I'm currently on round 2 of this program. As you said "what are you reaching for right now" in the burn out round I yelled at the screen... "To see my kids clearly"... I am 40 years old and when my first baby was 6 months old my right eye went blurry. After years of this I was diagnosed with Branched Retinal Vein Occlusion. I receive a shot once a month and my eye has been having a reaction where I can't hardly see at all after my shot. My dr said if I get my heart rate up it may help due to blood flow. I have noticed a big difference if I do workout. My vision clears up quicker or doesn't get blurry at all. So when you said "What are you reaching for?" as HARD as your workouts are I know that I will be able to see my babies clearly if I push my body hard!!!!! That is ALWAYS motivation to push my body!!!! To see those beautiful babies clearly! Thanks for pushing me Lindsey!

I am so grateful that these video are accessible for free . I am a PhD student living on a little stipend and your workouts have helped me sustain my fitness through thick and thin. Towards the end of the semester I usually fall off my routine and these workouts have helped me jump right back on and more recently not fall off in the first place. So nice to just hit start and do it. There is no excuse for 30 min❤
This is my 6th week of Nourish Move Love - completed Stron 20, Stronger 25, and working through week 2 of Build. When we did the calf raises, I noticed how much my balance has improved. I can also put my shoes on in the morning standing on one foot without wobbling ... love how the workouts not only build muscle and make me stronger but have affected my daily life and tasks.
That is the beautiful thing about gaining knowledge about our bodies and the many ways we can maintain or improve it can go a long way with our daily life tasks
This was by far my favorite workout so far in the program. 🤩 Always feel a little tired and tight during warmups but then so strong, accomplished and ready to face the day after!

Wow that was awesome. I am dripping sweat all over the place. Loved the self love talk about giving ourselves grace and then seeing how it works in action. Self love is not ever having negative thoughts. It’s how we respond to those thoughts. And having a friend and support nearby reminding us of our awesomeness just for being and not for having things perfect was amazing to watch unfold organically on the screen. Hey Lindsey, thank you for teaching about the form for chest press. The slight rotation of the arm really change the muscle engagement and it felt better for my shoulders when doing the workout. In the past I would have a lot of pain in my back when I would do the back fly and today I didn’t have any! I know it is all to the wonderful amazing back training and strengthing we do here! Thank you Lindsey and team - what an amazing community! ❤️
I found a new favorite move!!! I think I didn’t realize how much I loved it because week one I was barely alive by the end of this workout haha LOVE the one leg glute bridge with the lat pull over! Felt so strong doing that!!! 💪🏻 loving this program even more the 2nd week!
I love the 30 second intervals as I feel I can pick up heavier weights. When I started training with you 3 years ago, I thought that with my small, 4' 11 frame that I would never use my pair of 20 lb dumbbells. Yet here I am today using my 20 lb dumbbells for several of the moves. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping to push me to become stronger than I thought I could be!
Woohoo! I've been following you since my first pregnancy back in 2021, and I unfortunately did not put in the work and dedication to heal my core and gain my strength back due to PPD. Fast forward to now, I am 10 months pp from a twin pregnancy, came back to NML 3 months pp, completed strong 20 twice, stronger25, and now I am here completing this summer challenge. I am in better shape than I have ever been my whole 25 years of life! Thank you so much for all that you do!

I can only imagine how that burnout convo went.. “Hey Rach, I have this great idea. Let’s do overhead triceps while we’re dying out-of-breath from shoulder push jacks. Why? Because we can.” 😂🔥😅
This format flew by so quick! (Until the burnout round! That was tough) I am enjoying this new program. Right now I have the time during the summer for the slightly longer than 30 min workout. But during the school year some days I don’t always have the extra time. So here’s a tip for others… I just speed up the workout a little bit and I can at least get in all the moves including the warm up and cool down. Thanks so much for motivating us all each day and keeping things challenging.

This is my favorite one so far in this series. For fun, when we did the back lunge into a hammer curl, I turned the top of the lunge into a balance. It gives me something to think about and makes the actual curl easier!
This was a FFIIRREEE arm day! It was so fun to hit EVERY upper body muscle and knowing you weren't doing "shoulders" for 30 mins makes it more doable to grab those HEAVY weights!!!!
Thank you for adding instruction around good form for the chest press. I changes my arm position to a 45° angle and my pecks are so sore this morning. I would never have known i was doing it wrong! Thank you Lindsay!
This was so good! My arms were shaking so I couldn’t drink my water. I liked how the calf raises were a distraction from the overhead triceps extensions.
AH! I've never done the 45 degree shoulder raises and had to drop down to 10s - I had no idea that particular muscle group was so weak! Compared to being able to use 15s and 20s in all other muscle groups. Also love how I didn't even blink at the one legged glute bridge, at this point those babies can take it! Thanks for all the hard work, love working out with you all!
I love that you said you want to get bulky as a woman! That’s me too, I definitely want to build strength and your videos are pushing me to go heavy! I needed your encouragement to get me through those push-jacks and overhead tricep extensions, whoa! This was a fun workout, glad to be on the other side of it though!
I loved this format. ❤ that burnout was intense! I can’t lie, I love seeing Lindsey pushing through the end of this because it reminds me you’re both human too 😂 during pretty much every workout I’m thinking “how is she talking through this!?” It’s so impressive.
Just finished week 1 of my repeat. I'm much less sore than the first time around and managed to do day 5 and 6 together today to get the weekend off. I'm dead but never would have tried or imagined that I could do 2 workouts together when I started this (and want to in order to catch up). I think this is the first program I've really been excited to repeat because the strength gains are noticeable. One more week!
That press/jump thing in the burn-out was a surprise! I was at .75 playback and I still couldn’t keep up. Oh my gosh! And did I say I loved it? Yes, I loved it. Great workout; this format is super!

That burnout was tough. I used 1 20lb. For the rest of the workout, I used 20 except the triceps extensions and lateral raises. I used 12lbs. Excellent format.
"Consistency compounds" - that spoke to me. This is my first "day 6" in a looong time. It was hard to get started on it, I kept contemplating different excuses, but it's done now. Day 7 tomorrow!

Just finished week 1 of my repeat. I'm much less sore than the first time around and managed to do day 5 and 6 together today to get the weekend off. I'm dead but never would have tried or imagined that I could do 2 workouts together when I started this (and want to in order to catch up). I think this is the first program I've really been excited to repeat because the strength gains are noticeable. One more week!

That burnout was tough. I used 1 20lb. For the rest of the workout, I used 20 except the triceps extensions and lateral raises. I used 12lbs. Excellent format.

Did day 6 yesterday was not feeling too good when I started but gained strength as I went through and finished strong! On top day 7 today....
