    I am currently re-doing stronger 25. Funny to me how it feels brand new, I forgot after all these months of doing it the first time!! I really do love this format of the 2 strength moves back to back, then an ab move. Thank you!

    I like that flutter kick while holding a weight straight, with the crunch in there. That was a good and new variation on an an exercise.
