My tip for this workout: I use two sets of adjustable weights and can't transition as quickly as CG. I paused the video so I could set the correct weight, get into position and go. I felt that way I could lift the max weight and not miss the timed sessions. As Caroline says I made it my own. Loving FUEL!
I pause the videos here and there too--especially when carrying my heavy weights back to the stand to dial in a lower weight. I don't feel like I am getting a rest so I pause even if I can technically dial in the weight before the rest time is up ha ha.
Day 55 of making change through grief! Today’s emotion is Angry! Glad I showed up today and lifted hard to work through this. All feelings are valid! Just don’t get stuck in one for too long. I’m never getting over this pain 🥺just learning to live with it. What a ride and a reminder that I’m not in control as I thought and that is ok! 🫶🏼
What a fantastic upper body workout! Such a brilliant range of exercises..heavy and light weights plus bodyweight moves, and all focussed on training antagonistic pairs of muscles! Just such superb planning once again! This is going to be so interesting to do...but hard too...when Caroline says that the finisher will be demanding then we know what to expect! Fantastic upper body session! Caroline was trully born to do this. I loved the format and that the second set was always a faster pace. The staple was such a burner, I loved using lighter weights as you can really isolate and burn the muscle. Lat sweep holds were killer!! The finisher was just insane. I don't remember when snow angels were so hard to perform as today, the last set of deadstop push ups was a challenge. Brilliant! I did standing core workout as I didn't do it in a long time.. what a fun workout! Have an amazing day, it will be hard to lift those arms today 😅

I always love upper body. Can’t believe I can now do push ups and incline push-ups without cheating. CG’s workout really works with discipline and consistency. I have never seen muscles in my arms until Caroline! Thank you Caroline. I wouldn’t know how I can keep up without you!
Very true Peach. Normal push ups I'm fine with its tricep ones I struggle with! Perseverance will pay off. What a demanding sess. Feel that all over upper body. It was a fiery little number but again format was fantastic. Loved the variation again in second superset. Well done today💪💪

You know it's about to go down when Caroline is using light weights 😅 I loved this format! These FUEL upper body workouts have been very challenging and empowering. Loved when you came closer to the camera for those last slow lateral raises, I felt like we were just two friends supporting each other in the home stretch!

I had 3 different weights for this and trust me when I say go low for the staple!. This is a fantastic upper body workout and luckily not too many push ups 😊. The tricep dips I did 1 set on the chair and then switched to diamond press because of my weak wrist. This ( as all the others on this programme) went so quick!. DAY 12 on repeat ✨️ so I used the same weights as last time and I have to say last time was really tough, today was much more achievable and really shows how Fuel builds your strength and resolve. Wow! Sounds you blasted this Trish yesssss....my arms still achy after it. I know I worked them this morning. Hoping I won't be too sore tomorrow 😱 loved today too. Staple was super hard and burned more each time. It sure was a sizzler. I would do this one again. I ranged from 15kg - 4kg today. Snow angels were extra hard the push up was easier. These workouts make me realize how strong I've been getting and really appreciating the progress, even though it may be slow. Adored the antagonist superset style!
So good 👍 Today I used 20kg DBs for the Chest and Back , 10kg DBs for the Arms, I did Kickbacks for Triceps as I did so many dips last week when I was on BW only, and 7.5kg DBs for the staple. Really enjoyed this, great pump , time flies and you feel great after. The finisher was tough - very tough but thats what I'm here for - to be challenged..Thanks Cx - another stellar session 🙌 which I loved 😍

This was one of the best upper body work outs !! My heart rate was elevated the whole time . Every muscle in my upper body was working . The time flew by . This reminds me of heat . I loved the heat series . Your the best Caroline !!
Struggling on day 1, I am still kicking though I’m a CG cardio-phobia! The FUEL series maybe IT that I conquer my fear! Upper body is always my strong suit! Can’t wait to smash this tomorrow!!!!!

Hi Connie...my advice is not to think too much about the cardio! Just go at your own pace, try to relax and have fun! You’ll find your fitness levels increase and suddenly you’ll be smashing it and feeling so fit! I’m a bit the opposite...I love cardio...and I find upper body workouts the hardest...but like you I’m looking forward to this session! I’m just about to start! Matthew
I used 10 pretty much for everything she used 15 ,and 5 for everything she used 8. 2.5 for the quick laterals. Still working on upper body strength, but hey, my pushups are wonderful compared to where I started! LOVE TO ALL.

Another great workout. After the first set of staple laterals, I knew that the smallest DBs I have would start to add up by the end. And yes it is super helpful knowing what Caroline is lifting, not to be competitive, but to pick your own weights appropriately by comparison. I tried dips on bars today….yep, those need work! Favourite exercise today was lat sweeps with 15s holds. Did the add-on today. With it being an older video, I miss the beeps and end up out of step so I just go for about 4 or 5 good reps of each one and that works out about right. Looking forward to the next workout!

When we hit that halfway mark I thought: oh no! I thought it was almost over! We still have another half to go?! 🥵 But the second half seemed to go quicker. There was a time (about a year ago) I could only use about HALF the dumbbell size Caroline used, but today I am using almost the same size, and sometimes the same size! I have come so far, thank you Caroline! There is no way I would have ever challenged myself on my own. It is so helpful to have someone I can look up to who is motivating me all along the way. I can’t thank you enough 😍
Ouch!! My shoulders were on fire!!! Almost couldn’t do the renegade rows Loved it! I’ve been seeing the transformation in my strength, endurance, physic and I’m proud because this has held me accountable to GET IT DONE! My 3 rd baby is 5 months and this has been a journey to getting back on track with a lot of aspects: discipline, keeping my word to my self, being a better version mentally, emotionally … I’m a personal trainer to but I love and get get fulled when training with others, so this has been amazing! I feel like I’m not alone 🥰 specially with the little time I have, if I don’t train at home then I wouldn’t be able to do it at all.
In my opinion one of the best upper body workouts you ever created! thank you very much, not only for this one, but for all your effort you put into your Videos. You brought back my (and probably many other people too) my interest, motivation and fun in weight training!

Oh my goodness. I don’t think my side delt had ever felt that sore. Loved the staple move. Could barely keep my arms up for the snow angels at the end. A new favorite!

I felt incredible the same. I realized during deadstop push ups that how I am more stronger on my shoulder and triceps back to last month. Now I am able to raise whole my body in steady line using only my arms!!! one of my favorite, today's workout was a real fun.Thank you my dear only forever coach.

I am recovering from A primary frozen shoulder and this is day 12 of Fuel and getting better every time. Just used lighter dumbbell for my left shoulder. But slowly getting there . 🎉 Love this Fuel serie.

I loved this format! These FUEL upper body workouts have been very challenging and empowering. Loved when you came closer to the camera for those last slow lateral raises, I felt like we were just two friends supporting each other in the home stretch!

I used to do that! It's such a great way to do whatever fits in your schedule.
I had 3 different weights for this and trust me when I say go low for the staple!. This is a fantastic upper body workout and luckily not too many push ups 😊. The tricep dips I did 1 set on the chair and then switched to diamond press because of my weak wrist. This ( as all the others on this programme) went so quick!. DAY 12 on repeat ✨️ so I used the same weights as last time and I have to say last time was really tough, today was much more achievable and really shows how Fuel builds your strength and resolve. Wow! Sounds you blasted this Trish yesssss....my arms still achy after it. I know I worked them this morning. Hoping I won't be too sore tomorrow 😱 loved today too. Staple was super hard and burned more each time. It sure was a sizzler. I would do this one again. I ranged from 15kg - 4kg today. Snow angels were extra hard the push up was easier. I thought I'd never say that!! Add on done too✅have a great day😊

A day behind in the fuel series as at a good friends funeral yesterday. He died too young. Back on track today. I also got a fit of giggles at 88% through when Caroline started giggling. Contagious 😍
These workouts make me realize how strong I've been getting and really appreciating the progress, even though it may be slow. Adored the antagonist superset style!
So good 👍 Today I used 20kg DBs for the Chest and Back , 10kg DBs for the Arms, I did Kickbacks for Triceps as I did so many dips last week when I was on BW only, and 7.5kg DBs for the staple. Really enjoyed this, great pump , time flies and you feel great after. The finisher was tough - very tough but thats what I'm here for - to be challenged..Thanks Cx - another stellar session 🙌 which I loved 😍

This was one of the best upper body work outs !! My heart rate was elevated the whole time . Every muscle in my upper body was working . The time flew by . This reminds me of heat . I loved the heat series . Your the best Caroline !!
Struggling on day 1, I am still kicking though I’m a CG cardio-phobia! The FUEL series maybe IT that I conquer my fear! Upper body is always my strong suit! Can’t wait to smash this tomorrow!!!!!

Hi Connie...my advice is not to think too much about the cardio! Just go at your own pace, try to relax and have fun! You’ll find your fitness levels increase and suddenly you’ll be smashing it and feeling so fit! I’m a bit the opposite...I love cardio...and I find upper body workouts the hardest...but like you I’m looking forward to this session! I’m just about to start! Matthew

I used 10 pretty much for everything she used 15 ,and 5 for everything she used 8. 2.5 for the quick laterals. Still working on upper body strength, but hey, my pushups are wonderful compared to where I started! LOVE TO ALL.

Another great workout. After the first set of staple laterals, I knew that the smallest DBs I have would start to add up by the end. And yes it is super helpful knowing what Caroline is lifting, not to be competitive, but to pick your own weights appropriately by comparison. I tried dips on bars today….yep, those need work! Favourite exercise today was lat sweeps with 15s holds. Did the add-on today. With it being an older video, I miss the beeps and end up out of step so I just go for about 4 or 5 good reps of each one and that works out about right. Looking forward to the next workout!

When we hit that halfway mark I thought: oh no! I thought it was almost over! We still have another half to go?! 🥵 But the second half seemed to go quicker.
There was a time (about a year ago) I could only use about HALF the dumbbell size Caroline used, but today I am using almost the same size, and sometimes the same size! I have come so far, thank you Caroline! There is no way I would have ever challenged myself on my own. It is so helpful to have someone I can look up to who is motivating me all along the way. I can’t thank you enough 😍

Loved it! I’ve been seeing the transformation in my strength, endurance, physic and I’m proud because this has held me accountable to GET IT DONE! My 3 rd baby is 5 months and this has been a journey to getting back on track with a lot of aspects: discipline, keeping my word to my self, being a better version mentally, emotionally … I’m a personal trainer to but I love and get get fulled when training with others, so this has been amazing! I feel like I’m not alone 🥰 specially with the little time I have, if I don’t train at home then I wouldn’t be able to do it at all.

Oh my goodness. I don’t think my side delt had ever felt that sore. Loved the staple move. Could barely keep my arms up for the snow angels at the end. A new favorite!

I felt incredible the same. I realized during deadstop push ups that how I am more stronger on my shoulder and triceps back to last month.
