FUEL Series 30 Min DYNAMITE Dumbbells & Burpees HIIT Workout | Day 15

This is FUN! Sweaty! Demanding! And you’ll love the short superset format that these 30 minutes bring!
This dumbbell HIIT workout is packed with full body movements that will require a lot of your energy!
The timer will be on for supersets; 20 seconds of work, followed by another 20 seconds of work! We perform each superset for two rounds!
Many of the supersets will involve a bodyweight exercise followed by a dumbbell exercise!
We then have 20 seconds before performing another two sets of different supersets!
Following this, we then have the staple; one minute of sprawls!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 10kg each! Aside from dumbbells, all you will need is your mat!

I applaud everyone who can do this with grace. Also to CG who did this in real-time. I paused this video a million times and "died" a million times during the session. This is TOUGH and BRUTAL. I am still trying to get my soul back into my body. 🙃
I’m pretty new to her workouts. I’ve scrambled around and picked various workouts from her series but never followed one from beginning to end until now. I always watch the next workout before I do it. This one has me terrified lol and your comment was right on! Good to know I won’t be the only one pausing this a million times!

Happy sunday! I think I will remember half way through FUEL burpee party forever. For sure a highlight for me this week, I can't express how much I loved it! That was something, I am sweating like I did this session in the middle of Sahara. But what else could you expect when an add-on is a stretch😅 The staple felt easy after supersets, I relaxed and managed to do 25-28 sprawls each time. Used 2*10 kg and weights felt heavier after bodyweight exercises. Squat to press was a struggle in the end, managed 4 and was super exhausted. Finisher was insane... that last minute I don't even remember haha.
Now time for a stretch. I am just so glad that yesterday was a full on rest day for me,I stretched for an hour and that was it. Because of resting and refueling my muscles I could go hardcore today.

I really got addicted to these HIIT workouts and I feel like these combined with decent meal plans I got from Next Level Diet will help me to get slim in the next few months. I believe in myself, and I am strongly motivated because I got tired of people body shaming me...

Morning Devansh...wow...this is a tough one...but I know you’ll smash it! The dumbbell exercises coming straight after the burpees are tough...and the sprawls get harder and harder each time. I was trying to do the same number of sprawls each time...and this was getting tough by the end! But it’s a great workout! You will feel so good at the end! Happy Sunday! Matthew

WOW...when the staple is a relief you know the workout kicked butt. A few extra breaks and a few less reps for me, but made it through. So empowering!!! I really feel the changes having done Iron and now Fuel. One after the other with a short break in between is giving real results. Thank you Caroline...xo

I'm officially addicted to Caroline Girvan's Fuel series. I catch myself all throughout my work day looking at her videos to get a sneak peak of what we will be doing in each day's work out. This one excites me because just a few weeks ago I couldn't hardly do burpees. 3 weeks in now I can do them, and weirdly enough love doing them. I also added collagen to my diet and that saved my weak knees as well.

After taking a week's break because of my health I'm back. Did Friday's workout yesterday so doing this today. Will be mindful and take it slow ( recovering from an asthma exacebration). Done with 10kg dumbbells... oh my goodness, that was every bit as brutal as I thought it would be! Every fibre of my being was begging for mercy but I kept fighting right to the end! 🥵👊🏼

For the first time in a long while, it felt like a failure, that I couldn't and in fact, didn't do justice to this otherwise awesome workout. I did keep going along with the timer with my improvisations, but this workout was quite a reality check about self! Sincerely hope to do better next time!
It was definitely a challenging one but you still tried, made modifications and stuck to it-- that is success, never failure!

Day 15 Smashed! That's Plenty of Sweat! Enjoyed each Superset! It helps to keep in mind it's only 20sec. per exercise. Last exercise ×2 Lunge to Pushup burpee was Killer. Felt my heart was going to 💥. Did it in my own pace and pushed through. Feels Awesome to finish! 🤩

I thought this was so fun...and then I saw the half rep burbees and I cried a little lol. BUT I have come so far in that movement from where I was when I first did them a year and a half ago! These little things are just a tiny fraction of reasons I am so grateful for you , Caroline!

I just did this after day 17 of epic heat, absolute killer but so rewarding!!!! 185bpm. I'm definitely a Caroline addict, I agree with comments below I wake up and check what todays challenge is.

I know I’m late to the party but I would like to point out how insanely effective these workouts are. I’ve completed Epic I, II and III and the Iron series. Ever since starting Fuel I’m amazed at how much I’ve improved, I’ve gotten so much stronger and I’m able to finish workouts without taking 40 breaks lol. Thank you so much Caroline 🙏🏾
I'm with you. Done all the Epics, but not Iron yet, that will be next, after Fuel. Sweating profusely, but loving it.

This one was rough. Yesterday on my "rest" day I loaded 10 wheelbarrows of mulch and installed it in my garden. 6 hours of functional training and this morning I see the BRAIDS.... Did my best and had a great time. Loved the pace and the moves with weights and cardio and bodyweight. My favorite kind of workout!

@@matthewalmond8274 it was indeed tough but fantastic. I was dreading it but surprised myself at how strong I was at it. We should be so proud of ourselves with how far we have come on our journey with Caroline under such brilliant guidance from her. Format was brilliant loved b/w into resistance and it was tough. It was a sweat fest around here and a huffy puffy sess for me but enjoyed it so much. Finisher was hard fone with sprawl but push up burpee into sprawl was a whole other story. Kept going as much as I could but glad when over🥵🥵 6k run under the belt too and my legs remained stronger so I'm very happy 🙂

Rachel and I have just been for a nice walk...around a village close to us called Waltham St Lawrence! It is a good place for walking with lots of footpaths and it is a sort of idyllic England! 15th century pub, half-timbered thatched cottages with roses growing up the walls, ancient church with church bells ringing on a Sunday morning! Ho avuto anch'io la magnifica idea di alternare gli staples in sprawls e burpees💥 mentre lo facevo soffrivo abbastanza ma ora mi sento soddisfattissima e quasi ( quasi ehhh) lo rifarei!!! Comunque davvero, penso che questa lezioncina la rifarò sicuramente. Più che altro qua in Liguria oggi è veramente caldo... fortunatamente c'è un bel venticello ma le temperature sono tostine...ma!!!... noi siamo delle stoiche del fitness e non ci abbattiamo!💪🏻🔥😂✌🏻 Chissà la settimana prossima che tipo di allenamenti ci riserverà Caroline...io adoro i superset... magari faremo qualche giant set😜 ... anche approfondire i Cluster non mi dispiacerebbe, molto interessanti... d'accordissimo con te! I was scared when I saw all the burpees but it was challenging in a good way. It might be Father’s Day but this was a gift to all the ladies in their lives.

It is demanding but you will love it Peach. You will surprise yourself too at how far you have come in building your strength. I was delighted with myself and it was tough but I felt I was so able for it😊 so enjoy lots of fun here💪💪

2 - Did it help my cardio-vascular fitness? Yes
3 - Did it have any muscle building moves? Yes
4 - Did it contribute to long term bone density health? Yes
5 - Did it have any of my favourite moves? Yes, (burpees, lunges and renegade rows are all in here).
Overall score: 6 out of 5, (there's a bonus point because of the endorphin high I'm currently experiencing).
Loved it!!! The time flew by sooooo quickly.

I did it all it was amazing i had no rest at all .. i became so strong in burpees and sprawls my heart is not hurting me anymore so glad to be able to complete this one 👌👌

Most difficult workout so far. Of course, being close tp 72 years old makes it harder. I did all modifications and still my heart was racing the whole workout and it is from a woman who swims competitively and runs as well. Way to go, Caroline. You are a gem.

I had to take this one a little slower today, especially with the lunges due to the fact that I’m still soooo sore from the last two workouts lol. It hurt so good!
Loved it! All of it! I had been looking forward to this workout most this week and it didn’t disappoint. No fear of burpees anymore after two years of training them with Caroline, even those single leg burpees. I thought the format was so well planned, and the 20 second rest was just the exact right amount of time before going hard again. Around 47%, I thought I was going to cave but somehow I got through that moment and carried on, and then suddenly it was over. Yes, the 60 second sprawls were easier than I thought they would be after all. Thank you for a fun week of workouts!

This was an absolute killer... What I don't like about these circuits is that i feel like I don't have enough time to get into a correct position, when I do, i get to do 1-2 reps and I have to switch... For a beginner it's kinda difficult. I'd rather go for a slow tempo, that lets me feel every inch of a muscle. But that s just my preference.
Also, i had to pause at the middle of the video to make sure I will still survive until the end.

The finisher finished me! It's impossible to think about anything else during this workout! And afterwards, I'm radiating heat! And my skin is glistening with sweat. I can't believe that now I use 8 kgs as my LIGHTER dumbbells for full-body workouts! Thank you, Caroline!

What a workout. I loved it but hated it too...in a good way. I can do allot of negative self talk when it comes to burpees and sprawls. But I did it and I'm very grateful to you Caroline for this workout. Thank you

I made it! Looking through the preview I was feeling a bit anxious about getting through the whole thing but once I was in the thick of it I realised how much my cardio vascular strength has got better over these months and it was going quite well for the most part. By the time I reached the finisher I was really done but took a few extra seconds to recover and pushed through cause I know after those two minutes I could do whatever I wanted. My takeaway is that it’s good to challenge yourself every now and then and be outside your comfort zone if you want to grow. It’s not easy but it is worth it!
I was a massive fan of the Sunday HIIT throughout Epic so it was great to be pounding the floorboards at 5am again. Part 2 of the finisher took some doing though! 🥵 x

Edit: just finished it…ok…. So I was not wrong at all with the « be careful » 😁 What happened to me ? I felt like I was trap in some cosmic washing machine , and the pain was quite real 🥵 I almost got sick around 60% of the workout , but I did not want to pause and went to the end by slowing down the pace When the 1 mn burpee with alternate lunges at then end arrived, I saw some kind of a light in a tunnel … 😁

That was HECTIC! I had to repeatedly remind myself that the workouts that I don't like (cue in Burpees) are the ones I need the most. I adapted when I had to and pushed through. Sweated a river! Stocked🤸🏾♀️ Thank you for pushing the limits Caroline. Now, I need to find my comfort zone. I lost it somewhere in that workout🏃🏿♀️

I was not looking forward to this workout...but man, am I glad I did! I can do jump lunges again, I can get a few string pushups in via straight leg, and I can go all the way through the minute of hand sprawls 🎉❤ I am so thrilled to see these results within 2 weeks!!! I could barely do weighted lunges or pushups on my knees...THANK YOU FOR THESE PROGRAMS!!😊🫂
