline's workouts for nearing 2 years now. I did yesterday's workout today and had a wee cry at the end. The release you get from exercise and community is unmatched! I feel better, and that's worth so much

im so proud that now i can do the fwd lean lunge correctly with 10kgs and really feel it on my hamstrings not my quads ( at all ) makes me realise how strong i'm becoming by doing your workouts!! also in the beginning of this series i couldnt make the "cardio" without stopping and now i can do it all in once!!! so proud of myself and ty caroline! :)

I did this workout earlier today and for the first time I was able to do Renegade Rows for the whole duration with 15kg each hand!
For the staple exercises I used my heavy band for the first time 😀
