Yes! I haven't worked out seriously in a few years, but this is massively increasing my energy and strength. I hiked a very intense waterfall trail over the weekend and killed it! 💪

I was feeling so tired today I figured there was no way I could train. I pushed myself though, because doing these videos with Caroline always seems to make everything better. Did it with 10 KG when regularly I would have used 15 KG but made it all the way to the end and feel restored and with more energy that say, lying on the couch taking the day off. Caroline you are so the best, I love you!

Congratulations on completing Day 14 !!!!!! A small little update - I wore one of my old t-shirts today for today's workout, and notice that it was a little tight around the shoulders and shoulder blades and biceps, and that made me so happy and more motivated to workout today because I realized that even though I may not be able to see it, my body is definitely changing and getting stronger. So don't lose hope if you do not see any visible results instantly, I promise your body is getting stronger and healthier.
I'm come back from a short break, I left to spend time with my family.... Glad I did, but just as happy to be back training with you, Caroline, and all this great community... I really enjoyed that one. The workouts are actually starting to feel a little easier.....not easy by any means but I feel like I can get through them now without dying. At first I thought I must be doing something wrong but today it dawned on me that they might be easier because I am in better shape now. Thanks Caroline!!

The variety of the fuel series has been amazing! The workouts are fun and the time flies by. I feel accomplished and fantastic after each one! Such an intense full body session today with an amazing variety of exercises! When I got to the finisher my muscles were already depleted :D; my last slow push-up wasn't as slow as Caroline's, but was slow enough for how fatigued I was at that point. Thank you, Caroline! I absolutely love these shorter workouts like in the IRON and FUEL series. My body also appreciates the two recovery days. I think I get 'done' a lot during rest :) I wonder, Caroline if you could come up with a series of workouts that use travel-friendly equipment only, such as glute and resistance bands. I am on the road for long stretches at a time and have no access to a gym or dumbbells. So these kinds of series of workouts would be ideal for all the nomads out there. Anyways, thank you for the great quality workouts and for kicking our butts :)

I started following caroline just a few weeks ago with the iron series. Now I'm working my way through fuel. I am getting stronger and lifting heavier than I ever thought possible! It's crazy! Wow! These are the best, safest, and toughest workouts I've ever done! I can't believe it, thank you Caroline!
Another great session 👏 surprisingly the Deadstop Press followed by the Press were the most taxing using 20kg DBs. Those Set-ups were great as a mini staple and really enjoyed the shoulder section. Finisher was great nice to get another go at the slow Push-up which showed me O need to get back to practicing my pushup holds. Happy weekend everyone.

Really enjoyed this mornings workout. My favourite was definitely the snatches. I can see an improvement in strength; I used 10kg for the single arm upper body moves and the snatches which usually I would've opted for 8kg. Felt amazing. It's the Little things ✨️

I really enjoyed that one. The workouts are actually starting to feel a little easier.....not easy by any means but I feel like I can get through them now without dying. At first I thought I must be doing something wrong but today it dawned on me that they might be easier because I am in better shape now. Thanks Caroline!!

Such an intense full body session today with an amazing variety of exercises! When I got to the finisher my muscles were already depleted :D; my last slow push-up wasn't as slow as Caroline's, but was slow enough for how fatigued I was at that point. Thank you, Caroline! I absolutely love these shorter workouts like in the IRON and FUEL series. My body also appreciates the two recovery days. I think I get 'done' a lot during rest :)
I wonder, Caroline if you could come up with a series of workouts that use travel-friendly equipment only, such as glute and resistance bands. I am on the road for long stretches at a time and have no access to a gym or dumbbells. So these kinds of series of workouts would be ideal for all the nomads out there.

I started following caroline just a few weeks ago with the iron series. Now I'm working my way through fuel. I am getting stronger and lifting heavier than I ever thought possible! It's crazy! Wow! These are the best, safest, and toughest workouts I've ever done! I can't believe it, thank you Caroline!

Another great session 👏 surprisingly the Deadstop Press followed by the Press were the most taxing using 20kg DBs. Those Set-ups were great as a mini staple and really enjoyed the shoulder section. Finisher was great nice to get another go at the slow Push-up which showed me O need to get back to practicing my pushup holds. Happy weekend everyone.
Forgot to mention I used 13kg for the shoulders 😉

Really enjoyed this mornings workout. My favourite was definitely the snatches. I can see an improvement in strength; I used 10kg for the single arm upper body moves and the snatches which usually I would've opted for 8kg. Felt amazing. It's the Little things ✨️
