4 years sober from Opiates. 3 years sober from Meth. 1 year sober from alcohol. For anyone who is struggling, it is possible. But you have to want it. You have to get away from any person that may temp you. And you have to trade the vices for positive motives. I was Saved again Mar 31st on Easter. Baptized 04/17/24. Married 06/13/24. I need help from opiates and I want so bad to get off of it but I can't seem to make it thru the sickness. I love God and believe in the power of prayer. I'm just at a really low and don't know where to go or who to turn to as I don't have anyone in my life. May I ask how you got off the opiates?? @kweenk5072 Honey you can slowly ween yourself off.Myself I went to a methadone clinic and within a few months I was off.Some people developed a dependency on the methadone but I had a wonderful Christian woman and we prayed together and before long I was off.

We own a Christian bookstore and Alice actually came in our store one day to buy a bible. No makeUp, no pomp and circumstance. Just a regular Joe who wanted a new bible. We imprinted his name on it and his face lit up when he saw it. He and wife stayed around for about 30 min chatting about their family, their faith and etc. it was a joy to talk with him. I’ll be sharing this with teens in our community. Thank you Alice for being so transparent and faithful! 😊

I am a Christian, I definitely believe in the demonic and the angelic side of the spiritual realm. I am 41 yrs sober from Alcohol. And never once went back to the bottle. I was a heavy drinker, very surprised I wasn't dead at 23 from what I was doing everyday. My wake up call came when I drove over 100 miles on a blackout. My memory is putting the key in the car door, then waking up dry heaving in the parking lot of my apartment building, with the car still idling. I immediately sobered up, walked around the car checking for dents blood anything and saw nothing, I fell to my knees right there and said "Thank you God for keeping everyone and myself safe, I will never take another drink of alcohol again". And never has alcohol touched these lips since. I know exactly how Mr cooper is talking. God saved me absolutely no doubt. God Bless Alice Cooper, Amen.

I'm a Muslim born from Iran but I could never bring myself to accept Islam as my faith. A couple months ago I had a dream of Jesus Christ for the first time. I used to pray to meet the son of God for years but I had given up long time ago. Finally my prayers where answered out of the blue. I didn't see him but I was in a place with the sound of church choir coming from everywhere. He said to me if you want to grow spiritually you must love everyone unconditionally and then I woke up. I could still hear the loud sound of the choir for seconds after fully woken up. I'm trying hard to follow his advice. It's not an easy path.

48 year old I earn quite decently but I literally go broke days just days after getting paid and basically live from hand to mouth till the next paycheck. I have prayed about this severally especially as I now approach retirement. Hope my prayers get answered like Alice Cooper.
Amen! In addition to praying, try to take charge. I was in a similar place just two years back and I've overcome it and now I make close to an additional 20grand per month. First, put effort into not indulging your excesses and known spending triggers such as gambling. Also get a finance planner to help you with a proper saving and investing plan. If done right, you should be fine in no time. I could recommend mine cause he may be able to help you as he did with me. I wish you the best!
After a miscarriage I was in pain for three weeks. It was unbearable and I prayed to Jesus to take away my pain. I got medical help and went to hospital twice but the pains were still unbearable. One evening I told my husband I would go to hospital the following day for a third time. That night, I was hardly able to sleep and I watched a video on RUclips where Christians shared their healing miracles in front of a huge crowd. I prayed to God not to just take away the pain but to heal my womb. I fell asleep. When I woke up the pain was gone. Just some little cramps and bleeding and I was healed. Jesus I love you❤❤❤😊😅

We have had two miscarriages, but we have four children walking on the Earth. Somebody at church gave me that book about the Burpo kid who died and went to Heaven. I am not saying everything happened in the book was true and am not debating that. But when the kid went to Heaven he said a girl came up to him and said she was his sister who died in miscarriage. The parents had not told the boy about that. Anyways I am thinking about our miscarriages and then realized, "Yes, they are in Heaven and I am going to see them someday". Then I cried like a baby thanking God for His Goodness.

In 2015 I had liver failure from alcohol. Doctors said I had no chance, your going into hospice. My Dad bought a cemetery plot. Today, I am totally healed physically and through the power of Jesus Christ I am healed in my soul as well. God gets all the credit!

What a ride, right? 25 years by the grace of God. The thing that I have found interesting is how I have grown emotionally. I can remember being around 5 years sobber yet bat crazy.
Hoping to find my own testimony of peace of mind too. I'm in my early 40s and went through a really tough time a few years ago. After a difficult divorce, my finances took a big hit, and I was struggling hard. Even though things were rough, I kept hoping and praying that God would make things better. I was nearly bankrupt and suffering. In 2022, things changed for the better when my grandmother left me a significant inheritance, which helped turn my finances around. But now, in 2024, my financial situation is going downhill again. Sometimes I worry that I’m wasting money, and it keeps me up at night. I really don’t want to end up in the same bad place I was before. I’ve been praying a lot lately, asking God to help me avoid going back to that difficult situation.
Wow! I can understand exactly how you feel... I had the same experience but with the lottery... Ill tell you the same thing I was told, since you still have some of that money left, invest! its like the easiest way to save and do it in something that pays you monthly or yearly... That way you can't really overspend and you still get to keep your money... I eventually did this and now Ive grown to about 12k monthly was initially about 5k. Id also advice you to watch out for spending triggers and get a good financial planner to help you out with the investing part so you don't end up even losing more money... I could recommend mine to you, he's pretty good and a decent Christian from my local church back in St Augustine... Goodluck...

Same story , I got on my knees and begged for help , with all my heart❤, withholding nothing. God removed my alcoholism , just removed it. I had been trying for years. I can go in a group of folks partying , and I’m good, it was removed. I’m not wanting or even thinking of it. I know I’m Blessed and thank him everyday for 14 years. AA is a great place to find god , he wasn’t lost , I was. Blessings for all who struggle, a lot just don’t make it. Love is the Answer.
I've been clean and sober from drugs and alcohol for 10 years now by the grace of God and saving power of Jesus Christ. At my worst I had a $300 a day crack habit.Also I haven't had a cigarette in 25 years Glory to God!!!
My older sister had posters of Alice Cooper and Kiss Band all over her bedroom walls. They scared me to death. I thought they were devils!🤣 I am so happy to discover (at the age of 64) that Mr Cooper has been rescued. His family was obviously praying for him. God is so good.❤🙏🏼
Amazing Grace is all I can say.. I’m 62 years old and grew up during this era when Alice Cooper was a huge icon and we worshiped at the alter of rock and roll and partying. God miraculously saved me from my addictions at the age of 16 and He took my addictions away and replaced them with peace and contentment in Himself. If you are struggling, ask God to enter into your life and save you from yourself and the things that bind you. God will answer that request if you truly mean it, I can promise you that.. I praise God for His ultimate gift of Jesus and salvation. John 3:16-17 says ““For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” Give God a chance, He will never let you down.
I grew up seeing Alice In The highlights and his albums I thought it was evil. I just didn’t follow his music. I live in Arizona and saw he had a restaurant in town and he gave a lot to charities. Someone dragged me to one of Alice's concerts. I hated the show. I was terrified of his makeup. I had nightmares after that concert. Years later I also was instantly healed of several addictions at home in my apartment not knowing how that happened. Again, years later , I met Christians. I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Ever since , God has protected me from uncountable dangers and temptations. I am so excited to hear Alice's testimony. God is after every prodigal. Loving them into His glorious Kingdom. If becoming a christian required actions to overcome previous actions then it would be a scale system like the rest of the worlds "religions" the thief on the cross would never have made it into heaven because his "words" could never have overcome his previous actions. I was 18 and graduating High School when Eighteen and Schools Out were popular hits. I became a drug user and alcoholic to the point that I lost my wife and two children. I was raised as a Catholic and had a Spiritual background. After being addicted to alcohol for 16 years I was at the bottom. I was at the Drug and Alcohol Treatment program at the Veterans Hospital and was sitting outside on a bench on a beautiful Spring day in Arizona and I realized that while I knew I was an alcoholic I had no control over my addictions, it suddenly occurred to me that only God could save me. So, I raised my open hand and told God to take away the curse of addiction and I knew at that instant that my addictions were gone. I have been clean and sober now for 36 years and God has kept me from temptation over all these years. I have a wonderful relationship with my son and daughter and have 8 beautiful grandchildren from 3 years old to 18 years old. If you are having difficulty in life I would encourage you to ask God for help. He is always listening and all you have to do is ask.

my epiphany came at 2:30am on May 21, 1999. my wife confronted me when I came home after 5 days of cocaine and gin. I started to argue and the lord spoke to me, I stopped fighting and asked for help. Began my journey. God lifted the yoke of addiction and continues to do so everyday.
But are you saved and know from Scripture how you know you are saved? Because deliverance from addiction by the Lord Jesus Christ doesn't automatically save your soul from a lost eternity. Don't mistake His compassion to deliver you from your addiction for Him giving you eternal life. Jesus healed thousands of their diseases caused by their addictions in the Gospels, but most of them remained unsaved.
I was a kid. Somewhere stoned next to a stage and you Alice scared me to death. I actually saw what evil looked like. I literally began to tremble. I was so tiny I began to be crushed by the crowd in the floor area next to the stage. I wanted to run away but my friends would not think that was cool and the crowd was pressing on me so tight I believed I would be trampled. Then I remembered something my older sister told me, "Wherever you go as a Christian, God will be with you and no evil can touch you." I stood there and said," God If you are real, please protect me and get me out of here safe. " I was 17 and weighed 91 lbs. I had all these tall guys standing around me in JEANS AND LEATHER JACKETS who pretty much had me blocked in. I was afraid of being crushed by those big guys but instead they made a hedge around me and I was untouched. One of the people I came with started throwing up and another friend grabbed my arm and said come on we got to go. The group I was with we all held onto each other and fought our way out through the crowd going against the tide of people to get to an aisle to get out. One of those big tall guys in Jeans and leather Jacket was in front of me. I thought he must be trying to leave too. When we got to the center doors the guy went left and we went right to the exit. I never went to one of your concerts again. I am 61 today. Looking back I can see that God had placed a hedge around me that night. I wonder if the big tall guys were angels. Either way God kept me from being trampled that night. Your power over that crowd that night had nothing to do with me being safe. Thank you for sharing your story. Yes they were Gods angels! 😇 sent ahead of time to answer the prayer of your heart, that He already knew you would pray! He is your hedge and sure protection! 🔥❤️🔥🙏
As frightening as that was for you at that time, I believe the Holy Spirit was working to protect you as you were one of the chosen. God shows us over and over that he has our back and we are shielded from harm. I’m not saying that we are spared suffering, but we can look back at experiences including heartbreak and know that it’s a test of faith…it’s our choice to dive deeper or to reject and turn away. It’s a battle living in the world, but God’s Grace will remind us that whatever we are going through we are to come to him. His grace carries us through it all and as children we just need to come to the father and he will move us. When I think of Alice Cooper my older sister’s graduation in 1973 comes to mind. They opened the ceremony at the SDSU’s Aztec Bowl with, “School’s Out for Summer” and a guy streaked across the stage with a mask on. They identified him by his high top Converse sneakers.
Jesus healed me from the disease of alcoholism on January 3, 2023! Thank you Jesus. Same as Mr. Cooper struggled and it was overnight after I begged Jesus to remove it from me. Not one drop since that day. Thank you Mr. Cooper. The power of pray is undeniable
Thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ he healed me from drinking I drank for 20 years and all it did was make me angrier , loose people and almost lost my life but God in his almighty power saved and healed me .
God took away my addiction to meth, weed, nicotine and healed me of borderline personality disorder (and many 'smaller' things since beginning my walk w Him). Hallelujah 🙌
@@1Jason I pretty much lived in chronic heartbreak. Internal chaos that presented in my relationships resulting in repeated abandonment (perceived and legitimate). I have probably 20yrs of therapy under my belt (including DBT which is the recommended "treatment" for BPD) and still ended up deciding suicide was the only way out of the pain. In one last plea, I lifted my hands and yelled "Why?..." to God (I had only started to feel His presence 3-4 months prior. I had mostly lived in rebellion to God/claimed atheism). He answered me. Audibly. What He said changed everything. I just had to try again, with Him and obey. It was difficult but He did the heavy lifting. I praise/worship everyday now and pray consistently throughout the day. People see what I do and say "it doesn't take all that" but I'm just so grateful for what God did. He didn't have to save me. Let alone speak to me. Worship/praise/continued communication and showing my respect/love for Him through obedience, seem like the only justifiable response tho. I was/am not worthy but He did it anyways. 🙇♀️❤️🙌 "His praise shall be continually on my lips"
@@1Jason it was tough. I lived in a constant state of heartbreak and abandonment. Went through 20 yrs of therapy, including dbt, and still decided on suicide. That's when God revealed Himself to me and began the process of restoration (which included deliverance and baptism). I have true peace and freedom now. Both things I never knew outside of God. Well happiness is fleeting and shallow. God offers complete peace, joy, and love. The feeling of being SHAMELESS is amazing - a touch of heaven, and can only happen when we accept Jesus and his gift of himself. He came to take away the sins of the world, and he does. ❤
I was that guy 14 yrs ago and was healed after a altercation with group of sheriff's. God healed me that day and i give all to Him. Yahweh is the most high.
About 20 years ago, I was sitting with my wife at a Denny's somewhere in San Diego. We soon realized Alice Cooper was talking to a gentleman a few booths over. We were close enough to hear a bit of the conversation, and it was a deep conversation about the Bible. It wasn't elementary, it was something pretty deep. "Alice Cooper knows the Bible?" I questioned as we sat there. I had never got into his music, so I wasn't really interested in going up to him and bug him while he was eating, but I so much wanted to go over and hear what he had to say about the Bible because it just seemed so surreal.
MAY of been after a AA or other 12 step program we call it... the meeting after the meeting.. Although AA and the 12 step program does not push or talk the Bible in the 12-step books or meetings they talk about a power greater than yourself .
@@Bartbobo Possible, but now knowing that he grew up in church, it's no surprise he was talking some deep biblical topics. Not knowing that then, it was a total surprise to hear Alice Cooper talking biblical principles that were in no way elementary.
@@barbaracabrera207 , Smoking can be very difficult to quit. I've quit many times. I have 3+ years under my belt, but I know better than to even try one "for old times sake". My Doctor at the VA Hospital told me the phyical part of addiction only lasts three days. I will pray for you to have the desire and strength to quit. I recommend praying each and every time you feel that strong urge, and to get a hobby you enjoy. Use your cigarrette money to pay for your hobby. Praying now for you!
My GF's cousin used to golf with him, and he said, he was the coolest, most humble guy one would ever meet. And apparently, an excellent golfer too :) God continue to bless him :)
I found out a few years ago that Alice was saved and I Praised God and Jesus. I've been sober 32 years, I woke up one morning after drinking a 30 pack of beer and a 1/5th of vodka. I thought I was going to die so I crawled out the back door and just fell into the snow, I Prayed The Lord save my life and is he did with His help I live today, That was 32 years ago. My wife knew that this time I was going to survive, she saw The Lord in me. She helped me sober up and this time with the Blessing of God and Christ Jesus, I'm right behind you Alice Cooper! God continue to Bless us and our families.

I tried rehabs, psychiatry, everything I could think of. Until I surrendered my life to Christ I was dying. Since then he turned everything around. He is life. Praise God. Alice is a great testimony to some old friends that love Alice but hate Christ.

Metal head at an early age. Alcoholic at 15 yrs old. LOVED ALICE, tracked down every LP. Saw him 5 times; Constrictor, Raise Your Fist, Trash, Hey Stoopid & Last Temptation tours. Came to Christ in '97, soon after Alice released Last Temptation and that album SPOKE to me. Have been saved 27 years, haven't had a drink since. ALL PRAISE TO JESUS! Amen, I find kindness and sincerity in people you least expect. From a big star like Alice, to people who have lost major assets like houses from divorce or people like a bad neighbour that take advantage of you and drive you out of your own home , to people that have lost close family members prematurely, to people that have lost their life savings from conmen or ex partners, too have their health taken from an accident or assault by another person, or to people that have grown up in a violent household or exploited or abused by a family member where you feel used and feel like you are the outcast from the family afterwards after you tell the police etc. I am one of those people too. It is a pain that is always with you daily. But faith, even though it is hard to build trust at first and feel empty inside, really is something that is beautiful once you see how it helps people through trauma and loss. In hindsight anxiety makes people do stupid things like myself, and jealousy or exploitation from other people is something that will ruin you if you let it overcome you. I found faith after the aftermath of loss. And when you do, it is something that is more precious than words from a preacher or priest, it is the actions of people and the kindness people, also the life lessons you are given as a gift to help you grow and not return or dwell in self absorption. Some people are born bad, but that is more due to exposure to factors where a brain may not have developed properly from preexisting illness from the parent or drug use during pregnancy etc, or the family environment. But still even these people can be healed by faith if they can't manage it themselves.
As a straight-laced christian my whole life, I was never an Alice Cooper fan. But here, his testimony of Jesus touched me deeply. I was worried when I heard that Johnny Depp was hanging with Alice Cooper after the Amber Heard trial. Now it gives me hope that he's trying to get his own life together again. Jesus heals.
I'm almost the opposite I was a Christian believer who was always an AC fan because I could see he was decent and truth be told he was a lot of fun Then in 2014 I became an unwilling atheist I still am today but I love AC more than ever because I know he is a Christian today
I never thought that Alice Cooper would lead me through the door of my salvation. I've been praying to Jesus my whole life, I'm an addict, I need help but I can't seem to quit. I'm at the end of my rope, and this pops up! My mother said repeatedly Jesus is knocking on your door. I said to myself, right before Alice said it, I need to answer the door. Then he said answer the door, it was as if God was directly talking to me as he always has but I've never heard it so loud and clear before. I'm at the door now and I'm opening the door and I want Jesus to come in and let him be my oxygen and drop the alcohol, fentanyl,pot, and nicotine. Yes, I'm a multiuser, if you are I pray for you, even if you use one, whatever, let God be your drug. I know you'll feel better, I hope to see you on the other side, I have a long way to go, lets go together, take my hand we'll walk together, I have a long way to go to get on the right path. God knows I've strayed way off the path but he's still guiding me so it'll be OK. I’m a Christian and this testimony made me cry. My husband and I have played in classic rock bands and still do occasionally in our town. We have been worship music leaders at church for years every Sunday. God is first for us. One son was an addict and alcoholic for twenty years. He survived and is clean and sober. There IS hope.
I had a similar healing. I had driven my car in an alcohol induced blackout, and ran into something. The next day I realized I needed help and got on my knees and asked for help. But I also made a decision to go to an AA meeting. I went and my life changed. My cravings left sometime in the next couple of weeks. Then about 1& half years into my sobriety, I got a call from my sister saying she's at work and there's a girl there who is looking for me. It was the little girl I had have up for adoption as a baby. She found me and she had with her my first grandchild who's birthday is the same as mine. Unfortunately, she's chosen not to have any more contact with me. But, I'm a work in progress, just like anyone else. God keeps me sober and He keeps helping me to grow. Praise Yaweh!!❤️❤️❤️
I found my biological mother and father in my 20s. I just wanted to know someone looked like me. Unfortunately, they have passed away now. But I am grateful for that time to talk to them. Maybe one day she'll come back. It takes time to process everything. Congrats on your sobriety!
Praise YAH! My daughters Dad and step mom kidnapped my daughter just before her 5th birthday. I prayed to find her for many years before I was born again and after.. One day my Mom got a phone call from her. She was almost 18. She did a search for me calling all the Miller's in Greenville S.C. ( there were a lot of them.) She called all the Miller's till she found my Mom. She was next to the last two left. HalleluYAH! It was a miracle. That was 37 years ago. I used to be a big time follower of Alice Cooper in the 70's. One of the sadest songs he wrote was "Dead Babies" I would cry when I heard it. One of my favorite songs he performed was "Schools Out". I had the album with the school desk that would stand up. Pretty cool. I saw Alice in concert twice. HalleluYAH...Praise be YAH!
Over the years I got the impression of a kindly man despite the crazy rock role he'd played when I was in my teens - I have two albums of his. So it wasn't such a surprise to find out that he had rediscovered his faith. I'm so happy for him. Great, especially, that he was prepared to testify openly and share his story. Inspirational.
i was heavy addicted to Weed, smoked 2-3 grams a day and did nothing else, no sport, no activities, just sitting at home smoking and watching TV. God always said to me that its not good for me but i didn't wanted to listen. It wasn't until 3 Months ago, i was driving under the Influence of Weed, the Police stopped me and treated me very badly (the officer who stopped me had a smell of alcohol from his mouth 😂), they brought me to the police Station for further tests by a Doctor and when i went in the Station i sat down and there was a beautiful wooden Statue of the Archangel Michael next to me. I was instantly touched in my Heart and asked to God why this all is happening right now to me and all he said was "to make you free of your addiction", i didn't smoke since this and with the power of Christ Jesus i never will do it again! Pray for me. God bless you all.
Im curious. If God already has a plan, why do countless people pray for a particular outcome? Why not just trust in God? Seems pretty arrogant to think one knows more than God.
Alice Cooper, one of my all time favorites! I got on my knees when I was 38 and asked God to take away my desire for alcohol. He healed me too!!! I’m 26 years sober and never once went off the wagon. Praise the Lord!
My stepdad just passed away 5 days ago. He was a serious alcoholic in the beginning of his life. He would do anything for alcohol. He told me that one day (probably over 30 years ago) he stumbled into a church and spoke to the Lord. He decided right then he would give it up. He never touched a drop the rest of his life. I remember sitting in his living room with him hearing his wild stories and he'd laugh at mine. I got together with a man at 17 who became a heroine addict. I had a lot of wild stories to match. But he loved the Lord and he taught me a lot about the true gospel. I had a drinking problem, myself. But the Lord has transformed my life. I have a big family, a good believing husband, and I'm walking with Jesus. Today is my stepdad's calling hours. I am going to miss him so much!

Me too, after I got saved I tried to stop smoking, failed so many times. God waited 11 years til I finally admitted I couldn't do it in my own strength, then just took it away from me, bam! No cravings, hate the smell of smoke, 14 Feb 1989, 35 years ago. Thank you Jesus! ❤❤

I ran from God for many years. But every time I turned around He was there with open arms, waiting for me to confess and give Him my heart. I did, fully in 2000 and I have never regretted it. Praise God for His mercy and long-suffering.
4 years ago I was really low, I was in New Age, heavily attacked and really sick, depressed and isolated. I dreamt with Alice C. telling me about Jesus being the way! I didn’t know he was Christian I saw him in France in concert just months before my depression stopped me fully. A year later I had that dream I gave my life to God, became fully a Christian and have been healed and my life restored. Thank you dear Lord! And Vicent for your faithfulness ❤
@@ChronicallyMandyMaythat Jesus is the way, I was in his house and I saw his wife and they said “you are tired, get some sleep”, I came down like some hours after, felt so much love, and in their kitchen some teenagers were eating and reading the Bible laughing, they were so happy and I felt curious and Vincent not Alice said “Jesus is everything, he saved me, he can save you, open your heart to him, let him love you”. I was in awe and wanted so much to feel that love all the time, until I was utterly saved I do feel it and it keeps getting stronger.❤

I have had the year from hell. Last night, I wanted my life to end. I really truly did. My adult daughter tried talking to me, but I was just numb. I just felt like I needed to hang on... just try one more time. I saw this appear on my feed, so I watched it. I never liked Alice Cooper. I always thought he was demonic. Now I know otherwise.. but his testimony about that turning point, touched me. I can see God's love through his eyes, and I am feeling touched by God after watching this.

God knows the hearts of every man, woman and child. If the Lord knows your son will come to Him, it doesn't matter who you tell your son to stay away from--I used to be into some of the darkest, most depraved metal out there, and I still found the Lord through it. God literally used the words of demonic music to guide me to Him--completely and utterly regardless of what the artists had intended. Songs about demons, murder, evil and more? God chuckles and says "that's cute. Now watch this."

My father was a John Denver and Bob Seger guy. He was a police officer and in the 80s, he worked security as a side gig at the Coliseum in Houston. Not being a fan of Alice, he got to know him over time and said Alice remembered him after their first encounter. He said he was surprised how intelligent and normal he was. Dad passed away almost 4 years ago now. Love you dad.
I was an addict for 45yrs. Then I started drinking! Turned into an alcoholic really quickly! 10 miserable years drinking and I asked God to take this away please! I couldn't stop! Then I woke up September 15th 2021and never drank alcohol again, to this day I'm completely free! What a wonderful life God gives us! This is a wonderful testimony!! I need help from opiates and I want so bad to get off of it but I can't seem to make it thru the sickness. I love God and believe in the power of prayer. I'm just at a really low and don't know where to go or who to turn to as I don't have anyone in my life. May I ask how you got off the opiates?? Cuz if I could just get thru the so called flu like symptoms that are a 1000 times worse, I do t ever want to go down this road again. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊
@kweenk5072 Honey you can slowly ween yourself off.Myself I went to a methadone clinic and within a few months I was off.Some people developed a dependency on the methadone but I had a wonderful Christian woman and we prayed together and before long I was off.
23 years off tobacco and 16 years clean from hard drugs and I did them all. I have spent the past 7 years reclaiming my life. God is great.

We own a Christian bookstore and Alice actually came in our store one day to buy a bible. No makeUp, no pomp and circumstance. Just a regular Joe who wanted a new bible. We imprinted his name on it and his face lit up when he saw it. He and wife stayed around for about 30 min chatting about their family, their faith and etc. it was a joy to talk with him. I’ll be sharing this with teens in our community. Thank you Alice for being so transparent and faithful! 😊

I am a Christian, I definitely believe in the demonic and the angelic side of the spiritual realm. I am 41 yrs sober from Alcohol. And never once went back to the bottle. I was a heavy drinker, very surprised I wasn't dead at 23 from what I was doing everyday. My wake up call came when I drove over 100 miles on a blackout. My memory is putting the key in the car door, then waking up dry heaving in the parking lot of my apartment building, with the car still idling. I immediately sobered up, walked around the car checking for dents blood anything and saw nothing, I fell to my knees right there and said "Thank you God for keeping everyone and myself safe, I will never take another drink of alcohol again". And never has alcohol touched these lips since. I know exactly how Mr cooper is talking. God saved me absolutely no doubt. God Bless Alice Cooper, Amen.

I'm a Muslim born from Iran but I could never bring myself to accept Islam as my faith. A couple months ago I had a dream of Jesus Christ for the first time. I used to pray to meet the son of God for years but I had given up long time ago. Finally my prayers where answered out of the blue. I didn't see him but I was in a place with the sound of church choir coming from everywhere. He said to me if you want to grow spiritually you must love everyone unconditionally and then I woke up. I could still hear the loud sound of the choir for seconds after fully woken up. I'm trying hard to follow his advice. It's not an easy path.
Ask Him to give you His graçe then you won't have to try hard, He loves you !

First, put effort into not indulging your excesses and known spending triggers such as gambling. Also get a finance planner to help you with a proper saving and investing plan. If done right, you should be fine in no time. I could recommend mine cause he may be able to help you as he did with me. I wish you the best!

One evening I told my husband I would go to hospital the following day for a third time. That night, I was hardly able to sleep and I watched a video on RUclips where Christians shared their healing miracles in front of a huge crowd. I prayed to God not to just take away the pain but to heal my womb. I fell asleep. When I woke up the pain was gone. Just some little cramps and bleeding and I was healed. Jesus I love you❤❤❤😊😅

We have had two miscarriages, but we have four children walking on the Earth. Somebody at church gave me that book about the Burpo kid who died and went to Heaven. I am not saying everything happened in the book was true and am not debating that. But when the kid went to Heaven he said a girl came up to him and said she was his sister who died in miscarriage. The parents had not told the boy about that. Anyways I am thinking about our miscarriages and then realized, "Yes, they are in Heaven and I am going to see them someday". Then I cried like a baby thanking God for His Goodness.

Hoping to find my own testimony of peace of mind too. I'm in my early 40s and went through a really tough time a few years ago. After a difficult divorce, my finances took a big hit, and I was struggling hard. Even though things were rough, I kept hoping and praying that God would make things better. I was nearly bankrupt and suffering.
In 2022, things changed for the better when my grandmother left me a significant inheritance, which helped turn my finances around. But now, in 2024, my financial situation is going downhill again. Sometimes I worry that I’m wasting money, and it keeps me up at night. I really don’t want to end up in the same bad place I was before. I’ve been praying a lot lately, asking God to help me avoid going back to that difficult situation.

Ill tell you the same thing I was told, since you still have some of that money left, invest! its like the easiest way to save and do it in something that pays you monthly or yearly... That way you can't really overspend and you still get to keep your money... I eventually did this and now Ive grown to about 12k monthly was initially about 5k. Id also advice you to watch out for spending triggers and get a good financial planner to help you out with the investing part so you don't end up even losing more money... I could recommend mine to you, he's pretty good and a decent Christian from my local church back in St Augustine... Goodluck...

I've been clean and sober from drugs and alcohol for 10 years now by the grace of God and saving power of Jesus Christ. At my worst I had a $300 a day crack habit.Also I haven't had a cigarette in 25 years Glory to God!!!

Amazing Grace is all I can say.. I’m 62 years old and grew up during this era when Alice Cooper was a huge icon and we worshiped at the alter of rock and roll and partying. God miraculously saved me from my addictions at the age of 16 and He took my addictions away and replaced them with peace and contentment in Himself. If you are struggling, ask God to enter into your life and save you from yourself and the things that bind you. God will answer that request if you truly mean it, I can promise you that..
I praise God for His ultimate gift of Jesus and salvation. I grew up seeing Alice In The highlights and his albums I thought it was evil. I just didn’t follow his music. I live in Arizona and saw he had a restaurant in town and he gave a lot to charities. Back in the early 80’s my eldest sister moved Phoenix, AZ and worked in a department store. One day she had the pleasure of meeting Alice Cooper in the store! She called me to let me know what a sweet soul he is. He wasn’t stuck up or all about himself. He was a truly sweet man! Praise the Lord for him and others like him! ❤❤❤
Someone dragged me to one of Alice's concerts.
I hated the show.
I was terrified of his makeup.
I had nightmares after that concert.
Years later I also was instantly healed of several addictions at home in my apartment not knowing how that happened.
Again, years later , I met Christians.

If becoming a christian required actions to overcome previous actions then it would be a scale system like the rest of the worlds "religions" the thief on the cross would never have made it into heaven because his "words" could never have overcome his previous actions. My son in law played golf with Alice Cooper, last year I think it was. My son in law said he is such a nice man and loves the Lord. He really liked him!

I was 18 and graduating High School when Eighteen and Schools Out were popular hits. I became a drug user and alcoholic to the point that I lost my wife and two children. I was raised as a Catholic and had a Spiritual background. After being addicted to alcohol for 16 years I was at the bottom. I was at the Drug and Alcohol Treatment program at the Veterans Hospital and was sitting outside on a bench on a beautiful Spring day in Arizona and I realized that while I knew I was an alcoholic I had no control over my addictions, it suddenly occurred to me that only God could save me. So, I raised my open hand and told God to take away the curse of addiction and I knew at that instant that my addictions were gone. I have been clean and sober now for 36 years and God has kept me from temptation over all these years. I have a wonderful relationship with my son and daughter and have 8 beautiful grandchildren from 3 years old to 18 years old. If you are having difficulty in life I would encourage you to ask God for help. He is always listening and all you have to do is ask.

I just came home from an Alice Cooper concert in Pennsylvania. It was the most entertaining performance. So here I am watching this video. I needed this testimony more than you know. Thank you
my epiphany came at 2:30am on May 21, 1999. my wife confronted me when I came home after 5 days of cocaine and gin. I started to argue and the lord spoke to me, I stopped fighting and asked for help. Began my journey. God lifted the yoke of addiction and continues to do so everyday.

But are you saved and know from Scripture how you know you are saved? Because deliverance from addiction by the Lord Jesus Christ doesn't automatically save your soul from a lost eternity. Don't mistake His compassion to deliver you from your addiction for Him giving you eternal life. Jesus healed thousands of their diseases caused by their addictions in the Gospels, but most of them remained unsaved.

I was a kid. Somewhere stoned next to a stage and you Alice scared me to death. I actually saw what evil looked like. I literally began to tremble. I was so tiny I began to be crushed by the crowd in the floor area next to the stage. I wanted to run away but my friends would not think that was cool and the crowd was pressing on me so tight I believed I would be trampled. Then I remembered something my older sister told me, "Wherever you go as a Christian, God will be with you and no evil can touch you." I stood there and said," God If you are real, please protect me and get me out of here safe. " I was 17 and weighed 91 lbs. I had all these tall guys standing around me in JEANS AND LEATHER JACKETS who pretty much had me blocked in. I was afraid of being crushed by those big guys but instead they made a hedge around me and I was untouched. One of the people I came with started throwing up and another friend grabbed my arm and said come on we got to go. The group I was with we all held onto each other and fought our way out through the crowd going against the tide of people to get to an aisle to get out. One of those big tall guys in Jeans and leather Jacket was in front of me. I thought he must be trying to leave too. When we got to the center doors the guy went left and we went right to the exit. I never went to one of your concerts again. I am 61 today. Looking back I can see that God had placed a hedge around me that night. I wonder if the big tall guys were angels. Either way God kept me from being trampled that night. Your power over that crowd that night had nothing to do with me being safe. Thank you for sharing your story. As frightening as that was for you at that time, I believe the Holy Spirit was working to protect you as you were one of the chosen.
God shows us over and over that he has our back and we are shielded from harm. I’m not saying that we are spared suffering, but we can look back at experiences including heartbreak and know that it’s a test of faith…it’s our choice to dive deeper or to reject and turn away. It’s a battle living in the world, but God’s Grace will remind us that whatever we are going through we are to come to him. His grace carries us through it all and as children we just need to come to the father and he will move us.
When I think of Alice Cooper my older sister’s graduation in 1973 comes to mind. They opened the ceremony at the SDSU’s Aztec Bowl with, “School’s Out for Summer” and a guy streaked across the stage with a mask on.
They identified him by his high top Converse sneakers.
Jesus healed me from the disease of alcoholism on January 3, 2023! Thank you Jesus. Same as Mr. Cooper struggled and it was overnight after I begged Jesus to remove it from me. Not one drop since that day. Thank you Mr. Cooper. The power of pray is undeniable

@@1Jason I pretty much lived in chronic heartbreak. Internal chaos that presented in my relationships resulting in repeated abandonment (perceived and legitimate). I have probably 20yrs of therapy under my belt (including DBT which is the recommended "treatment" for BPD) and still ended up deciding suicide was the only way out of the pain. In one last plea, I lifted my hands and yelled "Why?..." to God (I had only started to feel His presence 3-4 months prior. I had mostly lived in rebellion to God/claimed atheism). He answered me. Audibly. What He said changed everything. I just had to try again, with Him and obey. It was difficult but He did the heavy lifting. I praise/worship everyday now and pray consistently throughout the day. People see what I do and say "it doesn't take all that" but I'm just so grateful for what God did. He didn't have to save me. Let alone speak to me. Worship/praise/continued communication and showing my respect/love for Him through obedience, seem like the only justifiable response tho. I was/am not worthy but He did it anyways. 🙇♀️❤️🙌 "His praise shall be continually on my lips"

About 20 years ago, I was sitting with my wife at a Denny's somewhere in San Diego. We soon realized Alice Cooper was talking to a gentleman a few booths over. We were close enough to hear a bit of the conversation, and it was a deep conversation about the Bible. It wasn't elementary, it was something pretty deep. "Alice Cooper knows the Bible?" I questioned as we sat there. I had never got into his music, so I wasn't really interested in going up to him and bug him while he was eating, but I so much wanted to go over and hear what he had to say about the Bible because it just seemed so surreal.
MAY of been after a AA or other 12 step program we call it... the meeting after the meeting.. Although AA and the 12 step program does not push or talk the Bible in the 12-step books or meetings they talk about a power greater than yourself .
@@Bartbobo Possible, but now knowing that he grew up in church, it's no surprise he was talking some deep biblical topics. Not knowing that then, it was a total surprise to hear Alice Cooper talking biblical principles that were in no way elementary.
Many of these artists grew up in Christian families. Even Janis Joplin. Sad how things ended up for her.

I've quit many times. I have 3+ years under my belt, but I know better than to even try one "for old times sake".
My Doctor at the VA Hospital told me the phyical part of addiction only lasts three days.
I will pray for you to have the desire and strength to quit.
I recommend praying each and every time you feel that strong urge, and to get a hobby you enjoy. Use your cigarrette money to pay for your hobby.

I found out a few years ago that Alice was saved and I Praised God and Jesus. I've been sober 32 years, I woke up one morning after drinking a 30 pack of beer and a 1/5th of vodka. I thought I was going to die so I crawled out the back door and just fell into the snow, I Prayed The Lord save my life and is he did with His help I live today, That was 32 years ago. My wife knew that this time I was going to survive, she saw The Lord in me. She helped me sober up and this time with the Blessing of God and Christ Jesus, I'm right behind you Alice Cooper! Came to Christ in '97, soon after Alice released Last Temptation and that album SPOKE to me. Have been saved 27 years, haven't had a drink since. ALL PRAISE TO JESUS! Amen, I find kindness and sincerity in people you least expect. From a big star like Alice, to people who have lost major assets like houses from divorce or people like a bad neighbour that take advantage of you and drive you out of your own home , to people that have lost close family members prematurely, to people that have lost their life savings from conmen or ex partners, too have their health taken from an accident or assault by another person, or to people that have grown up in a violent household or exploited or abused by a family member where you feel used and feel like you are the outcast from the family afterwards after you tell the police etc. I am one of those people too. It is a pain that is always with you daily. But faith, even though it is hard to build trust at first and feel empty inside, really is something that is beautiful once you see how it helps people through trauma and loss. In hindsight anxiety makes people do stupid things like myself, and jealousy or exploitation from other people is something that will ruin you if you let it overcome you. I found faith after the aftermath of loss. And when you do, it is something that is more precious than words from a preacher or priest, it is the actions of people and the kindness people, also the life lessons you are given as a gift to help you grow and not return or dwell in self absorption. Some people are born bad, but that is more due to exposure to factors where a brain may not have developed properly from preexisting illness from the parent or drug use during pregnancy etc, or the family environment. But still even these people can be healed by faith if they can't manage it themselves.

As a straight-laced christian my whole life, I was never an Alice Cooper fan. But here, his testimony of Jesus touched me deeply. I was worried when I heard that Johnny Depp was hanging with Alice Cooper after the Amber Heard trial. Now it gives me hope that he's trying to get his own life together again. Jesus heals.

I never thought that Alice Cooper would lead me through the door of my salvation. I've been praying to Jesus my whole life, I'm an addict, I need help but I can't seem to quit. I'm at the end of my rope, and this pops up! My mother said repeatedly Jesus is knocking on your door. I said to myself, right before Alice said it, I need to answer the door. Then he said answer the door, it was as if God was directly talking to me as he always has but I've never heard it so loud and clear before. I'm at the door now and I'm opening the door and I want Jesus to come in and let him be my oxygen and drop the alcohol, fentanyl,pot, and nicotine. Yes, I'm a multiuser, if you are I pray for you, even if you use one, whatever, let God be your drug. I know you'll feel better, I hope to see you on the other side, I have a long way to go, lets go together, take my hand we'll walk together, I have a long way to go to get on the right path. God knows I've strayed way off the path but he's still guiding me so it'll be OK. I’m a Christian and this testimony made me cry. My husband and I have played in classic rock bands and still do occasionally in our town. We have been worship music leaders at church for years every Sunday. God is first for us. One son was an addict and alcoholic for twenty years. He survived and is clean and sober. There IS hope.
I had a similar healing.
I had driven my car in an alcohol induced blackout, and ran into something.
The next day I realized I needed help and got on my knees and asked for help. But I also made a decision to go to an AA meeting.
I went and my life changed. My cravings left sometime in the next couple of weeks.
Then about 1& half years into my sobriety, I got a call from my sister saying she's at work and there's a girl there who is looking for me. It was the little girl I had have up for adoption as a baby.
She found me and she had with her my first grandchild who's birthday is the same as mine.
Unfortunately, she's chosen not to have any more contact with me. But, I'm a work in progress, just like anyone else. God keeps me sober and He keeps helping me to grow.

I found my biological mother and father in my 20s. I just wanted to know someone looked like me. Unfortunately, they have passed away now. But I am grateful for that time to talk to them. Maybe one day she'll come back. It takes time to process everything. Congrats on your sobriety!

I prayed to find her for many years before I was born again and after..
One day my Mom got a phone call from her. She was almost 18. She did a search for me calling all the Miller's in Greenville S.C.

She called all the Miller's till she found my Mom. She was next to the last two left. HalleluYAH!

Over the years I got the impression of a kindly man despite the crazy rock role he'd played when I was in my teens - I have two albums of his. So it wasn't such a surprise to find out that he had rediscovered his faith. I'm so happy for him. Great, especially, that he was prepared to testify openly and share his story. Inspirational.
i was heavy addicted to Weed, smoked 2-3 grams a day and did nothing else, no sport, no activities, just sitting at home smoking and watching TV. God always said to me that its not good for me but i didn't wanted to listen. It wasn't until 3 Months ago, i was driving under the Influence of Weed, the Police stopped me and treated me very badly (the officer who stopped me had a smell of alcohol from his mouth 😂), they brought me to the police Station for further tests by a Doctor and when i went in the Station i sat down and there was a beautiful wooden Statue of the Archangel Michael next to me. I was instantly touched in my Heart and asked to God why this all is happening right now to me and all he said was "to make you free of your addiction", i didn't smoke since this and with the power of Christ Jesus i never will do it again! Pray for me. God bless you all.

Im curious. If God already has a plan, why do countless people pray for a particular outcome? Why not just trust in God? Seems pretty arrogant to think one knows more than God.
Alice Cooper, one of my all time favorites! I got on my knees when I was 38 and asked God to take away my desire for alcohol. He healed me too!!! I’m 26 years sober and never once went off the wagon. Praise the Lord!

My stepdad just passed away 5 days ago. He was a serious alcoholic in the beginning of his life. He would do anything for alcohol. He told me that one day (probably over 30 years ago) he stumbled into a church and spoke to the Lord. He decided right then he would give it up. He never touched a drop the rest of his life. I remember sitting in his living room with him hearing his wild stories and he'd laugh at mine. I got together with a man at 17 who became a heroine addict. I had a lot of wild stories to match. But he loved the Lord and he taught me a lot about the true gospel. I had a drinking problem, myself. But the Lord has transformed my life. I have a big family, a good believing husband, and I'm walking with Jesus. Today is my stepdad's calling hours. I am going to miss him so much!
My dad was sober for 17 years. He died because of smoking. He had COPD.

I thought it was absolutely impossible to stop smoking cigarettes. I prayed and prayed. Only Jesus could help me. Now I haven’t smoked in over 4 years. Thank God!!! ❤🙏
Me too, after I got saved I tried to stop smoking, failed so many times. God waited 11 years til I finally admitted I couldn't do it in my own strength, then just took it away from me, bam! No cravings, hate the smell of smoke, 14 Feb 1989, 35 years ago. Thank you Jesus! ❤❤

I ran from God for many years. But every time I turned around He was there with open arms, waiting for me to confess and give Him my heart. I did, fully in 2000 and I have never regretted it. Praise God for His mercy and long-suffering.
4 years ago I was really low, I was in New Age, heavily attacked and really sick, depressed and isolated. I dreamt with Alice C. telling me about Jesus being the way! I didn’t know he was Christian I saw him in France in concert just months before my depression stopped me fully. A year later I had that dream I gave my life to God, became fully a Christian and have been healed and my life restored. Thank you dear Lord! And Vicent for your faithfulness ❤

@@ChronicallyMandyMaythat Jesus is the way, I was in his house and I saw his wife and they said “you are tired, get some sleep”, I came down like some hours after, felt so much love, and in their kitchen some teenagers were eating and reading the Bible laughing, they were so happy and I felt curious and Vincent not Alice said “Jesus is everything, he saved me, he can save you, open your heart to him, let him love you”. I was in awe and wanted so much to feel that love all the time, until I was utterly saved I do feel it and it keeps getting stronger.❤

I have had the year from hell. Last night, I wanted my life to end. I really truly did. My adult daughter tried talking to me, but I was just numb. I just felt like I needed to hang on... just try one more time. I saw this appear on my feed, so I watched it. I never liked Alice Cooper. I always thought he was demonic. Now I know otherwise.. but his testimony about that turning point, touched me. I can see God's love through his eyes, and I am feeling touched by God after watching this.
I have been where you say you are now. Don't give up. It WILL get better. 2021 was my year from hell and January 2022 EVERYTHING turned around. Praying for you.☀

Jesus is using Alice for His kingdom despite your early prejudice, judgment and self righteousness. Just goes to show you that you can’t judge others because you never know their heart, or what God can use them to accomplish. Praise the Lord!
God knows the hearts of every man, woman and child. If the Lord knows your son will come to Him, it doesn't matter who you tell your son to stay away from--I used to be into some of the darkest, most depraved metal out there, and I still found the Lord through it. God literally used the words of demonic music to guide me to Him--completely and utterly regardless of what the artists had intended. Songs about demons, murder, evil and more? God chuckles and says "that's cute. Now watch this."

My father was a John Denver and Bob Seger guy. He was a police officer and in the 80s, he worked security as a side gig at the Coliseum in Houston. Not being a fan of Alice, he got to know him over time and said Alice remembered him after their first encounter. He said he was surprised how intelligent and normal he was. Dad passed away almost 4 years ago now. Love you dad.

I was an addict for 45yrs. Then I started drinking! Turned into an alcoholic really quickly! 10 miserable years drinking and I asked God to take this away please! I couldn't stop! Then I woke up September 15th 2021and never drank alcohol again, to this day I'm completely free! What a wonderful life God gives us! This is a wonderful testimony!! I never knew Alice Cooper was born again! Praise God! Thank you Jesus! Praise your Holy Name! Hallelujah!🙏💙🙏 I'll meet you in heaven Alice!! Beautiful testimony 🙏🙏
