You have to appreciate that not only he had to animate a video, he also had to animate a video being filmed and animated. I can't put into words how much I appreciate the dedication and love that seems to go into these videos.
Five things that I liked about this episode: 1. I didn't know the stickman logo for an iPhone was a thing. 2. The 3D atmosphere and environment inside the monitor inside almost feels too surreal and incredible. 3. Orange and his friends really did make the editing tutorial fun and easy. 4. The epic battle with the editing software in the background was awesome! 5. Lesson learnt: never include too many visual effects and color gradings in a single video as that video could turn into a corrupted stick figure and could uncontrollably absorb all the other editing features.
I need to correct you about two things: 1 - Any phone has their logo at the back, not only iPhone 2 (About the 5) - Nothing bad will happen with a corrupted video file on your PC, just don't treat it bad.

7:57 I like the fact that when green used this shooting weapon, he missed a couple of shots, but later when we see blue using it he lands everything perfectly. This detail shows how good of a shooter blue actually is, and that a stick figure is not particularly great at every weapon.

@@Ania-cg5rx its difficult not to spray and pray if you got something that fires rapidly, often with small recoil that quickly stacks up so you just fire in that general direction the fact that blue was able to aim so precise while looking up, not getting disoriented and almost landing the hits too, makes him a legit 'aimbot' person who has to be reckoned with

Orange is creative,and often improvises, making weapons Blue often stays at a distance, using potions and other things Red is straight hands Yellow and green dont have any particular style that I can see Yellow seems to play defensively I guess you could say that green is similar to orange

It's not so obvious in this video, but in a lot of the past videos, he uses the fishing rod a lot in order to out speed his opponent. Even in the video though, I would say the razor tool he uses is a more mobility based weapon then say reds fist, which is used to hit hard
Watching this again, it's actually interesting to see that the video didn't originally want to fight. It just glitched out a couple times by accident and everything escalated from there. You can even see the video put up its arms to defend itself at first before it started fighting back. Really cool to see the minute details.
The camera movements actually made it feel like they're making those 13 year old bad quality, barely edited, random RUclips video that randomly gets recommended to you. It feels so authentic and real
@@Starryeyyed67 Well, like JonarBuckle said, yeah it feels like something he would do. But to me, it's mostly because he's considered to be the "youngest brother" of the stickmen, so it feels like something he would do if he was recording something.
As a video editor, this is now my favorite video of all time. Spending hours trying out new effects that are practically not needed, only for the app to crash and lag, waiting minutes to hours for it to export speaks to my soul so much. A huge grin was plastered through my face when I realized they were trying to replicate a green screen and I understood almost every single effect they use in this animation, god this just reminded me how much I love being an editor so much. The editing in this video is also on-point, the music sounds like it came from a licensed 2010s electronic music and the amount of explosion effects that's very poorly chroma key-ed used in the video. It's basically classic AVA but for video editors, and I can tell the editors who worked on this had a ton of fun doing this.
I'm also a professional editor and jesus christ it is the most accurate thing of all time. Especially when you have a billion ae comps and the export process takes forever, so you just sit around or leave it on overnight or whatever.
@@DarkStarCoreX I’m no professional unfortunately, but I can confidently say that exporting is the worst part of the whole process. It’s worse when your editing app forces you to not go anywhere or even turning off your device while exporting, so I’ll just sit there waiting for the loading bar to finish its job. The most stressful part is still when I ran out of ideas on how to make a transition and I have a deadline to catch up
Love how when red got the hand I thought "yeah that makes sense for him" the fact that you've pumped so much distinct personality into each of these basic colored silent stick figures is still your most impressive feat to me

What really interests me is how "Glitchy Video Green" looked like he never intended to fight in the beginning. I never realized how excited physicists or mathematicians must have been when you posted the animations vs. math, animations vs. physics, and animation vs. geometry videos until it was a video about editing LOL it's so cool to see such a familiar interface and effect names being LITERALLY dragged out of the effects section and being applied to clips or used as weapons. when glitched green used crop bottom and crop top to dodge attacks, I literally had to pause the video in shock and I completely geeked out for the rest of the video like that's so cool!!! I remember when I made my very first edit on after effects. I had some experience on video editing from phone apps but I remember being extremely confused during the exporting part, especially when I waited so patiently all night for the video to export and it came out looking glitched or had a HUGGEEE amount of blank space after the video was supposed to end 😭seeing the stick figures try to find something to pass the time while waiting eagerly for the video to export like "is it done yet? is it done yet?" reminded me of that experience so much it was so nostalgic. I just know the editors that worked on this video must have had a ton of fun and that blue sky background being duplicated over and over without trying to mirror the edges cracked me up so much like the stick figure friends really couldn't have enlarged the background or at least mirrored the edges to make it look more natural LOL
I dunno why, but it’s almost mesmerizing seeing their world in a 3D aspect. Normally we only see it front face but being able to observe everything from what is essentially their perspective is amazing!
Sometimes I forget that The Second Coming (orange, called SC for the rest of this) is technically the least experienced fighter out of all of them. Red Yellow Green and Blue were all made to fight. SC was just himself. A version of The Chosen One, yes. But he didn't really understand that, nor does he have the same abilities. His abilities seen in AVA 8 seem energy based, and restore things, rather than CO's fire and lasers. On top of that, he's the only figure who actually draws, the other's using tools (usually icons) as weapons like spears and swords and clubs and such. SC is creative. They're all much more than it, but Red Yellow Green and Blue are combative at their core. SC is an artist. Edit: Expanded on my point
They are all fighters by nature, the difference is in their fighting style. Red is the most aggressive, Blue attacks from a distance, Yellow is more reserved when fighting but uses his surroundings to create strategies, Green is the second most impulsive of the Color gang and TSC is very good at using and creating tools. While TCO is a clean fist but is the one who adapts the fastest to the rival's fighting style.

The parallel of yellow kicking down the ball/chromatic green and then blue uppercutting it and orange flinging up green on a panel to slam dunk at both the start (1:14) and end (10:26) is amazing 👏🏻
I know that, knowing Alan's storytelling, that Green could quickly become obsessed with this arc and it could all turn out bad. Especially with the darkness creeping on with that first comment, I got the feeling that it'll derail fast, but it's still pretty wholesome for Green to see the comment and feel good about it.
Yeah exactly it shows that Green will get addicted to his phone, that's the exact feeling i got when the screen got dark and the bright light shone in his face, I'm already hyped for the next episode.

I know that feeling. I remember the first time someone ever liked my comment and that was when I suggested ideas for Matt McMuscles' future What Happened? videos. I don't know but it just made feel appreciated. And it happens often whenever I leave a comment or reply. Sometimes I get comments and even replies. It makes me feel appreciated. That's the same thing on Twitter, Instagram and Threads. There was one comment in particular where I suggested for Vivziepop to give Blitzø, Moxxue and Millie human actual human disguises and it got over 100 likes. It happened again on Instagram when I reacted to the cancellation of a Silver Sable standalone movie which was in the works by sending a gif with the Jeremy Clarkson meme. It got over 100 likes as well. I showed it to my mom and she felt amazed. I can definitely relate to Green in that last scene. Someone liking your video, comment and reply certainly can make you feel good.
Petition to name the glitchy video stick man "Greenscreen" I also felt so bad for him, it didnt seem like he was actually trying to fight at first, just glitching out Porygon Z style. I hope he comes back and recovers!

I can potentially see Green getting really into making videos, but start trying to make them ✨perfect ✨ and start putting some of the more flawed "takes" or unwanted assets into the recycle bin-- and as we've seen in this video, "Greenscreen" seems to be able to absorb functions and files by eating them. It is crazy that these characters can always solve any problem by just throwing it on the recycle bin, Im not saying its a cheap plot-solving concept, but it is really funny
It makes sense really, the recycle bin cuts off any files that was deleted from accessing or affecting any programs in the computer. Virus filled files/data are situation-dependent but it does work against most when it's in the recycle bin since its technically "deleted".
I just love it how all of them trust each other. Like how Yellow was falling and Green and Red just involuntarily caught him, that was so cute. We need more of these!! And imagine if Corrupted Green comes back like Herobrine...and Victim...

I never realized how excited physicists or mathematicians must have been when you posted the animations vs. math, animations vs. physics, and animation vs. geometry videos until it was a video about editing LOL it's so cool to see such a familiar interface and effect names being LITERALLY dragged out of the effects section and being applied to clips or used as weapons. when glitched green used crop bottom and crop top to dodge attacks, I literally had to pause the video in shock and I completely geeked out for the rest of the video like that's so cool!!! I remember when I made my very first edit on after effects. I had some experience on video editing from phone apps but I remember being extremely confused during the exporting part, especially when I waited so patiently all night for the video to export and it came out looking glitched or had a HUGGEEE amount of blank space after the video was supposed to end 😭seeing the stick figures try to find something to pass the time while waiting eagerly for the video to export like "is it done yet? is it done yet?" reminded me of that experience so much it was so nostalgic. I just know the editors that worked on this video must have had a ton of fun and that blue sky background being duplicated over and over without trying to mirror the edges cracked me up so much like the stick figure friends really couldn't have enlarged the background or at least mirrored the edges to make it look more natural LOL

I dunno why, but it’s almost mesmerizing seeing their world in a 3D aspect. Normally we only see it front face but being able to observe everything from what is essentially their perspective is amazing!
Sometimes I forget that The Second Coming (orange, called SC for the rest of this) is technically the least experienced fighter out of all of them. Red Yellow Green and Blue were all made to fight. SC was just himself. A version of The Chosen One, yes. But he didn't really understand that, nor does he have the same abilities. His abilities seen in AVA 8 seem energy based, and restore things, rather than CO's fire and lasers. On top of that, he's the only figure who actually draws, the other's using tools (usually icons) as weapons like spears and swords and clubs and such. SC is creative.
They're all much more than it, but Red Yellow Green and Blue are combative at their core. SC is an artist.

Green, Blue, Red are fighters, TCO and Yellow are both fightersbbut they fight passive.
They are all fighters by nature, the difference is in their fighting style. Red is the most aggressive, Blue attacks from a distance, Yellow is more reserved when fighting but uses his surroundings to create strategies, Green is the second most impulsive of the Color gang and TSC is very good at using and creating tools. While TCO is a clean fist but is the one who adapts the fastest to the rival's fighting style.

I know that, knowing Alan's storytelling, that Green could quickly become obsessed with this arc and it could all turn out bad. Especially with the darkness creeping on with that first comment, I got the feeling that it'll derail fast, but it's still pretty wholesome for Green to see the comment and feel good about it.
Yeah exactly it shows that Green will get addicted to his phone, that's the exact feeling i got when the screen got dark and the bright light shone in his face, I'm already hyped for the next episode.

I know that feeling. I remember the first time someone ever liked my comment and that was when I suggested ideas for Matt McMuscles' future What Happened? videos. I don't know but it just made feel appreciated. And it happens often whenever I leave a comment or reply. Sometimes I get comments and even replies. It makes me feel appreciated. That's the same thing on Twitter, Instagram and Threads. There was one comment in particular where I suggested for Vivziepop to give Blitzø, Moxxue and Millie human actual human disguises and it got over 100 likes. It happened again on Instagram when I reacted to the cancellation of a Silver Sable standalone movie which was in the works by sending a gif with the Jeremy Clarkson meme. It got over 100 likes as well. I showed it to my mom and she felt amazed. I can definitely relate to Green in that last scene. Someone liking your video, comment and reply certainly can make you feel good.

I can potentially see Green getting really into making videos, but start trying to make them ✨perfect ✨ and start putting some of the more flawed "takes" or unwanted assets into the recycle bin-- and as we've seen in this video, "Greenscreen" seems to be able to absorb functions and files by eating them. Wonder if we'll see an arc about "Greenscreen" in future "Influencer Arc" episodes :D I doubt this is the last we'll see of them.

I mean, the recycle bin can eliminate all in computers right?
It makes sense really, the recycle bin cuts off any files that was deleted from accessing or affecting any programs in the computer. Virus filled files/data are situation-dependent but it does work against most when it's in the recycle bin since its technically "deleted".
I just love it how all of them trust each other. Like how Yellow was falling and Green and Red just involuntarily caught him, that was so cute. We need more of these!!
