I’ve started working out with you at the end of October, starting with 3 pound weights, and now (in mid December), after less than 2 months, I am already working with 10 pound dumbbells, sometimes 6 pounds when 10 feels like too much. I wanted to thank you for awesome work you do ❤️

Completed this one today...no kidding that it was quick paced. Feel like I should have pushed a little more but my weights felt hefty, as light as they were!
This was an awesome push workout! I loved that it had cardio- I think my ideal workout has those cardio rounds in between circuits- I love the combination!

Great workout and love the new moves/tempo. Kept the 20 lb. weights for most of the workout and trying to slowly increase as I re-gain my strength! Going to add a lot of these exercises to my routine!!
loved this workout! any modifications for overhead press or chest press components? unfortunately my shoulder AC joint (early arthritis) sometimes flares up after overhead work/chess press type exercises. thank you!
So glad you loved this workout! I would recommend reducing your weights! You can sub standing chest flys for the chest press or push ups will hit both the shoulder and chest muscle!
This is my favorite one so far (second time doing this 2 week program!) loved the staggered hinge swing and the staggered dead lift w hammer curl and also the wood chop sit up 😂
