Woah, that was tough!!! I tried to do the runs with Linds with the band but it didn't work well with leggings on- rolled up leggings to make the band stay. Thanks for another great leg day!!!
Loved it! A lot of good moves. I really liked the lunge, lunge knee drive. I LOVED the lunge lover deluxe!😂 And I think you should consider calling the run, run jump the Super Mario!🤣
That was a sweaty one. Great excercises and format. The power moves were tough but effective. For the final exercise, I placed(2) 12 lbs weight into a glute band( youtube hack)and put another glute band around my thighs, and completed hip thrust from my couch. I used 25lbs for the duration. ❤
I will never look at a workout format and thing that if it’s only got 2 circuits, it’s not gonna be that hard again. That killed my legs! Thank you for always bringing such great workouts!
🔥🔥🔥this just very well might be the BEST leg day ever!! Loved everything about it… big combo moves, power moves in between were killer!! I looked awfully silly doing those banded run/run/split jump things 😂😂 Really loved the whole workout!
Now this one’s my favorite! Is it still a favorite if you have like, 15?? All of your workouts are my favorite (except when you make me do push ups!!)!

Hubby was kind enough to postpone his workday so I could do this workout. 4 weeks postpartum--thanks NML for keeping me fit through pregnancy so I can show up for this!
This had my HR 160-172 the majority of the workout! Phew! 😅I'll have to keep coming back to it to see how I improve- especially that lunge lover special move

Amazing workout! Feeling great. Just finally got a fitness tracker (Garmin Venu3s, which I saw Lindsay and Rachel repping and am very happy with it) - I'm wondering if anyone has tips on how to track NML workouts on their tracker? I have tried strength and HIIT settings, but they seem to be set up for workouts that you create (e.g., have to select # of reps and weight lbs and track each set for strength or have to select a type of workout for HIIT and track sets and rests -- I find this to be distracting during a fastpaced workout such as NML, forcing me to pause more often than I want to). I have been using Cardio, but not sure that's the best setting. What settings do others use to track NML's HIIT and strength workouts?
