    I’m definitely preferring this style of workout in the Iron series: the longer working times with less exercises, and the exercises themselves are pressing, pulling, hinging, etc motions. Nothing crazy and out of the box, (like some other influencer workouts). That’s exactly what I wanted from a program! Thanks Caroline

      Absolutely agree! Way more my speed. I’m not a fan of super fast paced workouts and I feel like I can feel my muscles working more with this tempo!

    I just finished the IRON series and am going back for another round. I’ve done HIIT, cardio mix with strength, running, and I’ve discovered this is my favorite kind of workout. It is straight to the point, no jumping, and I feel strong and great after every workout. Thank you so much Caroline for offering such a great variety of workouts to help people find what works best for them in whatever season. These workouts are challenging, yet doable for all levels with modifications. Thank you for making h them free with no ad popups. You’ve given us all a gift! And, you are stunningly beautiful inside and out!

I'm so grateful to have found your workouts and this community.     A year ago. I could not do more than a handful of Bulgarian lunges without weights. But today I'm using 27.5 lbs ! It's a great feeling to be stronger 💪

    Not gonna lie..I cried when j knew I had to do glutes today. I am sooooo sore from Day 1 and Day 2..lowered my weights and pushed through Day 3. These workouts are EVERYTHING!

      I am right there with you I was not looking forward to this workout at all. I am not looking forward to trying to walk tomorrow ..... I'm pretty sure I'm going to be waddling around like a drunk toddler🤣🤣

      Oh man im glad i saw this comment. I could barely get out of the car today after the last leg workout lol i darn near cracked the toilet seat from my legs giving out hqlf way down 😂 im still debating if i should do this today but i dont want to mess up the schedule 😣

    Totally loving the iron series! If anyone has lower back issues when working out their glutes, use a stability ball. I find it takes the pressure off my lower back and, as an added bonus, I seem to be working out my abs more. Love the colours for this series, Caroline! Have a wonderful day everyone!

      How do you use the stability ball? I noticed with the hip thrusts on the chair my lower back hurt.

      I have always used the stability ball for hip thrusts since I workout in my basement and have no bench/comfy chair to use. The only difficulty is that sometimes it likes to roll away between sets 😆

      If you experience lower back problems you may either have a weak core or you are using your back muscles to do the work, your glutes and legs are supposed to do. Many people tend to hyperextend their lower back during hip thrusts (also during squats when the load is too heavy). Sometimes we tend to use weight that is to heavy and then other muscle groups kick in (mostly lower back). I realized this myself after paying a lot of attention to it. If you dont have problems when using a stability ball it means that the stability ball is not allowing you to do something what you might do whilst using a bench.

      I actually just did them on the floor for better support of my upper back and lower. Still worked the glutes. Amazing workout!!

      I very much plan to do that. I’ve redone some of the epic series each time adding an additional 2kg to the weights. It’s interesting to learn which exercises become more difficult as a result, versus which are no big deal with heavier weights.

      I had to do half of those dips on the floor for bridges. This is going to be tough for me. My thighs felt it the most so wondering if I am doing something wrong with form.

    The iron series workout are incredibly, is free but feels like a premium experience. From start to finish, the program is perfect. The timing of each session is spot on, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The explanations for each exercise are clear and detailed, ensuring that I understand exactly what to do and how to do it correctly.
    The tips provided throughout the workouts are invaluable, helping me improve my form and maximize the effectiveness of each exercise. The cool-down stretches at the end of each session are comprehensive and help me wind down properly, preventing any post-workout stiffness.
    I'm on my second day, and I already feel more confident about the positive changes this program will bring. Each workout is enjoyable, motivating, and well-structured.

    I'm 3 months post partum... I was going to the gym a few days a week but now that my spouse is back to work i dont have anyone to watch our baby so im resorting to exercising at home. I have a few dumbells and a good Kettle bell and I find the exercises with the amount of time under tension are really effective at exhausting the muscle.
    I will keep these workouts up everyday. 30 minutes is perfect while baby naps.

    I'm struggling with depression and social anxiety and CG's workouts are the only thing that makes me smile. I started epic but after a week decided to shift to this program as the previous one was too intense for me as a beginner. I know that spot isn't a remedy, but it helps me to be stronger 💪

      Yes, the add-on was hard afterwards! I stayed with the lower weight choice instead of picking up a heavier db where Caroline does in that video…it was enough after today’s intense glute workout with that finisher of finishers!

    Wauw! My legs and behind were still burning from day 1, so it was kind of a challenge today for third day in a row, but made it all the way. Caroline, I love it that you show your expression when it is hard for you, or when you pause extra. That shows your real you, no ego just positive vibes. That motivates!

    I always so much enjoy glute workouts...and Caroline’s glutes sessions are just so superb! It is these workouts that have helped my running so much...especially going uphill! Some days I match Caroline but other days her weights are much heavier...I just don’t have anything anywhere near as heavy as 30 kg! But I find I can work hard with different weights...something I enjoy is using different weights for the same exercise but focusing on making it intense! Hope you have a great workout today!       Awesome Briana! You will notice I will select a slightly higher weight for lunges for example but another workout I may lift lighter depending on the sets, and if at beginning of workout or towards the end but I will always indicate the weight so you can gauge what you might lift also!

    With a full time job and having to take care of two kids afterwards and/or run errands, I have no time to go to the gym. But on days I can work from home, I can have intense and progressive lunch breaks and before bedtime routines with body stretches. I personally enjoy the music and workout without the constant talking and whooping and cheering lol Thank you so much :)

    Wow - that finisher nearly had me giving up🥵 somehow glute specific workouts are the hardest for me, mentally and physically, but I know they are so important and I def feel the progess. Up to 17.5kg today, however, the hardest part was getting that dumbbell on my hip especially with all the upper body soreness from yesterday🥴 👏🏻 amazing series so far🥳

    The Iron Series is perfect! It's hitting all the right spots. My main focus is on mind-to-muscle connection. The timing for this is exactly what I needed, the longer times give me a chance to really slow down the pace and work those muscles effectively. I am sore after every video, Thank you Caroline!

    I'm a little behind on this program because I didn't think I would be able to do Caroline's intense workouts during Ramadan. Now that I've done 3 days while dry-fasting, I actually find this 30 minutes really enjoyable and helpful. Thank you for such strengthening and refreshing workouts :)

    Thoroughly enjoying this program! I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and this pace is perfect for me. I completed Fuel 5 days ago, which I loved, took me 12 weeks to complete due to both pregnancy and being middle of winter where I am. Keeping that routine when I was unmotivated had been difficult in the cold, wet weather. Spring is here, now no excuses useless the pregnant body says no.

    ✨ Love that the workouts are 30 mins or so easy to fit into my day
    ✨ Love the aesthetics and the branded dumbells. I defo want some merch
    ✨ Love how strong these workouts make me feel. I’ve eliminated all my lower back pain having done EPIC workout and now this to date
    ✨ Love the how to breathe tips when doing the workout. Can there be little reminders as I always forget
    ✨ Generally just love Caroline Girvan and everything she has done to make it easy for us to be fit, healthy, happy and strong

    I just started this series, so today is my day three. I was so close to skipping today because my legs were still so sore from day 1, but something pushed me through it anyway and I came out feeling so much better! Although I’ll admit I went weight free for the lunge part cause I just couldn’t do it without failing lol. Kinda scared about getting out of bed tomorrow morning though lol

      OMG I feel your pain. I’m on day 3 and my legs are still hurting 😂😂. Just trying to sit on the toilet is a struggle 😂😂. Hope I can make it thru glutes

    I really enjoyed this one today. This is my favorite type of workout: straightforward, challenging and absolutely effective. The 30 minute length ism spot on for me as a homeschooling mom of 5 boys. I can take care of myself and not feel rushed or that something has to left undone because I did this. Thank you Caroline.

    I particularly liked the body weight only section at the end, specifically the X1 leg hip thrust…my hamstrings and flutes were 😱 screaming! Please keep so of those body weight movements in our repertoire 😃

    Just getting back to strength training after hormones derailed the status quo established by 7 hours of intense cardio. I just finished day 3. These are great, scalable and achievable workouts and I hope trading some cardio time for strength training reboots the post 50 me. So grateful to Caroline for these. You are amazing! If you have a peri/post menopausal group and program I'd certainly follow and be happy to pay for a subscription! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

    Thank you so much for this Caroline! I have recently started to work back out after having my babies back to back 😣 within two years with little to no exercise. And the exercises I have been doing for 40 min or so have been doing no effect on me. But your videos have really challenged me and actually put my body to work and I can see the difference in my body! I’ve gotten my confidence back which was lost soooo long ago❤️ thank you!!!

    Day 3 done. I used two 8 pound dumbbells but I hope to buy heavier ones and increase the weight
    ❤January 8th 2023. Day 3 done. Today I used 15 lbs for the whole workout and 10 lbs for the Bulgarian lunges. I hope to increase the weights for the glute exercises.😊

    I had started this series a few weeks back and gave up right away. I was just not ready for it then, and didn't exercise for 3 whole weeks after that. Then I tried her no repeat 10 min dumbbell workouts for around 5 days and later switched to iron series. And girl I'm so pumped now, I can finally see why people love your workouts so much! If anyone's struggling with it, just do some of easier workouts for 1 or 2 weeks and you'll be good to go.

    Wow! My glutes were absolutely burning 🔥 during that finisher!! I used 20kgs for hip thrusts and 7kgs for the Bulgarian lunges. This was such a good workout, I feel stronger already 💪

      And for me, with the weight I use for hip thrusts, in properly using the band, slow eccentric and intense contraction at the top I get so much out of those reps! Love it!! Way to go Christie!! 👊🏼🤩

    Stumbled on the "Iron" series doing a search for 30 min upper workout. I did that yesterday which was day 2. Kind of fit. 30 minutes is what I have to work with on my lunch break. I will continue this series. I like the layout of the format. The lack of talking in the workout. The good information on the beginning. It is handy to have, the workout starts at X o'clock. I can look at the intro before I get to the gym and then load this to the right spot. Saves time. I think you did that on another day. Anyway, overall thank you for this. It really fits what I am after and I enjoy your presentation.

    Amazing workout !!! I’ve been doing ppl and similar structured programs at the gym so doing these kinds of videos were making me a little nervous . I was worried I’d be losing progress by not lifting heavy all the time. But these past 2 days I’ve been so sore!! That first leg day is still killing me 3 days later and it was better than any leg day I’ve had in a long time. My glutes actually burned !! And today o started by doing 4 sets of heavy hip thrusts (2 plates on each side) then going down to 1 plate on each side for the first two exercises in the video and it was perfect !! Thank you ❤️❤️

      Is it weird that leg days are my beat days. My upper body days are what kill me. I don’t get it. I guess my legs were already fairly strong from hiking when I started working out (a month and a half ago). Lunges don’t kill me as much as push ups.

    Wow what a session! So proud I upped my weights to 54lbs on the hip thrusts and sumos! Added 1 1/2 using wrist weight to make 26.5lbs on the bulgarians! Loving this series

    Damn that finisher was brutal. that last full range hurt like hell. but your workouts have definitely improved my legs. those bulgarian squats have gotten smoother for me.

    Woaah, Caroline, what an amazing workout! Probably my favourite glutes workout ever! The music and exercises were on point and had a nice flow to them. My highlight was the finisher at the end, it gave me such an endorphine rush and afterwards I felt like I could hip thrust a flippin' TREE! 👊🔥🤣

    It’s my first workout with Caroline, and I definitely love it. That’s a great opportunity fo feel the muscles and grow booty. I did it wit 5kg weight (i don’t have more at home), and a bands, its hoot❤️
