    My BF died last month….and I’m using your workouts to help me through my grief. I just finished showing up every day For the iron series. Now I’ve started fuel. Whether I like it or not, Crying through the whole thing, or pissed off. I keep showing up! I’m hyper focused on that which I can change… my body! Thank you so much Caroline, I am forever greatful for you! 🙏😊❤️‍🩹🥹🏋🏻‍♀️

    I just love doing complexes...and I enjoyed last weeks upper body workout so much...that I’m really excited to do this! Upper body workouts used to be my least favourite...but with caroline I have come to enjoy them and to look forward to upper body Days! Have a great workout everyone and thank you so much once again Caroline!
    PS...just finished! What a tough upper body session! I used 8 and 6 kg...but I probably found the complexes with bodyweight push ups the hardest! Then onto triceps add on and now my arms are not working properly! Have fun everyone and enjoy your day! Matthew

      This one looks just amazing. I love the variety and combinations of exercises are superb. Finisher involving mountain climbers- I am here for it!
      I have to postpone this one to thursday as I have a big exam today but I am so excited to do this.

    I never purposely trained my upper body until I met Caroline. And I’m actually enjoying it now! I’m not worried that my arms are going to be too “thick” or “bulky” anymore! I’m getting stronger! Not quite yet fitter but I’m getting there 🤣 Looking forward to doing this one. “Let’s go!”

      Hi Yiying...I did upper body training before meeting Caroline but never really enjoyed it! I found the exercises rather routine and boring! Caroline makes it hard but interesting and fun too! I just loved today’s complexes and I’m sure you will too! Some of them are very hard...but always interesting! Have fun! Matthew

    They need to make a Caroline Girvan Barbie doll - same dimensions as our Queen - outfitted with a few different shorts and tanks, of course with matching flowers, a water bottle, yoga block, dumbbells, chair, leg band and yoga mat! Little girls all around the world could see this doll as something to strive for, just like their moms tune in to Carolines videos!

    Utterly failed at this one. I made it through but barely. Only cried in frustration once, and that’s pretty good. Not only had to drop weight size significantly, also ended up decreasing the amount of reps of the first exercise a few times just because I couldn’t do any more. This may be one of those workouts I have to revisit to redeem myself. Kudos to everyone of you who made it through this one!

      LOL!! Me Too!!! I just did a plank when I could not keep going. My only rule with CG is no quitting, --- I just do the best I can.

      Same here, but I tried my best so I wouldn't call it a failure. This was really challenging for me so I'll come back to this again after finishing this series 😄

    Anyone else just starting the FUEL workouts? It’s not new I know but new to me😊I’m on day 7 . Wohoo. Wanted to give myself a greater challenge than the other workouts I’ve been doing and so far she has delivered.
    I just have to laugh when I’m failing on a rep and she’s still pumping it out

    That has to be one of the more harder upper body workouts we have done in a while! Yep you definitely need to use a slightly less heavier weight than what you're used to lifting. Heart rate up and arms like jelly😅 loved this session ! Have a lovely day everyone see you all tomorrow❤

    Oh Lordy! I'm quite new around here and have figured out that whatever weights Caroline uses, I am half that. If even Caroline is on 4kg, I know I'm in for a challenge! Exciting though! I was intimidated for a long time, but I'm having fun and already noticing strength I've never gained before with any other trainer or routine. Thank you so much for all that you offer! xx

    UPDATED: 8 months later (it's now Feb 2023) I started this program again after doing EPIC III and EPIC Endgame... And WOW! Not only did I not have to drop weight at the end, but I UPPED my weight for the first half and still finished strong! it was still tough but a lot easier than last time. Caroline's programs WORK and it's so so cool to see results like this on top of my body changes!
    Wow. I had to drop to 5 lbs the last of that workout... First had the thought "wow this is tough and I'm really struggling for only 5 lbs, I must be really weak" and then Caroline said "*WE* are doing amazing, this is tough!" And I've never felt more seen! The support is unreal! My arms are shaking as I write this but I feel so strong and empowered after that. Thanks Caroline!

    This is one of the hardest upper body sessions we have done! Make no mistake those lighter dumbbells felt very heavy today and the bodyweight moves were a great challenge! FUEL is fun and fire 🔥 Thank you Caroline! Have a lovely day everyone.

    As always a promise is a promise,when ever i see "every muscle will be under tention" i know she means it🤩 and my body gets fueled with energy of "lets go".when ever i do it it always feels so real& alive, a personal trainer who's working hard along side with me caring & giving tips at the right moment, reminding to carry on. it is so motivating❣️we are so blessed.Thank you Caroline🙏

    Girl, been following you since 2019 and I don't always comment mainly because of some of the followers acting like this is a competition. I wish we would all take the lessons you impart in such a humble and respectful manner and practice them. You make us all want to work harder even with the gentle reminders to "go at your own pace".

      Hi Anina...I found the bodyweight complexes hard too!! I just decided I couldn’t keep up with Caroline on those...went at my own pace...and pushed through! As you so rightly say it is You vs You! Hope you have a very happy day too!

      I agree with you. This was tough as I do not do well with push-ups or bodyweight for upper body. I did it though and I am glad I did. I thought the second half was easier for me than the first half.

    I had severe hyperemesis back in 2020 when I was pregnant and couldn't work out. Then I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour when my baby was 2 months old. I have been through two brain surgeries, 30 days of radiation and a year and a half of chemo. So out of shape by the end. These workouts had intrigued me and as soon as I finished my last round of chemo, I dove in. Absolutely loving this! Even though this is only day 7, I already feel stronger. I never want to be that weak again. Thank you Caroline! You are helping to heal my body and mind! ❤️

    Oh WOW! Feels So Good After! 🤩 So Tough yet Enjoyed every sec. Went with lighter weights but later on it felt double the weight. Shoulders and Arms were on 🔥. Fave was the Complex with Around the world. Perfect Finisher! Really finished me...was trying to drink water after and bottle was shaking 😂. Great workout!

      Morning Trish this won't be long knocking the stuffing out of you. Super intense wasn't it. Think this was one of the hardest I have done but got it done🥵🥵 add on done too tricep with dumbbells. Nearly 🤮🤮 when I saw it but just got on with it🥵can't feel my upper body now. Well done I'm sure you rocked this💪💪

    Seeing Caroline's incredible determination during the hammer press and tricep kickback complex is getting me so excited I think I might actually need a few minutes to calm down! 🤩 This is going to be an absolute killer but I know that with Caroline fighting hard along with me I will love every single second! 💪🏼❤️

    I loved lower body circuit workout yesterday. Looking forward to do this upper body complexes!!     Wow, this was extremely challenging for me. I felt this upper body like no other upper body we have done before.     By now we know that slightly lighter weights don’t mean less intense 😁. Loved this. I love planks & upper body. In general I’ve never felt so good, strong & healthy. Ive totally changed my diet for the better too. Healthy veg, fruit, bone broth😜, musli, protein rich foods. You definitely are what you eat. Thanks Caroline for being a life changer 😍🙏

    When Caroline mentions a lighter weight There is a reason and reading her description and listening to her introduction is the best advice. Although my arms feel like jelly why did every exercise feel so heavy 🤔? But I will keep saying this on repeat another amazing upper body 🔥

      😆 awesome Luisa! Definitely no ‘ego lifting’ on this channel… I love switching up my weights! Over past few months, I have actually preferred reducing my weight even more for laterals in particular and am loving it!

    I don't know what to say but I'm so emotional after finishing today's workout😭😭that was tough, very intense and challenging arms workouts🌶🌶🔥🔥fatigue and still shaking my arms now..I'm so grateful with you Caroline for having this I saw you struggling too but you managed to smile in spite how hard that one is and that's what makes us motivated to push our limit to continue and finish all the workouts...While doing the cool down/stretching and while I'm looking at you my tears don't stop to fall and I keep saying Iloveyou and thank you Caroline for being with us in our every battle through hard times and happy times🥺🥺🥺I finished todays Fuel Day 7 with a stronger arms, chest and backs and even my core too...Iloveyou Caroline❤️❤️❤️

    I just got finished with epic 3 and started with the fuel series. I can tell you, this is awesome stuff. My arms are shaking after this session but I'm growing stronger 💪 thanks to Caroline and her awesome team 💕

    This workout is in my top 10 in the 150+ I've completed. Non stop, chest and shoulders. My muscles were wasted at the end, and my heart was in the cardio zone. Strength/cardio...my favorite. Loved the "cycle through as many times as possible" format. A bit of a change up.

    This looks like it will quite the challenge to get through the 2 minute complexes. cant wait to try it! Fridays full body was hard and so was Sundays cardio. Love this format in the Fuel series, the combo of strength and cardio is quite challenging. At least now though after doing you workouts since last Semtember I can at least get 2/3 rds of the way throught the workout before feeling like I might not be able to finish, but I always do and I have increased my weights and been able to keep up with the reps.
    Thank you again Caroline for all your hard work and well thought out workouts. Always leave me feeling fully 'worked out' and sweaty!! Its a great feeling!!!

    Good Morning, this is a very unique upper body day as this is the first time we get to do some cardio. The time will pass pretty quick during these complexes. I'm excited to do this workout in the evening.

    Omg, strugglebus!!! Caroline wasn't lying even she said the lighter weights would be enough, I had to drop to 8 kg from some exercises after the first round and I want doing half the pace of the Queen! This was incredible, thank you

    I really enjoyed this different way of training today. I like the two complex moves only for a longer period of time. Sometimes, when there are four complex moves, it is harder for me to focus. This one with slightly lighter weights and only two moves made it easier to follow. I suggest this type of exercise at least once or twice a week for different parts of the body (e.g., legs, glutes, etc.) Thank you again for keeping your program free and always coming up with new programs! I look forward to your new programs and am a little sad when they end, but it is necessary for a new start. Thank you, Caroline!

    Tough, tough 😰🔥... but now I’m so glad I did it! More than once I controlled the weight of my dumbbells, because I had the impression to have in hand the heaviest🤔! Incredible! The most difficult complexes the third and the fourth (only Bodyweight... Push up) instead what I liked the most was the last one... Around the world / cross body frontal raises.... What can I say???... Thanks Caroline😘!

      Hi Fiorella...wasn’t that a tough one! Like you I found the bodyweight circuits really hard...lots of push ups! I couldn’t keep up with Caroline on those!       Hi Dear Fiorella! Done as well 🥵 I worked with 5kgs DB and at the end with 3kgs DB but all these push-ups are much harder than the DB 😅🔥 I had difficulties to count until 10 🤣 I added a 30 min abs session, now I'm ready for bed! Have a nuce evening, Dear 😘

      Hi Fiorella, as you "predicted" lots of push ups in today's session and lot of us thought that we had eye problem (because of the weight) 😅😅 but we did it! Another strong workout in the bag. Tomorrow we have posterior chain cannot wait 💥🤩💣

    I love so much this kind of workout 💖 complete, strong, effective and challenging in only 30 minutes 💖 when you try Caroline's, there's no way back to other trainers... No one is more effective and you don't waste your time doing nonsense exercises 💯💖💖💖💖

    What an upper body challenge this was today😬. At the "relax and stretch" my poor wee arms were quivering doing the cobra stretch 🙂. Excellent workout.

    After reading the comments I definitely had to choose my weight carefully as some people were describing being dead at the first and second complex. I can’t complain my arms are noodles and I loved this workout.

    Remember how in EPIC series, whenever Caroline wore bright colours clothes, the workouts all seemed to be extra difficult?
    I really should have known FUEL would be super demanding as the whole series is bright colour schemed! 😆😈

      Back in EPIC I Caroline always wore a black outfit except for the HIIT workouts… I learned to associate brightly coloured outfits with near-death experiences! ☠️😱
      I don’t usually like the colour all that much but I think Caroline looks amazing in pink… powerful and feminine! 😍💪🏼

      Hi Renee...that’s a good point! I especially remember some really intense HIIT sessions when Caroline had brilliantly beautiful bright colours! Today’s workout was the same! Caroline in a beautiful fuchsia pink and a super tough upper body session! I loved the complexes...but some were very hard...especially those with push ups! The triceps add on today was hard!     You vs you, as a beginner it's really very difficult for me to do lots of push ups but I tried as best as I could do with modifications really enjoyed the workout oh man !!! but I can't able to do add on today triceps already on 🔥 🔥🔥🔥 thanks Caroline Girvan for the lovely Fuel series.
