Recently heard the idea on a podcast that when you’re working out and holding a move that’s hard you practice reciting a verse you’re memorizing to also train your brain to turn to God’s Word when something feels hard. I was trying to go by memory the first few days but decided today to just write it on a notecard by my dumbbells to reference every time I feel like I can’t do it. 💪🏼🙏🏼
Put the babe down for his morning nap, pushed play in this workout and he woke up right after the warmup😩 but because of these awesome workouts I was still able to get him settled with snacks and toys and dance around him as I worked out. I used to only train for long distance runs, but with littles, it is so hard to find the dedicated time it takes to get out of the house. Now I can get my heart rate up and build those muscles all while still taking care of my littles. So so so thankful for team NML.
Whenever I workout in the morning and hit play, my little one decides to wake up. Right there with you momma! So thankful I can do this at home and pause whenever.

I miss the joy & peace of running, but it does take much more time (and away from kids!) Maybe in another season of life I’ll run distances again, but Lindsey is hard to beat right now. She’s a great motivator & I love working out with her on my screen! ☺️
Love the new Build 30 workouts! I'm 46 and in better shape now than I was in my 20's! Been doing NML workouts for about 9 months, wish I would have found you sooner. I look forward to working out with you everyday. You keep me motivated with your words of encouragement and the variety of each workout and I'm never bored. I did not want to get out of bed today. Not for exercise, not for work…nothing. But I knew I would regret not working out. The workout was hard but I did it. 🎉🎉🎉 So glad I have PTO tomorrow and Monday 😊
Yesterday while walking with friends at the park, a biker ran straight into me going full speed. I lost my balance and I thought that I was going to hit the ground. Thanks to these workouts, I (and I haven't been doing it consistently; I do them when I have time), I was able to regain my balance while standing and even offered to help the guy up. Thank you NML! This motivates me to keep going!

I have been following NML for many years and just subscribed to it. I am a nurse and during COVID, while working from home, NML was my go-to for workouts. I used my new resistance bands for the first time and it was fantastic! Can’t wait to learn more about joining this group!
I do really like this format. All of your formats are good but I like the dynamic moves that make me think to include both moves. That way I’m not thinking about the time and it flies by!
I am new to NML and started the Build 30 on Monday - WOW, I am sore in all the right places. Love the energy and the workouts are a real challenge for me.

Amazing glute burn! I use to train as a body-builder pre kids and use to heavy weights. I love this video as it goes to show you can train just as / if not more effectively with lighter weights but play with ROM and tempo! Thanks Lin x
Whew! Finished this for the second time and woof, still got me. Those hinged lunges into deadlifts are FIRE!!! Killer but fire haha So excited I was able to complete most of the moves with my 30 pound dumbbells this time around. You always push us! Thank you!
Loved the different combinations 😊 I couldn't go as heavy as I usually do for squats or lunges but the glutes certainly got warm . I am traveling during Christmas so I am hoping you have more banded workouts so I can do these when away. Merry Christmas from here in Australia ❤

After arm day, I couldn't wash my hair without saying "Oh wow." I believe getting up out of a chair tomorrow is going to illicit the same response. LOVE IT!
Day 6 for me, had to take my break midweek amd went for a nice hike yesterday. Squeezed this workout in while my daughter is napping today. Feeling stronger amd sweatier every day!
I don’t quite know why but day 4 and I feel SO strong! Virtually no fatigue, and I increased my weights, AND finished the burn out round again. I CANNOT wait for tomorrow!
I loved all the NEW MOVES. THAT WAS PARTICULARLY CHALLENGING! Maybe I’m tired maybe it was just plain hard. Wowzer!!! Thank you. I know my booty will He so sore tomorrow…likely later today!
This might just be one of my all time favorite leg days. I loved this! Pretty sure my upper outside butt checks will say differently tomorrow, but for now, I feel awesome!
I was a bit nervous doing legs again after the Day 1 leg work out. ( my legs are still sore )But I was pleasantly surprised how good it went. Completely different exercises to what we did on Day 1. Brilliant!!!

I had given up working out i used to do your workouts last year and i gave up and stopped i decided to start again and i came across this program this week on monday at the salon 😂 and i said from tuesday 23 july i will start again and since day one if been so motivated to come back and push myself its friday im on day 4 and will definetly do day 5 tomorrow on saturday ❤
I started bouldering recently and noticed my hamstrings feeling tired when doing certain climbs. Tbh I only ever saw hamstrings as a flexibility thing and not a muscle to work. So excited to build some hamstring strength! Thanks NML

I enjoy your work outs. I would like if u at more cardio each day, so it’s usually not weights only. A nice form of cardio too. All together gets more done in a day work out. Thank you for all u do. I love all the encouragement!
This workout scared me cause i was having a hard time with the warm up 😅😅. I really love starting the workouts with the 30 reps :D. Also that new move where you put the weight behind the knee was awesome. This goes on the top favorite leg workouts:D.

This workout scared me cause i was having a hard time with the warm up 😅😅. I really love starting the workouts with the 30 reps :D. Also that new move where you put the weight behind the knee was awesome. This goes on the top favorite leg workouts:D.
