      So true!! It's because she really cares about her audience and she provides quality content and realistic goals. I admire the fact that she doesn't use clickbaits to gain more followers!
      Some fitness channels have toxic comment sections that make me feel uncomfortable, but not Caroline. Under her videos I only find positive, encouraging comments and this is one of the reasons why I love her and her channel ❤️ I haven't followed any of her programs yet, I just did some of her workouts, but I loved them, they made me feel good.

    Dear Caroline, as a mom of deep special needs teens, obese, unemployed, plagued with depression, feeling I'm not physically and mentally able to take care of them, I am SO glad people told me about your channel.     Let's just take a moment to admire the production of this program and every CG program!! I can definitely notice some changes in the color palette, theme, dumbbells, the clothes, the quality overall.     I don't know why but when I see you, in the middle of a workout, pause to catch yourself and reset... I gives me so much strength to keep going. I'm getting back to a healthy lifestyle after six months of heartache and struggles and now I actually wake up excited to face the day because, first thing in the morning, I get to do one of your workouts! I can't wait for tomorrow!

    I am absolutely loving this Iron Series. At 55 y.o., my body is already responding much better to the superslow movements rather than the typical faster paced movements I've been doing for the last year or two. Thank you CG!

And today we have thus fantastic upper body workout to look forward to...once again all our favourite exercises here but it’s going to be intense...interesting to use such a wide variation of weights!     Absolutely LOVING this series so far! Despite being relatively shorter length workouts, I can definitely feel it after! 💪Case in point - I had to type this with my nose as my upper body is taking a wee break from doing anything right now 🤣 Can't wait until tomorrow!

    I’ve been working out with Caroline for around a year now and I felt super strong after today’s workout. I remember doing 30lb dumbbells for chest press and that being hard a year ago, and now I did the chest press, renegade rows and pullover with 40lb dumbbells in this workout(which is slightly more than 17.5kg). I feel so proud of myself for completing this workout with those weights. I am so grateful for Caroline!

    This was my first time doing one of your videos. I’m exhausted and dripping sweat, but I made it through. It was really helpful to see you slow down and stop a few times throughout the workout. It made me not feel weak and super out of shape. Looking forward to completing the program!

      Definitely! Caroline is one of the few YT personalities I'd buy products from. Her regimes are always balanced, well produced, effective, so any merch or equipment she releases is bound to be quality too. Plus, the added aesthetic bonus.

    I’ve always had preference for a 30 min workout. This series is perfect! Loved this one. I did modify the renegade row to tapping each shoulder alternatively without weight for anyone who found that movement difficult

      I'm doing this series now haha. I could do the renegade with the weights but just found it too hard on my wrists to hold on to the weights in the plank position. So I put the weights on the floor next to my hands and just lifted the weights and put them back down each time, instead of using them to support my body.

      @@adrienne4063 I did a mix of what she did and what you described because the dumbbells I have aren't the most comfortable to put all your weight on😂They cut into the skin. So for me it wasn't really the wrists, but just the skin on my palms. So yeah, the variant you described is very useful.

    This is my 2nd workout with you and i can feel the effects of the exercise. At 74 i was losing muscle mass and firming up was difficult but i believe if i stick with you i will be proud of myself and what you are contributing to keep me fit. Of course the ultimate credit goes to God and i thank Him for people like you. If you have any suggestions i will be happy to hear from you.

    Very thankful for Caroline. At 71, following her programs have increased my energy and strength immensely. Being autoimmune, I cannot do a lot of aerobic, but I find, I'm not missing it a lot. I really love the format she uses and I've never hurt myself during a workout. She is a very sweet person. God bless her!

    As a remote worker, this is my favorite of all your workout vids. Very overlooked muscles especially for us ladies. This helps me strengthen muscles to avoid hunching, avoid shoulder injuries, and just get stronger so I can do handstands etc. I love coming back and seeing how much more I can lift without losing good posture. Getting stronger 💪 thank you!

    my favorite always .. after pandemic I got injured and Caroline was my recovery am so grateful for these videos and that we can revisit them even on the hardest days its progressive and every class completed is a new foundation for the next the structure, function and process is very methodical and kind at the same time to anyone new and the progress is so evident from the time you finish class. She will always be my favorite online fitness videos and so happy to see her success through the years and the large fan base growth.

    I am loving the Iron series already! everything! The format, the music, & 30 min workouts are perfect to fit into our lives now everything is busy again! plus I feel I work so hard in those 30 minutes! 💪🏻
    Also thank you Caroline for the tips & advice, even just the breathing & visualising the muscle when working it, it’s surprising how much this helps the way the dumbells are used.
    I’ve never loved weights this much ever 😀 thank you

      Yes the shorter duration is a motivating factor. The 60 sec each exercise X 3 is challenging but also rewarding. It's 👍 feeling after though.

      Oh yesssss Briana!! Those 1 minute sets, although slightly longer, promote you to pace yourself more and almost require more range of movement each rep!
      Thrilled you are loving the format of this series Briana! A perfect series to revisit and if keeping notes of weights you use, you could work towards increasing weights over time even on afew of the movements! Cx

    I really like the music. It is a good pace and just motivating enough and not obnoxious and no distraction of lyrics. I also like that you are real. You pause, breathe, have that 'holy cow this is tough' look on your face just like we do. Thank you!!

    Yes!! Day 2 done and the time flew by! I swapped out the renegade rows for stand up rows but otherwise completed the whole workout with my 3kg, 5kg and 6kg dumbbells. Arms are screaming right now. Thank you Caroline!

    After the previous Epic programs, this seems relatively easy, although I couldn’t lift as much weight as Caroline. Evidence of how much strength I’ve gained over the past few years mentally and physically. Looking forward to the next one!

    I love the 3-set sessions, I also find very helpful in terms of reference that you show the kg before every exercise in this series. It helps me get better form because I also change weights accordingly. Great work again Caroline, so professional and really well thought!

    I'm just getting back into working out after nearly a year off. And this series... it's perfect for me right now. First of all, each day is only 30 minutes, which is manageable both practically and mentally. In the past few months, I've tried to get back in the groove by jumping right into the EPIC Series. But the hour long workouts, at this stage in my life, were both hard to fit into my schedule and hard to bring myself to do. These workouts, on the other hand, I can do. Something is better than nothing, and that's one reason why I'm so grateful for this series. Second, I can use whatever weight I think is best for me at the moment. So, right now, since I'm just getting back into it, I haven't gone above 15 Ibs. HOWEVER, the fact that this is a multiple week challenge means I can continually move up in weight as I go. Third, it's CAROLINE GIRVAN!! Her tips are extremely helpful and inspiring, and seeing her-a literal goddess on earth-take short breaks when she gets tired is extremely motivating; even if I can't do what I used to be able to do, even if I need to take more breaks than usual, even if I'm using lighter weights than normal, it's okay. I can take breaks like Caroline does, and then keep going. LOVE this series AND Caroline! Thank you!

    Great workout ! I started the Iron Program yesterday after several weeks without really big trainings. I have injurie to shoulder and neck since few years and it's the first time that I try to do a full upper body workout since few months. I really love the ''tips'' gived buy Caroline for each movement. It help me so much to learn how to listen to my body and ajust my movement to make sure my injurie get better. Thank you Caroline !

    I started with Caroline’s 15 min. Kettlebell and 15 min. standing abs added to my 4 mile walks 4-5 days a week. Now I’m doing the Iron Series, not with her heavy weights but I plan on increasing as I go along. I love these workout and can’t thank Caroline enough for putting these up on RUclips. Many many thanks Caroline.

    I really enjoyed this one. I was able to challenge myself and go at my own pace. The dumbbells I used were 13.5kg, 10kg, 8kg and 4.5kg. I feel myself getting stronger everyday and it's all thanks to you, Caroline. The way you structure these workouts make it very easy to look forward to, even though we know it's going to be hard and challenging.

    Always loving upper body working as compared to leg day! I love it when workouts include single-sided movement. I am soooooooooo sore from yesterday's leg day that I wonder about the Glute session tomorrow. Haha! Thanks Caroline for these workouts! ❤

    The intensity of this workout is beyond words, the upper body is under tension. Second time around I tried my best and went heavier as the first time, this time around with 2x15kg dumbbells, 2x10kg Dumbbells and 5kg Dumbbells. I am loving it, I have gained upper body strength since last year, when 12.5kg Dumbbells were my heaviest and felt challenged, this time around I could lift 15kg and still manage till the end without stopping. Feeling proud, hard work pays.

    I am so in love with the new format! I've been able to up my weights a bit and get in a great 15 minute stretching session after. I actually belong to a FB group of women over 50 (just about to turn 68 here) and we absolutely adore you!

    Day 2 done. I was able to finish the workout today. I used much lighter weights than she, but I feel it. OH, and I almost didn't get up this morning because my thighs and glutes were screaming at me.

    I just want to say thank you! I am 36 and over weight and very unfit! I just completed this workout from start to finish without giving up like I usually do! Seeing you take small breaks while doing the sets really helps me and makes me feel better about myself when I need to stop and rest. I work at a mine site in Western Australia, I live at a camp for 8 days while I’m here and it can be lonely and isolating but knowing I get to watch your videos every second day is keeping me pumped and motivated because you are so easy to watch (in a good way) I’ve tried many of these videos in the past but just didn’t stick to them! I have a good feeling about the iron series! Also, i teared up a little when i finished the workout because YOU made me feel like a champion!
    Now I’m off to my 12 hour shift in the 40 degree heat here in Aussie!
    Thank again, can’t wait for glute day 😊

    I just started a new job. I was going to do Epic II following a break after finishing Epic but I fell of my bicycle and injured my knee and bruised my joints a lot so I had to take another 2 week break. Turns out the new work can be draining and the 30min hard-hitting workouts of the Iron series are more adaptable to my new schedule and energy levels. Hoping to get back to where I was at the end of Epic, and more. Thank you, Caroline!

    Part of me was very surprised to not see a pushup in this workout, but then I did the add on and I found them😂 This was pretty challenging. I played around with the weights a bit today, trying to do some reps with a slighly heavier dumbell and it actually made such a difference in terms of body awareness - espcially in the pullover.

    Finished the fuel series and onto the iron! If anyone is trying Caroline’s workouts, I would recommend staring off wirh the fuel and then going onto the iron series. It’s short and intense for busy individuals! I was a bit confused as to what to do next and found that these two were a great transition!

    Woah!! Demanding Sesh! Just how we like it. 60sec. each exercise is tough. 3rd set already struggling with last few reps. At pullovers, Upperbody was shaking. Shoulders were on 🔥. Feels Great after! Also did the quick 5min. Pushup add-on and her 5min. Abs wo.

    Day 2 done! Ok, for this newbie the Renegade Rows we're nearly impossible. I ended up subbing alternate bent over rows, would this be an ok sub until I work up enough core strength for the Renegades?

    I came back to this series after a long time. I gotta say how gratifying it is to see CG have to pause (shoulder press) during a set. Makes me feel like I'm not the only one feeling completely gassed.
