I absolutely love these standing quick workouts! As someone diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis), I really struggle with exercises that require being on the ground and putting pressure on my wrists-they're just too painful. These standing workouts have helped me stay active without aggravating symptoms. Thank you for making workouts accessible for people like me!
I’m a day behind because I slept through my alarm yesterday 🫣 but wow! What a nice, hardcore way to start my day today 🙌 Lindsey, you are so strong and inspiring to make me want to accomplish pull-ups someday. And Rachel, you’re equally as strong and one of the best cheerleaders! I love how you both encourage each other in your workouts. Such motivators! Can’t wait for day two! 💪🏋️♀️
2024 wasn't my best year fitness wise. I dealt with a lot mentally with losing two family pets. I stopped breastfeeding after 25 months and just really seemed to lose track on my fitness journey. I put on 10 lbs. and lost my motivation. I struggled being consistent and wasnt able to follow through with finishing any workout programs. Well, I'm back and better than ever. First strength workout of 2025! This is going to be the best year yet!!
I did not see this coming! To be honest, I was bummed that the new program was only 20 minutes, but Holy Bananas! I guess 20 minutes is enough for NML to kick my butt! Can’t wait for the rest of this program.

I’ve been following NML since 2021 😊 I just wanted to share my story for some encouragement to others. All through pregnancy I continued to work out thanks to Lindsey and her team. Unfortunately during pregnancy (mid October) I ended up with blood clots in my lungs and legs and had to deliver our daughter 6 weeks early via emergency c-section. I had to have multiple surgeries on my leg to clear out the clots- 30 day stay in the hospital. I’m so proud to say this was my first work out back. My squat range was terrible, I had to take breaks, and I couldn’t finish the work out fully but I gave it my all. Without NML I don’t think I would have even had the courage to start recovering. Thank you NML! I’m getting 1% better every single day 💗

I had every reason not to start today… sick kids, a blizzard with 1.5 feet of snow, a messy house. BUT, I pressed play and loved every second of the hard earned sweat! I have a canvas banner that says “do not grow weary” right by my pull up bar, and I needed that reminder today! Thanks NML for helping me crush my goals 💪🏻
I feel this, had every reason to not hit play, including jumping right back into homeschooling with unhappy kids needing direction & help. But, I hit play & with plenty of interruptions, finally finished the workout. 😂 Thank you, Team NML!

Hello 2025!! I did Metcon 100 and Build 30 over and over again last year and conquered those 100 pushups! I am sooooo ready to get after the pull-ups this year! Thank you for always throwing out new challenges to work toward! I am a fellow Minnesotan and homeschool mom of three and Nourish Move Love has become a welcome member of my daily routine over the last year. It gets my brain and body going every morning so I have the mental strength to guide my kids through their learning journey each day. Loved it! Pure fire! I did hit the pause button before the pull-ups on the last time through just so I could catch my breath a bit. I was able to get 5 pull ups in 30 Seconds. 😊 pretty excited about that! Thanks Lindsey and Rachel! Looking forward to tomorrow!
20 Minute workouts usually don't excite me, but I figured with the member's 10 minute add-on that I would give it a shot! I actually enjoyed it. The 20 minute strength gave me the focus to really go heavy, especially with your motivation. Looking forward to the rest of the program and the retreat!
Boom! Loved it. In case it helps anyone I did not invest in a pull-up bar and as an alternative to rows I did an inverted pull up using the edge of our dining table (laying underneath the table and placing my palms over the top edge to pull myself up). So excited for this series and LOVE the 20 minutes!

This was officially my first work out 4 month post partum... let's say its a challenge with a needy baby BUT as a long time NML follwer I was taught to squat it out when in doubt....works even with a 6kg Baby 👍🏻 thank you for providing time sensitive content for busy parents ❤

Thank you! This was my first workout since I had major pelvic floor/abdominal surgery in late October. The pace of the warm up reminded me that I've got to ease in, so I slowed the playback time to .75, which meant (1) my workout was quite a bit more than 20 min, and (2) the slowed audio made Lindsey sound very out of breath, just like I was! I am sure tomorrow is going to HURT but today I feel really proud of myself and my body.
Day behind due to work, still got a good walk/ run in yesterday. However I love these workout and am so glad I found yall!! I’ll be back for day 2 tomorrow!!
That was absolute fire...I've learned to expect that especially with your shorter workouts. I especially love all the new combo moves with the final swing/twist/hold one as my fav. Let's do that one again! Excited for day 2
I took last week off as I have had excruciating pain in my right elbow for going on more than six months now, so this was my first day back in a week and this was tough!! Loving this new program and can't wait to see what the next two weeks bring!
Full body day ✔ love these 20 minute quick effective workouts. They are perfect because with warm up and cool down they are 25 minutes and then I have 5 minutes to work on anything else I might be working on, like right now I need extra calves for my Achilles issues. All in the 30 minutes I have to workout. Thank you ladies!
We moved to a new house Dec.1st with 4 little kids( I don't recommend moving in December with kids!!!) And a month of sickness, busyness of Christmas...so no workout for me for a month!!!! And I have been consistent since last March! It was so good to start my day with you amazing, strong ladies! And I absolutely love the new format! Happy New Year to you and your families! ❤

OMG that was insane. I did not completely understand the format as we went but it felt like a sneaky pyramid😅 in the first circuit i said out loud “chalk Lindsey”😂 makes all. The. Difference. !! Super excited for the rest of this program!
Loved it. Unfortunately I found out in dec that I have a widening of my aorta. So was told until further testing no heavy weights or overdoing it. I have been bummed. I have increased weight and could see the strength differences. I decided with this program I was gonna do it with mods and only 5 and7 lb weights. Waiting for more testing and follow up with surgeon. Say prayers

Made a point to go up in weights. Did this with 20s except for the standing flies. Definitely made me feel so accomplished. I subbed push ups for pull ups since I have push up goal for this year!

I use some of your workouts regularly!!! I use many of the modifications. I have old foot injuries that make lunges really difficult. I'd love to see modifications for those!

This was officially my first work out 4 month post partum... let's say its a challenge with a needy baby BUT as a long time NML follwer I was taught to squat it out when in doubt....works even with a 6kg Baby 👍🏻 thank you for providing time sensitive content for busy parents ❤

So GREAT!!! I nearly talked myself out of this, but I left the video streaming, so once it started, I had no choice but to join in! I'm on the EC for a few months, and 20-minute workouts fit my schedule well. I'm up at 3:45, coffee time, then 20 minutes to FIRE!! HUGE Thanks to both of you! GOD bless and have a wonderful Monday!

Thank you! This was my first workout since I had major pelvic floor/abdominal surgery in late October. The pace of the warm up reminded me that I've got to ease in, so I slowed the playback time to .75, which meant (1) my workout was quite a bit more than 20 min, and (2) the slowed audio made Lindsey sound very out of breath, just like I was! I am sure tomorrow is going to HURT but today I feel really proud of myself and my body.

That was absolute fire...I've learned to expect that especially with your shorter workouts. I especially love all the new combo moves with the final swing/twist/hold one as my fav. Let's do that one again! Excited for day 2

I took last week off as I have had excruciating pain in my right elbow for going on more than six months now, so this was my first day back in a week and this was tough!! Loving this new program and can't wait to see what the next two weeks bring!

Full body day ✔ love these 20 minute quick effective workouts. They are perfect because with warm up and cool down they are 25 minutes and then I have 5 minutes to work on anything else I might be working on, like right now I need extra calves for my Achilles issues. All in the 30 minutes I have to workout. Thank you ladies!

We moved to a new house Dec.1st with 4 little kids( I don't recommend moving in December with kids!!!) And a month of sickness, busyness of Christmas...so no workout for me for a month!!!! And I have been consistent since last March!

Loved it. Unfortunately I found out in dec that I have a widening of my aorta. So was told until further testing no heavy weights or overdoing it. I have been bummed. I have increased weight and could see the strength differences. I decided with this program I was gonna do it with mods and only 5 and7 lb weights. Waiting for more testing and follow up with surgeon. Say prayers

Made a point to go up in weights. Did this with 20s except for the standing flies. Definitely made me feel so accomplished. I subbed push ups for pull ups since I have push up goal for this year!

I use some of your workouts regularly!!! I use many of the modifications. I have old foot injuries that make lunges really difficult. I'd love to see modifications for those!

I'm so excited to have pullups incorporated into a program! I have 6 kids and it's sometimes discouraging to keep having to start over and over again on these so I welcome the challenge to consistent practice ❤
