I’m newly pregnant, and have done most of nmls programs except Metcon. I haven’t progressed to that yet. I’m planning to start this one soon, but I was wondering if @daniellehenry9207, did you do metcon during your pregnancy?
Used to workout at the gym everyday was in great shape. Then life happened had open heart surgery, covid happened then lazy happened. Decided to find something I could do at home to start back on my get healthy journey. Glad I found y'all. I sweated my butt off. Thank you
30-40-minute workouts are so doable when you're a mom! I love this. I wake up at 4.30 to start my day, and I feel I can always make time for this if it's short and poweful

My husband and I ate our frogs this morning. 😉 Loved all of the compound moves in the strength portion! Lunge, swing, press was probably my favorite. I’m 18 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby and SO excited to have this new program to keep me coming back for more each day! Thanks for all of your hard work to put it together. ❤
I have really been looking forward to the start of the build 30. I love working out with Lindsay and Racheal. I first found Lindsay through GHUTV. I have always enjoyed working out with you Lindsay. As I’ve gotten older, obviously I’ve become a little slower. So I did find some of these moves a little hard to keep up with when I’m using heavier weights. But I have also learned how to modify on my own. So I’m still getting the benefit, but maybe not quite as fast as you guys. Just trying to stay mobile and strong through my 60s. Thank you again Lindsay I think you are amazing and such a great influence on your generation to be strong women!
Wow! I feel so good....afterwards,lol! I have had a chronic disease diagnosis, a pregnancy, and broken bones in the last couple of years, all of which resulted in my gaining weight and losing muscle I had previously worked so hard to maintain. I've been doing your workouts several times a week for the last couple of months and I have to say you are the most encouraging fitness trainer I have ever seen. I never feel inadequate or behind or like all I'm supposed to worry about is my weight and what I look like. I love the focus on functional strength and mobility and the variety of workouts you have posted. I'm 44, a mom to 5 kids I homeschoo,l and we live on a farm, so I really need to avoid injuries and remain active and strong. Thank you for challenging me to go longer and heavier in the weights and for always saying "Yes you can!" and "You can do anything for 20 seconds!". I find myself repeating that when doing other workouts or just strenuous tasks. You are truly a blessing!

Not much weight gain this year. We are walking through catastrophic trauma and grief and will never be the same but when I have good days and even a good week, I can always turn to these videos and plans. I can start to feel confident and strong when I show up and give it what I have for that day. Thank you, Lindsey and Rachel, so much.

Oh this one was soo sweaty!! Loved it! I had a baby in november and i saw a note i had made in january about how proud i was for completing a whole workout with 7.5 lb dumbbells. Now I'm on 17.5s! Thank you lindsey and rachel ❤
Phew 😮💨 I LOVED when Lindsey reminded us we were building strength AND athleticism. As a former college athlete, that’s one of the main reasons I love doing NML workouts. At the beginning of the year I was using 10s and sometimes 15s. Now I’m consistently using 15s and breaking out the 20s here and there 💪🏻 Definitely went down to 10s for “the big one” 😂
I’m glad you called that out I had forgotten. I’m 45. I have 3 kids (15, 14, 10). I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been. And then I’m reminded; as a junior in high school a friend’s mom started running marathon. At 40. And now - she has run races all over the world, in NYC, Chicago, Boston. All that to say, I can feel like an athlete even now, with NML coaches and my in-person ones 😊💪🏼

Started today due to the massive power outages in Texas, completed it with 20s, I don’t think my HR was below 180 all the way through the workout. It went so fast I loved this format! I will be back ladies! ❤🎉

Starting to do this program a second time. Thanks for that suggestion at the end of this challenge. I always appreciate tips like on squats to think of your knees going over the last 3 toes, etc. All of you are amazing. I'm 64 and 8 lbs are challenging and the heaviest I have. I do double up sometimes when we're doing 1 arm at a time.
My legs are D.O.N.E 🥵 This was very challenging but also so motivating to make it through. I cannot imagine if it would've been a 5 minute burnout at the end. Favorite move was the Snatch Rack + Pivot Squat Thruster. So excited for the rest of this program! Thank you for what you both do for all of us. ❤
I love this workout! I'm three years in remission from cancer treatment and feeling great. One question--should I keep up the pace with the squats and do shallower work or should I go slower (and get deeper)?
I'm a teacher on summer break, but the new school year is looming! I did 2-3 Metcon workouts each week over the past 4 weeks with 10 lb weights but am going to do this program straight through in the next 12 days, starting with 15 lbs! Excited to see gains and feel confident going into late August!
I had a really hard week…I had to file a police report and go no contact with my husband of almost 10 years. We have 3 young sons. So after being an emotional mess yesterday, I woke up early today and knocked this out. If I can make it through a Lindsey and Rachel strength workout, I can make it through the big life changes ahead of me. You two have truly helped me believe that I’m worth showing up for, not just in the exercise sense. Thank you from the bottom of heart ❤️ also, my body is jello 😂

10 years. I've spun my circles to see minimal results for 10 YEARS. I found your channel, stopped counting macros, eating to nourish and eat intuitively, and stopped working out every day to maybe 3 days a week. My body is finally transforming but so is my mind. I'm sleeping again and have energy for my family. THANK YOU. 😭
I started doing NML workouts 8 months postpartum, I’m now 18 months postpartum and realized I need to buy heavier weights!! Going to the store today because I’m giddy that I’ve gotten stronger. Thank you NML!! By the way, loved the burnout move - so tough but I felt so accomplished afterwards.
not gonna lie, this workouts are the BEST thing I've found, as somone that for now can't afford a gym or a paid workout, i have to say thank you very much. This one was really fun and challenging. Also if I'm not a mom, I love how functional and motivating your workouts are. Big hugs from Colombia.

Running short on time I find myself wanting to do one set and feel accomplished. However, I am so motivated by you both to finish. I am so proud of myself and see my progress after every work out. This is my fourth week of consistent workouts with different programs from your channel! I could tell a difference by week 2 in how I was feeling and even looking different. I just finished this workout( minus the burnout due to physical reasons) and holy bananas that was a different mountain to climb with y'all but we made it!! I'm so thankful that I found you guys(via Kara&Nate's youtube channel) and I'm excited for the journey to continue!!
In my 2nd trimester with my 3rd pregnancy, (have a 1 and 2 year old). Completed this workout with 15 and 20Ibs dumbbells. All of my pregnancies and postpartums have been very easy and I attribute NML to keeping me physically and mentally strong!

Finally jumping in post-hurricane and getting power restored. Felt so good to move big and with heavy weights. Loved the format--tough, challenging but fun and fast! I felt so confident after.
You always bring exactly what my body needs. Thank you! My favorite thing about NML continues to be the fact that you include the warm up and cool down in the count down. Otherwise, I’d stop the video before the stretch at the end. You’ve saved me from injury!
I have tried to workout or lift weights consistently for so long. I never found anything that pumped me up like your workouts! I completed the 20 minute program twice and now I'm moving up to the 30 minute program. I'm feeling strong 8 months post partum. Thanks, ladies!

Wow, sweat is flying for sure! Stuck with 20lbs, but went up to 25lbs with the deadlift exercise. Like this format a lot when it comes to strength, as really allows you to 1.) get the combination movements down by coming back to it 3 times & 2.) truly burnout the muscles being worked. Thanks for the encouragement to not come out of the squat pulses during the burnout, I was encouraging you guys too :)
Circling back to go through this one for a second time (after a year of working out with NML, however, missing a lot in the summer). I'm picking up 25s and 30s (!!!). Got to the burn out and went with 20s because I was gassed, but they felt too light so I went back to the 25s. Nothing better than feeling STRONG. Just love NML and loving Build 30 format!
my sweat cant stop dripping! this leg day workout is even tougher than metcon leg day. Wow! I did this right after metcon and boy, I felt super strong. Thanks Lindsey and Rachel
This was the first workout I've done with NML and thought it was great -- and very challenging to keep up at your speed, as well as to squat as deeply; sometimes I just went at my own pace rather than lighten up on weights. I used 15-pound dumbbells for most of the sets but went down to 10 for some rounds of the ones with shoulder presses. So impressed at your 20 and 25! I'll definitely do more videos soon! -- Pat, age 65

Wow, I loved this workout! First time doing Build 30. This year in the middle of Splitstrong35, I had to stop lifting weights. I collapsed at work and was burned out. I tried a couple of times to start lifting again during the summer, but it was too soon and I couldn't. Now almost 8 months after burning out I am finally at a place that I can workout again and I am so happy. I'm back at 12's but I know that will go up again. Thank you for all the great workout plans. Takes the guess work out of it and it helps me a lot to just get started again :)
Out of all ten, this first one was the toughest. I have a tear in the ligament in my hip socket so my hips get really tight. The next morning my hips felt great. Between the war up and the curtsy lunge that really did the trick. Love you guys.

I did all 10 (loved them all) of build 30 and just started the program again. First time doing Day 1 I was hesitant to use 20lbs but this time I went for it and did the whole thing with 20’s! This was an awesome workout! I love the format-and 20 minutes is just the right length on strength before the burnout. My favorite move was the double dumbbell squat rack, squat rack, squat press, squat press. Thanks for your team's hard work on this!
Awesome workout! We just returned from vacation and I started with day 1 today. So so good! I worked out on vacation, but unweighted and lots of hill walking. Amazing to get back at it! Thank you! Can’t wait for tomorrow!
I am almost 12 month PP wasn't lifting at all before baby. Last week I finished a 12-week postpartum weightlifting class and I can now lift a 10-pounder. Just did day one with 10 lb dumbbells. I am sweating like you wouldn't believe but I was able to keep up and finish the workout. Excited to be able to hang with a workout like this and looking forward to getting even better!

Starting to do this program a second time. Thanks for that suggestion at the end of this challenge. I always appreciate tips like on squats to think of your knees going over the last 3 toes, etc. All of you are amazing. I'm 64 and 8 lbs are challenging and the heaviest I have. I do double up sometimes when we're doing 1 arm at a time.

My legs are D.O.N.E 🥵 This was very challenging but also so motivating to make it through. I cannot imagine if it would've been a 5 minute burnout at the end. Favorite move was the Snatch Rack + Pivot Squat Thruster. So excited for the rest of this program! Thank you for what you both do for all of us. ❤

I love this workout! I'm three years in remission from cancer treatment and feeling great. One question--should I keep up the pace with the squats and do shallower work or should I go slower (and get deeper)?

I'm a teacher on summer break, but the new school year is looming! I did 2-3 Metcon workouts each week over the past 4 weeks with 10 lb weights but am going to do this program straight through in the next 12 days, starting with 15 lbs! Excited to see gains and feel confident going into late August!

I had a really hard week…I had to file a police report and go no contact with my husband of almost 10 years. We have 3 young sons. So after being an emotional mess yesterday, I woke up early today and knocked this out. If I can make it through a Lindsey and Rachel strength workout, I can make it through the big life changes ahead of me.

10 years. I've spun my circles to see minimal results for 10 YEARS. I found your channel, stopped counting macros, eating to nourish and eat intuitively, and stopped working out every day to maybe 3 days a week. My body is finally transforming but so is my mind. I started doing NML workouts 8 months postpartum, I’m now 18 months postpartum and realized I need to buy heavier weights!! Going to the store today because I’m giddy that I’ve gotten stronger. Thank you NML!! By the way, loved the burnout move - so tough but I felt so accomplished afterwards.

not gonna lie, this workouts are the BEST thing I've found, as somone that for now can't afford a gym or a paid workout, i have to say thank you very much. This one was really fun and challenging. Also if I'm not a mom, I love how functional and motivating your workouts are. Big hugs from Colombia.

This is my fourth week of consistent workouts with different programs from your channel! I could tell a difference by week 2 in how I was feeling and even looking different. I just finished this workout( minus the burnout due to physical reasons) and holy bananas that was a different mountain to climb with y'all but we made it!! I'm so thankful that I found you guys(via Kara&Nate's youtube channel) and I'm excited for the journey to continue!!

In my 2nd trimester with my 3rd pregnancy, (have a 1 and 2 year old). Completed this workout with 15 and 20Ibs dumbbells. All of my pregnancies and postpartums have been very easy and I attribute NML to keeping me physically and mentally strong!

Wow, sweat is flying for sure! Stuck with 20lbs, but went up to 25lbs with the deadlift exercise. Like this format a lot when it comes to strength, as really allows you to 1.) get the combination movements down by coming back to it 3 times & 2.) truly burnout the muscles being worked. Thanks for the encouragement to not come out of the squat pulses during the burnout, I was encouraging you guys too :)

Circling back to go through this one for a second time (after a year of working out with NML, however, missing a lot in the summer). I'm picking up 25s and 30s (!!!). Got to the burn out and went with 20s because I was gassed, but they felt too light so I went back to the 25s. Nothing better than feeling STRONG. Just love NML and loving Build 30 format!

This was the first workout I've done with NML and thought it was great -- and very challenging to keep up at your speed, as well as to squat as deeply; sometimes I just went at my own pace rather than lighten up on weights. I used 15-pound dumbbells for most of the sets but went down to 10 for some rounds of the ones with shoulder presses. So impressed at your 20 and 25! I'll definitely do more videos soon! -- Pat, age 65

Wow, I loved this workout! First time doing Build 30. This year in the middle of Splitstrong35, I had to stop lifting weights. I collapsed at work and was burned out. I tried a couple of times to start lifting again during the summer, but it was too soon and I couldn't. Now almost 8 months after burning out I am finally at a place that I can workout again and I am so happy. I'm back at 12's but I know that will go up again. Thank you for all the great workout plans. Takes the guess work out of it and it helps me a lot to just get started again :)
Out of all ten, this first one was the toughest. I have a tear in the ligament in my hip socket so my hips get really tight. The next morning my hips felt great. Between the war up and the curtsy lunge that really did the trick. Love you guys.

I am almost 12 month PP wasn't lifting at all before baby. Last week I finished a 12-week postpartum weightlifting class and I can now lift a 10-pounder. Just did day one with 10 lb dumbbells. I am sweating like you wouldn't believe but I was able to keep up and finish the workout. Excited to be able to hang with a workout like this and looking forward to getting even better!

I am remodeling a rental house and working really physically so I was super fatigued and listened to my body and took 5 days off workouts over the holiday weekend. At 56, I’d completed 3 rounds of Stronger 25, and was ready to move up, but wow, this was crazy - in the best way!! Thank you for constant reminders that we can do it - I really needed that motivation today!! I finished with mostly 10s, but went up to 15s for a few.
