I’m glad your DR program. I’ve been doing this for four weeks now and I see much improvement in my AB’s thank you app exercise and strong 20 but I am doing it in this series. I feel stronger and I think my AB’s are getting stronger. It’s amazing what doctor can tell you and then you come here on RUclips and you’re amazing ladies help us learn everything. OK, lucky enough to have time for longer workouts at this point in my life, and this series is PERFECT to double up. I combined day 1 +2 and now 3 + 4 (skip cool down day 1, warm up day 2) and then you have a great intense functional training day. This rocks.
This one was so fun! I had my 11 year old daughter working out with me and we both loved the hop over with fast feet combo. We were laughing and having a great time together! Thank you for making working out fun!

One of the reasons I love your workouts (along with many other reasons I love your whole NML entity) is that you bring attention to the importance of stability, along with mobility, using those micro stabilizing muscles and training the brain-muscle connection. I've been a runner since my teenager years but aging coupled with multiple childbirths and genetics led me to a 4.5 year long injury with Osteitis Pubis, SI joint dysfunction, and adductor tendonitis, I make sure to incorporate stability and mobility workouts at least once a week, if not more. I went through intermittent physical therapy for 4 years and many of your movements in this workout reminded me of my own physical therapy movements. They may seem basic but they're wildly beneficial and important. ALSO, with that said, I love that the warm ups are from the moves we'll be doing later in the workout because it gives me a chance to turn on that brain-muscle connection and prepare for proper form! Oh man there hasn't been a workout of yours I didn't like until this one 😅 I can't get those windmills right! I'd love to say I'll give it another go but since deadlifts are my least favourite move too I would be lying 😂 I do love these challenges though, they really motivate me to workout every day so thank you! I'm feeling stronger and fitter than I ever have before 🙌
I love this format where you go from hard on your muscles to hard on your lungs then repeat. I also love doing it twice - once doesn't let me really know what I did, but 3 can get long. 2 kept the workout moving so fast. I'm not a fan of the single leg swing though - the slightest problem in form would destroy my back, so I just did an uneven stance.
Omg! This was fire! My abs and the cardio! I’m not gonna lie I couldn’t do all that balancing but I added it in wherever I cd! My favorite moves were the power moves! Thank you!
omg thank you for suggesting changing the speed to .75 its a game changer i love your energy but its a little to fast for me i did this workout at slower speed and soo much better i finished without pausing and felt like i got better workout thank you again

Thanks for (sneakily) building core into every single one of your workouts. I can literally feel my core getting stronger! This is just such a solid challenge that just keeps giving! 💪💪💪
