Ok so, I have really weak arms , and getting more than 6 to 7 standard push ups is a deathbringer for me , and I've always wanted to achieve those tricep push ups , so after being consistent to Caroline's workout , I've finally achieved my first tricep push up , even though it was just one but it matters to me a lot , and I will be consistent in getting stronger and increasing the reps. So thank you Caroline for your amazing workouts .

Hi congrats! Did you start with wall / inclined / knees on floor / hold variations? I also struggle with triceps pushup. While I'm definitely seeing progress in other types of pushups, I have yet been able to perform my 1st triceps pushup so would like to know more.
@@renee_renee so yeah tricep push ups are definitely a head ache , so what you can do if you wanna progress fast is that mix some variations together, like push up negatives with knee push ups , when you go down , do a negative and when you get up, get on knees , try to at least 5 , and push up negative are the best according to me , they helped me progress faster .

Hi Imelda! Hip thrusts became my favourite glute exercise when I discovered them thanks to Caroline's workouts. They are so effective! And they didn't exist when I was younger😂

Oh my goodness, those sumo squats had me questioning my life choices. 😵💫About halfway through, I dropped my weight from 50lb to 40lb and made it to the end. Whew. One of the most challenging workouts yet. Thank you, Caroline! 💞
My heart rate was so elevated in the end like it wasn't even coming down even after cool down. Damn!!! Cannot believe how no jumping and low impact workout like this can make you go crazy in the end!! It definitely is the CG METHOD!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I don’t step on the scale often (at least 1 month or 6 weeks apart). As my clothes fit looser these days, I stepped on the scale today and found I lost another 5 lbs of flappy substance in my body since the end of the IRON series! Thank you Caroline, there is something in FUEL which works out for me 😁
Hi Connie...sounds like you are getting really fit and strong! Interestingly I’ve put on about 4 lb since starting iron series...but I’m definitely stronger and I’m sure my body fat is lower! Scales are only a part of the story! Have a lovely day! Matthew

Completed this at my own pace, changed the bw hipthrusts on a chair into lying on the mat, went at a slightly faster pace for the sumo deadlifts, did Bulgarian lunges a little slower to ensure contraction of the glutes which helps me alot. I think this is my favourite glute workout ever. I am absolutely loving fuel. Thank you so much for this workout. I really enjoyed the format especially the finisher. I can physically see the difference in my body. I've never been strong or really enjoyed working out much before it just goes to show you just need to find the right thing for you and the right trainer

Just like you I thought of trying 15kg dumbbell! (20kg for sumo deadlifts, 15kg for the rest) It worked fantastic! So happy. My hamstring thrusts have also improved!! We don’t do those often so my improvement on those is quite slow and also it’s really an isolating exercise so I think that requires more time, skill and practise😁 This rest day will be so much fun knowing we’ve worked so hard this week already💪🏽😄 Sanjeev
Wow you didi it! I have to get heavier weights. I have a 10 kg but for the summos it is to light so I do de body weight with weight to compansate that. It's like Caroline tels us, make it Your workout! Hope you had an awesome day!

I did this workout today and had to fast walk for longer than normal, on the treadmill with an incline just to warm everything up, because I was still so sore. Shaking at the thought of doing full body 🤯
You know when Monday acts like a Monday at work, husband is crabby when he gets home and you HAVE TO MAKE yourself do the workout and you do it exactly and don’t stop early, and then, THEN you feel so much better and SO GLAD you workout ! Anybody feeling me here?

How are you doing it a second time? This is my first time and it is quite a challenge. I finished with the iron series and then came here. I know I want to do the Iron series again, jury's still out on Fuel, but it's just because it is so challenging for me right now LOL

I've done EPIC I, Heat, ENDGAME twice, EPIC III three times, and currently, I'm doing EPIC II for the second time. I'm one of Caroline's long-time followers, and as I love those programs, I jump between them. I repeated FUEL because I wanted more movement after repeating IRON. But, you know, all of those are fantastic. I'm still in the third week of EPIC II, so I must decide which one to do next. I wanted to go for Beastmode (in the app; I already did four of five rounds of Beastmode in RUclips), but until the app has a web version, I'm afraid I must keep training with her RUclips programs.
I’m so much looking forward to doing these glute and hamstrings complexes! Complexes are always hard but always fun...and the great thing is you can go at your own pace so they really are suitable for everyone! I love the incorporation of different exercises from Mondays workout such as the lateral lunges and sumo deadlift. Since we have a lot of bodyweight, it doesn't mean that it gets easier at all. Done ✔️. No Hip thrusts with DBs and band but still my Bum were Ouchie..😆 Everytime we repeat the staple it gets tougher. Fave were the BW Bulgarians Complex and Finisher. FUN pushing through the Burn. Also did add-on 10min. Ab Complex. Thanks Caroline! ❤️ Happy Wednesday!
Well done Trish it was a fiery little session. Those hammies & glutes were toasted🥵 I was delighted no band just for a change and found this was more effective for me as I really focused on my form and getting that depth. The b/w Bulgarians were tough when you were into the lunge. Was fine with finisher till half way through second set and by the time hold came it was hot hot😜 loved abs add on too✅ all set for the day😅

Can't say I didn't miss hip thrusts Wednesday 🤣 but enjoyed this so much. The staple came round so quick. Most focused and intense burn for me is definitely hamstring lifts, love the pull I feel. Thank you ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

@@realizedreams6183 Thank you! :) It was quite a challenge, my legs were shaking badly as I did day 13 first and than day 12, but I also used lighter weights for the upper body (10kg ,7.5kg and 3kg). So, yeah it was tough but I survived and today I not even as sore as I though I'll be. Have a wonderful day!
My legs are still sore from 2 days ago. However, I took breaks as needed and did good form throughout. I am so excited to change my body. I feel more energy and more strength to do daily tasks. HOW EXCITING!!! I turn 52 next month. I am building my body stronger with each decade to live my best life. Thank You Caroline for training me to be my best self!
I couldn't wait to do this workout today! I had friends visiting and my last session was on Sunday, but two days off gave me just the right kind of rest and excitement to start moving again. After this session I did the day 16 from the Iron series and wow I feel amazing! I always mention this like a broken record, but the exercises are always put together so well! And the longer session I did brought back the memories of Epic II! ❤️🔥 I have so much love and respect for our Caroline! 💕

It's also important to add that I have been training for many years and I know my body well and listen to it, and one day 30 minutes are more then enough, and some days, I love a longer, meditative session.😁 Caroline has such an extensive workout library, so I love stacking her workouts together. Some weeks I will follow her current routine with the add-ons, and some weeks, if I have a busy schedule, I will stack and play with it. Loved this work out as I am not the biggest fan of hip thrusts!! The finisher was a butt burner! Used 30kg and 15kg. Tried to concentrate on mind/muscle connection since my right glute is super weak. Thanks Caroline - loving the variety and different working out sets of Fuel!!
Getting stronger! First time doing Bulgarian lunges with a 15 lb kettle bell on just one side. Most I'd done before was use two 8 lb dumbbells in each hand simultaneously, or just a single 8 lb dumbbell on one side. Feeling empoweredddd 🔥
Great workout. I am loving the fuel program. I was dripping sweat and thinking omg is this going to stop 😂 I love that I am seeing more of a difference in my body. Unfortunately I haven’t done epic heat, so I can’t compare to that. But this is very challenging and it’s exactly what I need for an extra push. Thank you for all your hard work.

Completed this at my own pace, changed the bw hipthrusts on a chair into lying on the mat, went at a slightly faster pace for the sumo deadlifts, did Bulgarian lunges a little slower to ensure contraction of the glutes which helps me alot.

I think this is my favourite glute workout ever. I am absolutely loving fuel. Thank you so much for this workout. I really enjoyed the format especially the finisher. I can physically see the difference in my body. I've never been strong or really enjoyed working out much before it just goes to show you just need to find the right thing for you and the right trainer

Just like you I thought of trying 15kg dumbbell! (20kg for sumo deadlifts, 15kg for the rest) It worked fantastic! So happy. My hamstring thrusts have also improved!! We don’t do those often so my improvement on those is quite slow and also it’s really an isolating exercise so I think that requires more time, skill and practise😁
This rest day will be so much fun knowing we’ve worked so hard this week already💪🏽😄

Wow you didi it! I have to get heavier weights. I have a 10 kg but for the summos it is to light so I do de body weight with weight to compansate that. It's like Caroline tels us, make it Your workout! Hope you had an awesome day!

I did this workout today and had to fast walk for longer than normal, on the treadmill with an incline just to warm everything up, because I was still so sore. Shaking at the thought of doing full body 🤯
You know when Monday acts like a Monday at work, husband is crabby when he gets home and you HAVE TO MAKE yourself do the workout and you do it exactly and don’t stop early, and then, THEN you feel so much better and SO GLAD you workout ! Anybody feeling me here?

How are you doing it a second time? This is my first time and it is quite a challenge. I finished with the iron series and then came here. I know I want to do the Iron series again, jury's still out on Fuel, but it's just because it is so challenging for me right now LOL

I've done EPIC I, Heat, ENDGAME twice, EPIC III three times, and currently, I'm doing EPIC II for the second time. I'm one of Caroline's long-time followers, and as I love those programs, I jump between them. I repeated FUEL because I wanted more movement after repeating IRON. But, you know, all of those are fantastic. I'm still in the third week of EPIC II, so I must decide which one to do next. I wanted to go for Beastmode (in the app; I already did four of five rounds of Beastmode in RUclips), but until the app has a web version, I'm afraid I must keep training with her RUclips programs.

Hi Everyone 😊 Happy glutes and hamstrings day! The format is again beautiful and intense! I love the incorporation of different exercises from Mondays workout such as the lateral lunges and sumo deadlift. Since we have a lot of bodyweight, it doesn't mean that it gets easier at all. Thank you Caroline for always ensuring we feel the burn ❤️🔥

Done ✔️. No Hip thrusts with DBs and band but still my Bum were Ouchie..😆 Everytime we repeat the staple it gets tougher. Fave were the BW Bulgarians Complex and Finisher. FUN pushing through the Burn. Also did add-on 10min. Ab Complex.

Well done Trish it was a fiery little session. Those hammies & glutes were toasted🥵 I was delighted no band just for a change and found this was more effective for me as I really focused on my form and getting that depth. The b/w Bulgarians were tough when you were into the lunge. Was fine with finisher till half way through second set and by the time hold came it was hot hot😜 loved abs add on too✅ all set for the day😅

@@realizedreams6183 Thank you! :) It was quite a challenge, my legs were shaking badly as I did day 13 first and than day 12, but I also used lighter weights for the upper body (10kg ,7.5kg and 3kg). So, yeah it was tough but I survived and today I not even as sore as I though I'll be. Have a wonderful day!

My legs are still sore from 2 days ago. However, I took breaks as needed and did good form throughout. I am so excited to change my body. I feel more energy and more strength to do daily tasks. Another day down, another major burn session. I love these workouts, glad my step mom told me about you.
I couldn't wait to do this workout today! I had friends visiting and my last session was on Sunday, but two days off gave me just the right kind of rest and excitement to start moving again. After this session I did the day 16 from the Iron series and wow I feel amazing! I always mention this like a broken record, but the exercises are always put together so well! And the longer session I did brought back the memories of Epic II! ❤️🔥 I have so much love and respect for our Caroline! 💕

It's also important to add that I have been training for many years and I know my body well and listen to it, and one day 30 minutes are more then enough, and some days, I love a longer, meditative session.😁 Caroline has such an extensive workout library, so I love stacking her workouts together. Some weeks I will follow her current routine with the add-ons, and some weeks, if I have a busy schedule, I will stack and play with it. I also have to add that just choosing what workouts to do is half the fun, I love it!🤪 See you on Friday!

Loved this work out as I am not the biggest fan of hip thrusts!! The finisher was a butt burner! Used 30kg and 15kg. Tried to concentrate on mind/muscle connection since my right glute is super weak. Thanks Caroline - loving the variety and different working out sets of Fuel!!

Getting stronger! First time doing Bulgarian lunges with a 15 lb kettle bell on just one side. Most I'd done before was use two 8 lb dumbbells in each hand simultaneously, or just a single 8 lb dumbbell on one side. Feeling empoweredddd 🔥

Great workout. I am loving the fuel program. I was dripping sweat and thinking omg is this going to stop 😂 I love that I am seeing more of a difference in my body. Unfortunately I haven’t done epic heat, so I can’t compare to that. But this is very challenging and it’s exactly what I need for an extra push. Thank you for all your hard work.
