    I am close to 76 years young… I didn’t make it to 20 on the thrusters, but got to 15-16. Loved the workout!

      You are doing it is what counts! I struggled at times definitely had to lower my weights on those squat thrusters but got through. Go team!

    Boy-I really had to talk myself into doing this today. I almost decided I wasn't ready but then thought...just try- use lighter weights and pause if needed. I did it!! I did it and got all 100 thrusters in with 10 pound weights!!! Thank you to all of you at NML!!!

    18 weeks pregnant and CRUSHED this workout using 15lbs and 20+ lb weights!! Thank you Lindsey and Rachel!     Holy goodness!!!! I was seriously crying at the end of that workout. Does that ever happen to anyone else? I was so stinking proud of myself for doing those 100 squat thrusters. Didn't think I could do it. I was slower than you gals but I did EVERY ONE! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! I love feeling strong and proud!!!!

    Woke up to a quiet house and I thought, now’s the time to do this. I was nervous but so glad I got it in. I never thought I would be so happy for the advertisements in the middle to give an extra break though haha!!

    Going into this workout I said I would definitely stick with my 12lbs but I woke up this morning and decided to go with 15 and said I can drop weight if needed. I did it with the 15s! It helped so much that it was broken up between circuits. Didn’t think I would be able to accomplish that. Thank you, what a great way to start 2024! 🎉

      This comment inspired me to move up to MY 15#s! I went away during the holidays and haven't been exercising as much as I normally do since I've gotten back and did start with my 10s, but I went up to 12s for the third set of thrusters and decided to go for it for the last two sets with the 15s and I DID IT!!! What a great way to start off the new year!! I definitely had a high at the end! Loved finishing with the deconstructed burpee!! 😍 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌

    I am repeating the program for the next 2 weeks! I just finished doing Stronger25 over the past 8 weeks. My core & shoulders are SO much stronger now! My first time doing this program, I did squat thrusters with 10 lb weights & had to drop them before hitting 100 reps. I did the workout comfortably (still hard!) with 12 lbs and also increased weights throughout the workout.
    Also, your comment at the end stretch “whatever is weighing on you and feeling heavy, just breathe it out and let it go.” Brought me to tears and gave me so much peace in that moment! Thank you 🙏

    I’m in for Metcon and did Day 1 this morning. What a feeling of accomplishment to knock out 100 reps of Squat Thrusters (my most challenging exercise). I was proud to tears!     Holy Bananas!!! this was tough but pushed through, I was intimidated by the 100 thrusters but was relieved that it was broken up in 20 increments, and still feel this woohoo day 1 down ✔✔🙌💪💯

    I haven’t worked out in over a year. I’m horribly out of shape. Almost skipped this because I just didn’t “feel like it”. So glad I made myself do this killer workout! Didn’t get to all 20 thrusters in each set (more like 10-11) but I gave my all and now I’m lying on the floor in a sweaty mess and feeling so proud of myself. Thank you for these great workouts!!

    It is 11pm my time and I just finished! I have so been looking forward to this new program. I turn 30 this year and my goal is to be like you guys! A healthy and fit momma and wife. After a serious ankle injury last year it has been so hard to get back into a good workout routine. I love your videos and this is exactly what I needed to kickstart my fitness journey in 2024.     I knew I was in trouble after the warmup - I already had to use the pause button!!! Thank goodness for the modifications!!!! This was something and can't wait for Day 2 and to repeat Day 1 without pausing

    Just finished this at 35 weeks pregnant with my third and I am soo freaking proud of myself!! Did all 100 thrusters with my 15lb dumbbells and I am genuinely shocked I could haha thought for sure I’d have to drop down, but nope we did it!

    I’ve been sick on and off in the last month (my son started daycare) so today was the first time in a while that I had worked out. I decided to match Lindsey’s weights and my glutes felt it immediately and I thought they were going to give out! It wasn’t perfect but I did it. Thank you so much for making these workouts quick and super efficient! My son enjoyed watching me struggle 😂 he actually laughed during the cleans and squat thrusters

    I did this program in January with 8 lbs weights. I’m starting metcon 100 again today and I was able to stay with 15s through the whole thing. Feeling strong and proud!

    First day doing MetCon, SO well designed! I´ve been working out with NML for 6 months, using "baby" dumbells 5-8lbs, cannot go heavier, neither jump due to an eye condition and still going stronger and happier and healthier each and every day. So, if there is someone out there considering to start but feeling limited by any reason, GIVE IT A TRY, you will always find Rachel´s modifications. Thank you NML!

    I started this and heard 100 thrusters and told myself I will just make it as far as I can. I have two young kids and normally can never get through a full 30 minute work out! But here I am 100 thrusters later and I did the whole thing, dying but feel so good!! 🎉

    Holy 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!! Those bananas were CHARRED at 60 my friends!!! I did it though all 100 squat thrusters!! I used 12 lbs and kept good form. For the deadlifts and lunges I used my 15 lbs. Feel pretty accomplished I must say!! Thank you Team NML Happy New Year!!!

      Came back and was able to use 15lb weight to 60 reps and then had to back down to 12lb weights for the rest to keep good form. #progress 🙌

    I REALLY appreciate that you made Rachel's modifications all standing this time. I have a chronic condition and often end up with pulled muscles or minor injuries that require either a week or more off exercise or heavily modifying. It's been hard to build muscle consistently (and right now anything in plank position flares the pain). SO...my goal for MetCon is to maintain muscle condition, listen to my body, and use weights that allow me to have the best form.

    I started your workouts over a year ago working my way through the postpartum exercises after my second baby. A year later I've repeatedly done the 20 minute workouts, the 35 minute workouts, and now I'm up to 15 lb weights. This workout was AWESOME!

    What a great feeling of accomplishment after that one! Managed all 100 squat thrusters with 12 lb weights. Afterwards my son said, "You just lifted 2400 pounds Mom!" Love his way of looking at it! Holy bananas! What a start to MetCon!

    If someone had of told me I'd make it through that workout with 100 squat thrusters I wouldn't have believed them, let along loving ever single second of it! That might just be my favourite workout EVER! Bonus - is the amount of sweat dripping off of me! Thank you a million times over!

    Just finished day one of my second time through this program. It is so awesome to see how much stronger I am in just 2 weeks! I was nervous restarting this program knowing how tough it is, but I'm looking forward to seeing my gains at the end of all 4 weeks!

    I did it! I took 3 weeks off end of the year 2023 and the beginning of 2024. It was a struggle to complete the exercise, but I did it...Yay me!

    I can’t believe I just did this. On my matt dripping sweat and filled with gratitude 🙏 What a program Metcon was. These last two weeks have been the most challenging but at the same time so rewarding. I have seen improvements in my endurance, stamina, strength and overall mental health.     LOVED THIS! had to start 2-weeks late but I'm here, and it helps to have these nice indoor workouts when its -1 outside and we have 24 inches of snow. My favorite part is when Rachel smiles during the hard part of the workout! I tell myself if she can SMILE through it, I can gut through it💕

    I’ve been slacking a bit lately and was intimidate by and ignoring this 30 minute workout until I saw friend’s who were doing it. I just finished day 1 and can’t wait to do the rest!     I was curious about these workouts wondering if I could finish, but with your encouragement & top-notch coaching, & with Rachel by your side, I did it and feel so good! I've been struggling with vertigo which is an out-of-control feeling. But when I'm able to complete your workouts daily, I feel accomplished despite my vertigo. We killed it, ladies!     This was one of the best at-home workouts that I've ever done. It's awesome to feel my heart rate so high while I'm doing concentrated strength training. I had labral tear surgery on my hip a few years back and have lost so much strength. So many HIIT workouts are either too high intensity (since I'm pretty protective of my bad hip) or too low intensity for me to feel like I'm working hard enough. This is the perfect balance. I'll be following along with all the workouts! Thanks Lindsey and Rachel! I feel stronger, fitter and healthier already!

    Start of round 2 of this program-first time I used one 15lb weight for squat thruster…forgot how hard day 1 was but completed with TWO 15lbs weights this time! Had to pause twice to catch up but I totally did it! Thank you for the challenge.
