I had to start this over because of a car accident. I got to day 48 of this the first time and I cannot say enough of how much stronger I had gotten from the start to almost the finish. Now after 5 weeks off I am again getting stronger and for this almost 48-year-old grandma I may have to modify at times and hold the wall but thanks to Caroline I feel so much better physically and mentally! Thank you Caroline!! These workouts are amazing and I love to see the likes on these getting higher and higher from the first time I started last year!

I’m not one to comment and, although I’m late for this challenge, I find myself NOT skipping days. This is the first time I have worked out daily and being truthful to myself. I still can’t do some of the exercises (pistol squats and push ups), but I’m here and I’m doing it for myself. Thank you so much for making this amazing program available ok RUclips. I love that these workouts incorporate stability and balance moves in addition to intense lifting. I feel like I am getting stronger and more functionally fit--which will keep me safe and primed for all the sports I enjoy--cycling, skiing, hiking. I am going to be ripped and solid!
I definitely found during the workout day 9 that I need to really work on stability and balance. I did one of Caroline's older workouts that was a full body isometric workout and really enjoyed that.

Same. I’m also easily distracted . Minimal distractions is one of the reasons why I’ve stayed with these workouts. It also allows me time to focus on my form and be more self aware while following her program.
Caroline it is not an exaggeration to say that you have actually changed my life. I went from depressed post menopausal mum, to strong happy confident woman of 53 years. Accidentally started Epic day 6 from Epic beginner 1-5. Didnt notice I was on the legit Epic journey until day 7 because it was longer than I’m used to. When I saw an hour workout for today I tried using every excuse to validate going back to the beginner series, the length was scary. I mentally quit 30 times for a half second through the first half of today but then something happened- I felt that I was in the beginning of something great and I was excited to keep going and pushing my limits. When the last alarm buzzed I wept for another half second and congratulated myself. Caroline, I know you cant hear me when I curse you and laugh with you but thank you for guiding me on this awesome adventure into my strength. For each day I am a little stronger from your kindness and knowledge. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I think most of people here write their comments after completing the workout, all of us being HIGH on endorphins!!! such a great feeling - total exhaustion mixed with total happiness and feeling of accomplishment. Thank you for that Caroline! (we share same name- in Polish it's Karolina )
I have been searching for a “workout partner” for a while. I follow a few on different channels, but I have found my home gym buddy. Caroline, inspires me. I love strength training, and even though I’m petite, I always thought I looked a bit manly, but Caroline has changed that perception for me. Thanks girly!

I hear you Amber. I always felt like I looked manly with muscle too but Caroline has changed that perception for me too. Now when I look at other "fit" RUclipsrs who I used to follow before Caroline, they don't look as strong to my anymore (no hate to anyone). I no longer worry how my outside looks anymore either because nothing feels as good as feeling STRONG and knowing I can DO strong things! And way to go! Keep it up Amber. You're doing amazing too. :)
I always injure my shoulder doing push-ups, even on my knees and I've tried many many times over the years and get the same pain. I did P90X around 10 years ago and injured my shoulder with all the push-ups in that program. I do chest presses instead holding 14kg in each hand, sometimes needing to go down to 12kg. As an alternative to the decline angle I used my stepper and it's raisers to create do incline presses. I know it's just not the same but at least I am trying. For the "renegade row with push-ups" I did double renegade rows on each side until time was up. For the "plank side to push-up" I did 20 seconds of angled chest presses then 20 seconds alternating plank sides. It took me two hours to get through the workout because of setting things up and/or taking extra breaks but I pushed through and got it done!

Day 9 and were close to finish on the 10th. Are you still there guys??? Still alive and kicking ass??? I cant imagine life without this epic challenge anymore 😹Anyways this workout will surely leave me breathless on the floor. My bums and legs are still sore from day 8, surely my aches will be balanced now from upper to lower😹😹 wish us all luck. Thank you Caroline for inspiring me to push my limits

I didn't realize how sore my arms were until the push ups!! I loved working on balance and trying new moves. Sometimes I'm nervous that I can't do the movement but your advice to just try one full out works - I was able to do the uneven push ups on my toes the entire time! Thank you again Caroline and hope everyone had an epic workout!
I’m feeling so STRONG! Also I’m doing better at my morning runs! I reached my goal of 6 miles in an hour! I was so surprised it normally takes me longer! This program is life changing!

Kid, you are phenomenally wicked strong. There was no way I could do the plank with the one leg elevated hovering. So I just held a plank. You are something else. I’m glad you’re sharing your expertise. I squeezed day eight and nine together as a I had been called into work at 4:30 in the morning. But I got it done. I started this feeling tired and thinking I'd only get through half, but I got halfway and just.. kept going! Now I DO feel epic! This is your sign to just try, start something, don't pressure yourself into thinking you have to do it ALL or it's not worth trying. A little is better than not starting at all, and who knows? Maybe you've got more in you than you think! xxx
These workouts are AMAZING. I'm a competitive kettlebell lifter and injured my shoulder at the start of COVID. These workouts have helped me safely rebuild my full body strength. Plus they're super fun!! Caroline is easily my favorite trainer on RUclips.
I had to stop after 20 minutes because I was starting to get chills and feel a little ill. It may be because yesterday was Yom Kippur and I fasted, I had coffee at night and couldn’t sleep! I’ll try it again and power through it. Love the workouts and glad I have the maturity to listen to my body.
I am repeating the whole program with 20 lbs weights each and no rest days. I am not lying when I say that this is how she motivated me. I can do push ups I never thought I can do and I can do pistols without falling. It is learning your own body with every Caroline's program.
Hey guys! Please read. 10 days ago, my parents tested positive for covid, and thus they were isolated in their room, and my brother and i were taking care of them while following all the precautions. Today, my parents tested negative (rapid antigen test), my brother tested positive, while i tested negative. I know it's only a matter of time till i'll be positive. I'm isolating myself in my room (attached bathroom and balcony). But i don't want to stop working out. Working out is one of my anchors. I'm gonna continue working out. But the thing is that we only have a limited number of weights at our home. So my brother has kept all the 5kg plates, and i have four 2.5kg plates with me in my room. I want to continue this challenge, but i think i'll have to switch to some other workouts for a while. I also have a jumprope, and resistance bands with me in my room. I'll appreciate it if any of you could leave some workout recommendations for me in the replies! Thank you so much in advance!
Sorry to hear this. You can easily do this bodyweight! I KNOW you will still get a great burn! Before Epic Caroline’s Friday workouts were usually bodyweight and they were still killer. Just slow the movements down. You don’t need to stop this program! Or use the light weights - or water bottles, etc. Good luck and stay healthy!
Hi Ayra on the community tab you will find a whole range of Bodyweight and resistance band exercises. Many DB moves can be replicated with bands. Stay staff and speedy recovery to your family.
Hey Carla, please don't drop & follow Anthony's advice... go to the community tab or keep with light weights and like me at the end of each of her workout, please use the jump rope as a burner ☄☄☄✊✊✊💪💪💪

This was another winner! I had so much fun! I am the proud momma of 5 boys, 4 of them are teenagers. They are so strong and capable and these workouts allow me to build muscle and mental toughness to keep up with them on the mountain biking trails. I don't want to jump the jumps like they do but I love that I can make it up the hills faster than them. Fat biking season is almost here, I am more ready than ever. Thank you Caroline!

Today I done something that resembled a push up on my toes🎉🎉🎉. I’m getting stronger. I am finding in this epic that I’m going to body weight towards the end of these long ones ,for my form. The dogs are real and my clothing is fitting so much better. Thank you Caroline❤
Caroline I must say you have been literally kicking my butt. I have only lifted weights for 16-17 yrs and thought I was in good shape until I started doing your videos with my wife. What a great way to start my Saturday, was up before the sun and ready to sweat by 7. I enjoyed watching it get lighter and by the time I was done I was filled with JOY! My dream is to one day be able to do the pistol squats. I make a gesture that looks awfully like one but at 62 and never have it had any experience in stretching/dance etc, it is going to take me some time... but ANYTHING is possible. SO grateful for your workouts. I’ll take tomorrow off (try out our new spin bike) and hit EPIC 10 on Monday. Hope you get some days of rest too, with your loved ones, Caroline. Pistol squats!!! I was trying on chair but honestly not done from my side, I skip while trying. Today's workout was hard for me. I modified where-ever required. But at the end feels accomplished. Caroline you are really working hard for making videos. Lots of thanks. Everyone who are following this channel definately working hard to complete workouts. I am very happy that I have completed Day 9 including rest days as I my own wasn't dedicated more than one week. Thanks
I love this programme so far!! I’m just mentally preparing watching this as I’ve just completed day 8 🙌🙌 The programme goes so quick! I’ve done other videos on RUclips and they DRAAAG! So I tried my trench dress on today and it buttoned!!! This EPIC programme is really working. It’s still tight but before the buttons wouldn’t even meet, like I couldn’t get it past my shoulders

I'm proud because as of yesterday and today, I've used my 15 pound dumbbells for all exercises! I started with 15 for legs and 8 for arms since the most arm work I've ever done was cardio or pilates with 3 pounders and even that felt a bit much sometimes. But I think it's already time for the 8's to retire! Wish I got more use out of them but so proud of the progress. I will probably need to go up soon but want to give it another week or two with this weight so I don't put too much stress on my tendons while my muscles get stronger. Also am I the only one that absolutely cannot do a pistol squat despite being able to do all of the parts of the move separately. Wild! Maybe one day!
I thought this was an excellent workout and very well balanced! That said I have been working out daily throughout the pandemic and have gotten strong enough to to be able to do this workout. Really irks me to see anyone disliking this workout. Seems it would only be if it was too advanced to be able to do and in that case dont do it....there are tons of other Caroline workouts to choose from. I am a chiropractor and have knowledge of the body. This is safe and effective. One must listen to their body and keep good form though. Otherwise any exercise can cause injury. Also there is lots of opportunity to modify any exercise and still get excellent benefits! Thank you Caroline!!! I am so excited to be on this EPIC Journey with you and countless others across the globe!! ❤️

Wow 🤩 you are just amazing how you plough through these exercises. Got to admit struggled with balance and had to adapt but finished the whole routine in 1.5 hrs. Really enjoyed it. I am 59 years old and have had serious health issues, one of them was I lost all muscle in my body but I refused to be beaten and now I’m regaining the muscle with these fantastic workouts you have made. Before I became Ill 2 years ago I was pretty fit with swimming, gym and running but although I obviously am not fit anymore I still think I would of struggled with your workouts. Man you are one fit lady and unless people try your epic series they do not know what fitness is. Thank you Caroline ❤️💪
I wasn't feeling all that optimistic going into this workout and I actually realised I'd been procrastinating beforehand because I'm still sore from upper body yesterday. All I can say is: time flew by and stopped during some exercises, but I loved it. this was so much fun and I feel so accomplished, even if it took me 20 minutes longer than it should have, I'm so glad I did this when I did. And I can already feel and see improvements in my form and body awareness, balance and coordination. But what I'm most impressed by and grateful for is that I can feel a mental shift happening in terms of how I talk to myself and and willingness to try new things despite not being sure if I can do them. I hear you Amber. I always felt like I looked manly with muscle too but Caroline has changed that perception for me too. Now when I look at other "fit" RUclipsrs who I used to follow before Caroline, they don't look as strong to my anymore (no hate to anyone). I no longer worry how my outside looks anymore either because nothing feels as good as feeling STRONG and knowing I can DO strong things!

I always injure my shoulder doing push-ups, even on my knees and I've tried many many times over the years and get the same pain. I did P90X around 10 years ago and injured my shoulder with all the push-ups in that program.
I do chest presses instead holding 14kg in each hand, sometimes needing to go down to 12kg. As an alternative to the decline angle I used my stepper and it's raisers to create do incline presses. I know it's just not the same but at least I am trying.
For the "renegade row with push-ups" I did double renegade rows on each side until time was up.
For the "plank side to push-up" I did 20 seconds of angled chest presses then 20 seconds alternating plank sides.
It took me two hours to get through the workout because of setting things up and/or taking extra breaks but I pushed through and got it done!
I do one of you videos everyday and now you’ve become part of the family 😂. Thank you for these programs ❤️

Day 9 and were close to finish on the 10th. Are you still there guys??? Still alive and kicking ass??? I cant imagine life without this epic challenge anymore 😹Anyways this workout will surely leave me breathless on the floor. I didn't realize how sore my arms were until the push ups!! I loved working on balance and trying new moves. Sometimes I'm nervous that I can't do the movement but your advice to just try one full out works - I was able to do the uneven push ups on my toes the entire time! Thank you again Caroline and hope everyone had an epic workout!

I’m feeling so STRONG! Also I’m doing better at my morning runs! I reached my goal of 6 miles in an hour! I was so surprised it normally takes me longer! This program is life changing!

I FINALLY FEEL LEAN AND GREAT IN MY BODY. I stopped counting calories. I don't weigh myself anymore. My new measurement yardstick is how much stronger I feel and the new exercises I can do because of you! Training has a whole new meaning for me.

Kid, you are phenomenally wicked strong. There was no way I could do the plank with the one leg elevated hovering. So I just held a plank. You are something else. I’m glad you’re sharing your expertise. I squeezed day eight and nine together as a I had been called into work at 4:30 in the morning. But I got it done. These workouts are AMAZING. I'm a competitive kettlebell lifter and injured my shoulder at the start of COVID. These workouts have helped me safely rebuild my full body strength. Plus they're super fun!! Caroline is easily my favorite trainer on RUclips.

I had to stop after 20 minutes because I was starting to get chills and feel a little ill. It may be because yesterday was Yom Kippur and I fasted, I had coffee at night and couldn’t sleep! I’ll try it again and power through it. Love the workouts and glad I have the maturity to listen to my body.
Day 9: done... just... this was insane. great, but insane. i've never done a workout likes this. i'm a fan.
I am repeating the whole program with 20 lbs weights each and no rest days. I am not lying when I say that this is how she motivated me. I can do push ups I never thought I can do and I can do pistols without falling. It is learning your own body with every Caroline's program.

10 days ago, my parents tested positive for covid, and thus they were isolated in their room, and my brother and i were taking care of them while following all the precautions.
Today, my parents tested negative (rapid antigen test), my brother tested positive, while i tested negative.
I know it's only a matter of time till i'll be positive. I'm isolating myself in my room (attached bathroom and balcony). But i don't want to stop working out. Working out is one of my anchors. I'm gonna continue working out.
But the thing is that we only have a limited number of weights at our home. So my brother has kept all the 5kg plates, and i have four 2.5kg plates with me in my room.
I want to continue this challenge, but i think i'll have to switch to some other workouts for a while.
I also have a jumprope, and resistance bands with me in my room.
I'll appreciate it if any of you could leave some workout recommendations for me in the replies! Thank you so much in advance!
Sorry to hear this. You can easily do this bodyweight! I KNOW you will still get a great burn! Before Epic Caroline’s Friday workouts were usually bodyweight and they were still killer. Just slow the movements down. You don’t need to stop this program! Or use the light weights - or water bottles, etc. Good luck and stay healthy!
Hi Ayra on the community tab you will find a whole range of Bodyweight and resistance band exercises. Many DB moves can be replicated with bands. Stay staff and speedy recovery to your family.
Hey Carla, please don't drop & follow Anthony's advice... go to the community tab or keep with light weights and like me at the end of each of her workout, please use the jump rope as a burner ☄☄☄✊✊✊💪💪💪

This was another winner! I had so much fun! I am the proud momma of 5 boys, 4 of them are teenagers. They are so strong and capable and these workouts allow me to build muscle and mental toughness to keep up with them on the mountain biking trails. I don't want to jump the jumps like they do but I love that I can make it up the hills faster than them. Fat biking season is almost here, I am more ready than ever. Thank you Caroline!

Today I done something that resembled a push up on my toes🎉🎉🎉. I’m getting stronger. I am finding in this epic that I’m going to body weight towards the end of these long ones ,for my form. The dogs are real and my clothing is fitting so much better. Thank you Caroline❤

What a great way to start my Saturday, was up before the sun and ready to sweat by 7. I enjoyed watching it get lighter and by the time I was done I was filled with JOY! My dream is to one day be able to do the pistol squats. I make a gesture that looks awfully like one but at 62 and never have it had any experience in stretching/dance etc, it is going to take me some time... but ANYTHING is possible. SO grateful for your workouts. I’ll take tomorrow off (try out our new spin bike) and hit EPIC 10 on Monday. Hope you get some days of rest too, with your loved ones, Caroline. Caroline, this was awesome, so perfectly “balanced” and put together. You are so strong and how do you do those pistol squats so well! I am a long way from there but onwards! I used a monster band around the door handle ... no excuses👊. You’re RUclips family is growing and make no wonder why ... appreciate you and your workouts🙏. I'm proud because as of yesterday and today, I've used my 15 pound dumbbells for all exercises! I started with 15 for legs and 8 for arms since the most arm work I've ever done was cardio or pilates with 3 pounders and even that felt a bit much sometimes. But I think it's already time for the 8's to retire! Wish I got more use out of them but so proud of the progress. I will probably need to go up soon but want to give it another week or two with this weight so I don't put too much stress on my tendons while my muscles get stronger. Also am I the only one that absolutely cannot do a pistol squat despite being able to do all of the parts of the move separately. Wild! Maybe one day!

I thought this was an excellent workout and very well balanced! That said I have been working out daily throughout the pandemic and have gotten strong enough to to be able to do this workout. Really irks me to see anyone disliking this workout. Seems it would only be if it was too advanced to be able to do and in that case dont do it....there are tons of other Caroline workouts to choose from. I am a chiropractor and have knowledge of the body. This is safe and effective. One must listen to their body and keep good form though. Otherwise any exercise can cause injury. Also there is lots of opportunity to modify any exercise and still get excellent benefits! Thank you Caroline!!! I am so excited to be on this EPIC Journey with you and countless others across the globe!! ❤️

Wow 🤩 you are just amazing how you plough through these exercises. Got to admit struggled with balance and had to adapt but finished the whole routine in 1.5 hrs. Really enjoyed it. I am 59 years old and have had serious health issues, one of them was I lost all muscle in my body but I refused to be beaten and now I’m regaining the muscle with these fantastic workouts you have made. Before I became Ill 2 years ago I was pretty fit with swimming, gym and running but although I obviously am not fit anymore I still think I would of struggled with your workouts. Man you are one fit lady and unless people try your epic series they do not know what fitness is. Thank you Caroline ❤️💪

I wasn't feeling all that optimistic going into this workout and I actually realised I'd been procrastinating beforehand because I'm still sore from upper body yesterday.
All I can say is: time flew by and stopped during some exercises, but I loved it.
this was so much fun and I feel so accomplished, even if it took me 20 minutes longer than it should have, I'm so glad I did this when I did. And I can already feel and see improvements in my form and body awareness, balance and coordination. But what I'm most impressed by and grateful for is that I can feel a mental shift happening in terms of how I talk to myself and and willingness to try new things despite not being sure if I can do them. That's the real victory for me.
As always, Caroline: thank you for a wonderful workout and for all your efforts and positivity. You are one of a kind.
