I love the Proverbs 31 reference. I can’t believe how tough this was with pushups at the front! Made it through and feel great. Loving the new program.
I am repeating this program and 2 weeks ago, I couldn't do the burnout round because I physically just fell to the floor during the first push up burpee. Today, I completed the entire burn out round and didn't drop once! You are amazing and I'm so thankful you are here to push us with tough, effective and FUN at home workouts!
This is my second attempt at trying the program, this time I’m committed to fully finishing it. I finished this video with an emotional release that I needed so badly, crying, ugly crying…thank you for allowing my body to reach this point, of releasing trapped emotions. Love the whole team!
That. Was. Brutal. I was picking up the remote to turn it off once you explained what the burnout was. But then you said, "You can do anything for three minutes." And you're right! Wasn't perfect, but I gave my best effort for the last 3 minutes and I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow! Thanks for always pushing me to do a little extra!
After some very distressing news today and a long while of being inactive and trying to start again, I tried this with my teen and we both really enjoyed it. And we're both feeljng better. Loved the Proverbs reference!. Thank you for this amazing workout!
I actually teared up in the triceps dips when you were talking about Proverbs. I feel so fortunate to be a wife and mother, and i have never found a workout channel that seeks to strengthen women to do this as well as possible. It keeps my attention and is very challenging but not so much so that I can't do it. Although I do curse you for the last 3 minutes, but the cursing comes from a place of love. I am so happy with your workouts! I've been diligently exercising since my first pregnancy in 2018. I've never been able to do pushups from the knees, side planks, use weights heavier than 5lbs, or lateral lunges. I started working out with you 6 months ago and today I can do 30 pushups from my toes, lift 15lb weights, hold a side plank for 1 minute, and do weighted lateral lunges! I love seeing my progress! Thank you.
This is my 3rd time through it and I'm still loving it!! I definitely think the people that said it's not hard enough are not using appropriate weights for themselves (Go Heavy, you are strong than you think!!).💜

I enjoyed this format, definitely felt like I was able to burn out those muscle groups! Had to pause to get those pushups in at the beginning but like Rachel said, it was effective in getting my arms primed for the rest of the workout!

I got here late but I’m here to stay. I just completed day 2 and am pumped to do day 3 tomorrow. All I can say is THANK YOU! This is the first time in years I’ve actually enjoyed working out. I have been consistently following the nourishmovelove weekly calendars since early 2021, and WOW Day 1 and Day 2 of the Summer Challenge have given me the craziest muscle failure ever!! After the last squat hold yesterday I let my body just collapse to the ground! So grateful for all the hard work and love that go into planning and filming these

Really enjoyed. Starting with really low weights. Im a protector of the Pelvic Floor. But I could focus on both with lighter weights and got an amazing arm workout! Thank you, Will continue!
I’ve completed build 30 twice and yet I keep coming back to the workout because I love it! I love how hard it hits my biceps and triceps! And when I want this to be more all encompassing, I substitute gorilla rows for the circuit 1 endurance move and then sneak in some dumbbell pullovers/more rows somewhere in circuit 2 or 3. This is now my go to upper body workout!
After the Proverbs shoutout I literally started crying and didn’t know why, but just let it out while doing skull crushers lol I realize I’m so grateful for a workout that encourages in that way! Thank you!
Woah! What WAS THAT!!! I thought Day 1 was hard but this beat it! I'm going to do 2-3 of these workouts a week and kettlebell swings the other days because they kick my butt! I am trying to stick with my 15lb but did have to use my 10's during this workout- but progress is progress!!! Thanks for another amazing workout video!

I have been consistently following the nourishmovelove weekly calendars since early 2021, and WOW Day 1 and Day 2 of the Summer Challenge have given me the craziest muscle failure ever!! After the last squat hold yesterday I let my body just collapse to the ground! So grateful for all the hard work and love that go into planning and filming these

I’ve completed build 30 twice and yet I keep coming back to the workout because I love it! I love how hard it hits my biceps and triceps! And when I want this to be more all encompassing, I substitute gorilla rows for the circuit 1 endurance move and then sneak in some dumbbell pullovers/more rows somewhere in circuit 2 or 3. This is now my go to upper body workout!

Woah! What WAS THAT!!! I thought Day 1 was hard but this beat it! I'm going to do 2-3 of these workouts a week and kettlebell swings the other days because they kick my butt! I am trying to stick with my 15lb but did have to use my 10's during this workout- but progress is progress!!! Thanks for another amazing workout video!
