Didn’t think I could find a playlist I loved better than MetCon, but loving the emphasis on added strength here. The incorporated mobility and the continued emphasis on strength, care for our bodies, and ability for the tasks God has for us is such a refreshing flip of the script from the aesthetic goals for women. My husband, too, appreciates my new strength, and I just got a new set of interchangeable weights topping out at 44 pounds! Thanks for giving women such a positive work out and doable solution in busy days.

Lindsey and Rachel I have been working out with you almost a year and a half postpartum and I just want to thank you for all the incredible workouts and the work you put into them! I always come back to your programs knowing I’ll get everything I need and more-strength training, tips, mobility, warm ups/cool downs, laughs and motivation. I love these workouts and I feel stronger everytime I do them! It is currently 5:30 am here and I just finished this workout with my toddler still asleep!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! Also I really loved that move with the lunge and twists, it was exactly what my body needed after a night of co sleeping 🤍

I absolutely love cardio, core & mobility mid-week. Especially for us who do 5 days in a row with the weekend “off.” It’s nice to have a day where we don’t have to use our forearms & grip strength so much! 😅💪💕
I didn’t even know how badly I needed this workout! During the towel slams when you said slam down negativity and pick up joy, my entire mindset shifted and I found myself truly slamming the towel and remembering all of the things I have to be so grateful for. Round 2 Day 8 is complete. This was difficult but I found myself having more mobility this time around. I can definitely see improvement with my stamina as well. This program is working for me, yet I still see a lot of room for improvement within myself. Thank you for this 10 day program!❤

perfect workout challenge on a day when I felt like I couldn't do much (after leg day yesterday).....but this kept me engaged, sweating, and feeling great. Love the core moves, especially the lunge twists
Another great cardio and core workout. I really like the mobility added in. I, too, would not do it if it wasn't a part of the workout. My favorite circuit was number 2. Another great workout crushed!

I always squeeze in a workout after work before getting my kids from the bus and 30 minutes or less (or maybe even 35) is just enough time to do it. oh and I'm moving up in weights too!

My favorite workout in the Build 30 is the glutes and hammys day even though it kills my legs for days. My least favorite is this one.... I love this program. It is my second time doing it and I look forward to the new year program.

I love the hip mobility! Woke up feeling less sore than I thought and then we did the squat jacks 😅Really enjoyed this workout though! I love the mountain climbers and the down dog push up dumbbell drag. I’ve been loving everything about this program.
Lindsey, I had ponytail issues on the around the world towel slams too, but my issue was because of my high ponytail/bun. It made me really have to extend. Silver lining :) Also, I wanted to let you and your team know the white countdown numbers are a little hard to see in some of the videos, especially when there are weights/waterbottles in the same spot as the timer. Great workout and great program. Thank you!
I love this build program! I have about 3 1/2 months before a special occasion and my goal is to have my arm/shoulders/back and abs "tone (or kinda) toned" 😊 Thanks for all of these workouts!!! (I am following Rachel on most of the exercises do to knee issues and/or age and can't get up and down from floor as easily.
Love this program! Am 2.5 yrs post partum with second kid and am ready to BUILD muscle vs losing baby weight. This is perfect for the amount of time I have. Am increasing weights next round! Woot woot🎉

Just finished this workout and boy was it good! Might be the first time I did one of your workouts and not hit the pause button (learning that I don’t have keep your pace)!! This was so good and it really was a total body workout, but absolutely felt my core! Just an fyi, every time I do one of your workouts, I put it as a hiit workout on my Apple Watch…😂❤😂❤. I cannot think of a single workout of yours that was not hear pumping…lol. Loving this format for a 30 minute workout!!!
I am not a cardio gal- I avoid like the plague and LOVE weightlifting; however, this was a FANTASTIC workout. Incorporated cardio without feeling over the top ;) Thanks so much!!!
I like yesterdays ladder with the staggered squats, I liked the plank pull through and push ups the least because I’m still working on my core after babies and I find it hard to focus on holding on the core. I think it’s hard to say because sometimes the moves I dislike the most are likely the ones I need to work on, so I try to embrace them all. I loved the jump forward and bear crawl, I was surprised how far I could jump forward. ❤🎉
I really enjoy your stretches they are creative. This was the easiest workout of the series, including the buyout and the burnout. The transitions seemed a little long today. Thank you for the shorter but intense workouts.
This program has been great! The core workouts in this one haven't been my favorite, personally. I'm not sure why...I think maybe because I couldn't do what Lindsey was doing sometimes, but Rachel's modification was too easy. So I wasn't sure what to do. Still love the program though, it's been a great challenge for me!
☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ wowwww! That was truly brutal. Me at the end of circuit 2: wow im done! Lindsey: your legs are not done! 😱 after doing hundreds of your workouts I can truly attest that was probably in the top 5 hardest workouts you’ve ever made!
I always used to skip the burnouts because I didn't think I could do it! These 2 weeks have proven me wrong....plus I just feel so much stronger! Thanks Lindsey and Rachel!

I really enjoy your stretches they are creative. This was the easiest workout of the series, including the buyout and the burnout. The transitions seemed a little long today. Thank you for the shorter but intense workouts.

This program has been great!
The core workouts in this one haven't been my favorite, personally. I'm not sure why...I think maybe because I couldn't do what Lindsey was doing sometimes, but Rachel's modification was too easy. So I wasn't sure what to do.
Still love the program though, it's been a great challenge for me!

Loved the new moves in this workout. The core and diagonal chop, core reverse lunge and rotate to balance, and dumbbell sit up and side chop 🍌🍌 Thanks for another great workout 🏋️♀️😊
