Finished up 1 round of strong 20 last week. I thought it was easy so decided to start this program this week. Also tried increasing my weights to 15’s. So far the challenge I need in my health journey.
Just finished stronger 20, twice now. Started today with stronger 25! I have a lot back and neck issues due to scoliosis, and keeping up with mobility and strength workouts are so important to me. I love how you can modify mostly all of your moves and my goal is to use 20 lb dumbbells, one day , together in a larger motion/move. For now, I love certain moves that involve the legs more , where I can hold one 20 lb dumbbell. it feels great! Thank you for these amazing workouts!
Hi Lindsay, I’m a new follower from Canada. First I was not used to the fast pace…gave you a go for a few days…I’m also nursing a shoulder injury that will not heal. But your phrase ‘yes you can’ resonates with me in a special way. I can’t do everything now and my weights have decreased with the injury when I reached being able to row a 30lb dumbbell, a goal I set and made it…then got an injury. It’s been a terrible set back. But I can do some things and I will not give up. I modify when I have to but I CAN workout. Thank you! I feel you relate…I’ve heard you mention a knee issue, so I’m sure you get it. Looking forward to better and stronger days ahead! God bless you.

Holy Bananas!! I decided to try this workout (66 1/2 yrs young - lol) I previewed the workout - knew it would be touch but wanted to challenge myself. Trying to get stronger. Did my best (I adjusted as I needed)and so I didn’t fail. Used 15 lbs. - bodyweight for step ups - I have knee issues.
