    Thanks for all your energy and positivity. There is no way I would have completed that very difficult workout without it. My arms are noodles 😅. My dog is typing this 😂.

      Comment pro tip~ just tell your pup to hit the mic feature and then just tell him what it is you want to say.. or you can write it down for him and do it that way. 👍 speech-typing

      Just a reminder to all of you out there, women carry more things than "babies and groceries". You've got to be kidding me that this is the message you're sending in a workout video. We carry laptops, books, luggage, etc. as well as goals & pride.

    That has got to be one of the hardest arm workouts I've ever done! Yay Proverbs 31:17!! There are tons of RUclipsrs I could follow for workouts, but NO ONE does encouragement like NML! THANK YOU!

    I love the Proverbs 31 reference. I can’t believe how tough this was with pushups at the front! Made it through and feel great. Loving the new program.

    I am repeating this program and 2 weeks ago, I couldn't do the burnout round because I physically just fell to the floor during the first push up burpee. Today, I completed the entire burn out round and didn't drop once! You are amazing and I'm so thankful you are here to push us with tough, effective and FUN at home workouts!

    This is my second attempt at trying the program, this time I’m committed to fully finishing it. I finished this video with an emotional release that I needed so badly, crying, ugly crying…thank you for allowing my body to reach this point, of releasing trapped emotions. Love the whole team!

    That. Was. Brutal. I was picking up the remote to turn it off once you explained what the burnout was. But then you said, "You can do anything for three minutes." And you're right! Wasn't perfect, but I gave my best effort for the last 3 minutes and I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow! Thanks for always pushing me to do a little extra!

    I actually teared up in the triceps dips when you were talking about Proverbs. I feel so fortunate to be a wife and mother, and i have never found a workout channel that seeks to strengthen women to do this as well as possible. I’m continually blessed by your workouts, every stinkin time I’m glad I did it. Thank you for such excellent content.

    This workout made me cry. And not because it was too hard! But near the end, when you yell, "You are so strong!", the tears came. We *are* so much stronger than we think. Thank you for helping me to realize that.

    I was so encouraged by the Proverbs verses! Love that!!! This was so hard. I had every weight out by the end lol from 10-25!!! I used them all but wow! I kind of love/hate the format! I wish I was with a crew of folks doing this in person. You guys are giving so much with these workouts!!! I love it. Rachel- I’m with you. Not a hair washing day! Ouch

    I have been watching your videos for a few years but never did one of your challenges. I decided to try this one and really love the format. It keeps my attention and is very challenging but not so much so that I can't do it. Although I do curse you for the last 3 minutes, but the cursing comes from a place of love. Your constant "you can do" is helpful and really appreciate that you have Rachel there for modifications. Thanks so much for your commitment to helping us ladies get kick ass strong!

    I really love this new format!! I felt like I had time to finish reps and do them properly. Yesterday's full body leg I was struggling a little bit and proper form. It felt like a lot of stuff put into a short amount of time.

      I was just about to comment that, too, and then saw your comment. Lol 😂 I about face planted onto my mat going into that first push-up burpee because my arms were so fatigued! 🤪 I had to take the pushups to an incline. 😅 Great job pushing through! 💪🏻

    I am so happy with your workouts! I've been diligently exercising since my first pregnancy in 2018. I've never been able to do pushups from the knees, side planks, use weights heavier than 5lbs, or lateral lunges. I started working out with you 6 months ago and today I can do 30 pushups from my toes, lift 15lb weights, hold a side plank for 1 minute, and do weighted lateral lunges! I love seeing my progress! Thank you.

    This is my 3rd time through it and I'm still loving it!! I definitely think the people that said it's not hard enough are not using appropriate weights for themselves (Go Heavy, you are strong than you think!!).💜

    Lindsey and Rachel, you are the living embodiment of the proverbs quote. Thank you for the inspiring words. Believe me, I need them. Life can be scary, and we need to be strong, to feel strong. Thank you so much for this arm workout. The last time I did it, I used 8 pound weights for everything. This time, I used 12 for most, then 10 for a couple. I really feel like I'm building muscle, thanks to you both.

    I was so proud of myself for doing all the push-ups on my toes and using my 15's for almost all the moves, but man was I regretting it those last 3 minutes as my entire body was shaking 😂 So so good, though! Love the Proverbs 31 shout out too 💛 Thanks for another amazing program!

    I enjoyed this format, definitely felt like I was able to burn out those muscle groups! Had to pause to get those pushups in at the beginning but like Rachel said, it was effective in getting my arms primed for the rest of the workout!

    I got here late but I’m here to stay. I just completed day 2 and am pumped to do day 3 tomorrow. All I can say is THANK YOU! This is the first time in years I’ve actually enjoyed working out. I have done your workouts throughout my pregnancies but I’ve never done anything so intense. I love the energy, I love the way you’ve set up these workouts. They are so challenging and I can feel my body changing everyday. I have 3 kids ages 4, 2, and 11 months. I’m doing this for them just as much as myself. Thank you for showing me it’s possible.     I have been consistently following the nourishmovelove weekly calendars since early 2021, and WOW Day 1 and Day 2 of the Summer Challenge have given me the craziest muscle failure ever!! After the last squat hold yesterday I let my body just collapse to the ground! So grateful for all the hard work and love that go into planning and filming these

    Really enjoyed. Starting with really low weights. Im a protector of the Pelvic Floor. But I could focus on both with lighter weights and got an amazing arm workout! Thank you, Will continue!

    I’ve completed build 30 twice and yet I keep coming back to the workout because I love it! I love how hard it hits my biceps and triceps! And when I want this to be more all encompassing, I substitute gorilla rows for the circuit 1 endurance move and then sneak in some dumbbell pullovers/more rows somewhere in circuit 2 or 3. This is now my go to upper body workout!

    Woah! What WAS THAT!!! I thought Day 1 was hard but this beat it! I'm going to do 2-3 of these workouts a week and kettlebell swings the other days because they kick my butt! I am trying to stick with my 15lb but did have to use my 10's during this workout- but progress is progress!!! Thanks for another amazing workout video!
