I am a nurse and work a difficult shift pattern so sometimes I find it hard to fit in my workouts. This is the second time I'm running through FUEL and I love it! I have never felt so motivated compared with other online workouts and I have managed to fit in 5 workouts this week! I can really feel the progress I'm making. Thank you Caroline for making me want to work out before a 13 hour shift and for helping me make positive changes and be proud of myself!
Those rear toe touch things were awesome...ly painful! So effective!! Thank you for the abs in there too! I am addicted to Caroline's workouts- they are so much fun and so EFFECTIVE! Thank you thank you thank you Caroline!!!

Morning, Matthew. What a session! This week all the workouts were on a whole other level. I did glutes yesterday and those forward leaning bulgarians were just crazy followed by rear steps. My glutes were sore this morning😅 Complexes are always super hard because you have to push yourself a little bit harder. It is so humid here and I was sweating like crazy. The selection of exercises was superb, the first complex I found like a warm up round and then it got harder and harder. Lunges in to rear lifts were so intense, deep push ups into sprawls were so interesting because it was a mixture between slow and fast tempo, step ups were a fast race and dumbbell burpees after arnold presses were ferocious. My shoulders were dead. The finisher finished me off nicely. I don't have time for an add-on but If I am honest I feel that this was a pretty complete workout and that I don't need more. Have a nice day and I wish you a peaceful rest day tomorrow We all deserve some rest after this week! Sunday will be sweaty and intense again!

I literally love you. Do I enjoy the workouts? No! But I do them. All of them. I will be doing your workout tomorrow. So, I hurt my lower back somehow. Had to modify like crazy, but I workout outside in Texas, so I got a really good sweat. There were abs in this one. Can we get more abs and core? (Lower back) Love you lady!

What a fullbody workout that would easily raise up our heart rate, even just by bodyweight. Bear crawl(wow) and steps up, mhm... Favourite. Plank jacks and jumping jacks would easily keep my heart rate up. Hope Caroline had a blast from your birthday. Thanks for the workout again.

I found the last complex really hard...the weighted burpees are hard...but get so much harder after you’ve done the sprawls! Wow! This was super intense! ❤My legs were still burning because of days 16 to 18 that I did in the past 2 days. 🤭 And I had to cut down to 5 on the 2x dumbells burpees in the finisher; I have to admit I was totally exausted by then. 😂 But what an awsome feelling in the end!!! It made me feel so powerfull and go back a couple of years, when I started my fitness journey; I am pretty sure that I couldn't have pulled this off back then and would have definitelly paused the video 4 or 5 times to catch my breath. 😂 Getting to the end of this session and say "Done!" is a great demonstration of how far we've come. 💪🦵🔥 Thanks again, Caroline, for all your dedication. 🙏

Well done Trish that wasnt easy for sure. Def was a tough number. The change in tempo got the HR racing and I had my own sweat fest here. Phew!.. I thought I was ready for this!… unfortunately due to shift work, I can’t work out everyday and I tend to leave the full body and day 5 for my 2 days off or my late shifts. Today I have a late shift and pressed play thinking ‘I’ve got this’ … ‘REALITY CHECK!’… I know Caroline is an elite athlete but boy is she quick!. I soon had to slow down and use the lower intensity level but my heart was trying to escape!!.. I know I won’t get back to my full fitness to pre covid but definitely feel great after any of these workouts. Thank you for being you Caroline so I keep turning up. Forever greatful 🙏👏👏👏👏🤦🏻♀️😃🥰🥰

I have been following the fuel since day 1, and this is the first time I commented on her workout. I just wanted to thank you, Caroline, for what you do. I dig the workout series. They are not easy, and that is what I like about them.
Love your workouts. Love that you don't talk while working so I can be alone with my thoughts and focus on what I"m doing. Love the beeps so I know when to change exercises. But on this one where you change exercises within the time period, there are no beeps. It would be helpful to have them.
That was so hard. Instead of feeling stronger and better at these workouts I feel like I'm doing worse and worse. I had to lower my weights and take more breaks...ugh! I think I'm going to go down to only 4 workouts a week and see if that helps...I hate feeling like I half-assed it and lately I just feel like I'm barely making it through. I still do love your workouts though! Thanks Caroline!!
The only consolation for me on this workout is that it is No Repeats. But definitely another challenging, heart-pumping brilliant workout! Let’s get stronger! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I will be skipping the add on as I will be running 10k instead!

Sweaty, great variety (the bear crawl was fun), and by the end you'll be thrilled with how FUELED you feel. I decreased my weights on the double dumbbell burpee. The sprawls felt like a vacation ! Thanks Caroline for another creative, tough, fun workout!

I. AM. TOAST. Wow, this one was tough. I took some "breaks" to finish off complete sets of the complexes, so it took me a little longer. I'm glad I decided to use lighter weights for this one. I'm proud of my efforts and that I managed to finish. Thanks a mill, Caroline!

HOLY COW. That was definitely more of a HIIT for me than cardio. I was super grateful in the middle for the ab work!!! How CG managed to get through the last round a few times blows my mind. I got through the last round 1 time each exercise, then cut dumbbell burpees to 6 and got in 6 more sprawls and I am DONE. Wow sweatfest!
So this has totally been secret burpee week! Caroline, all the credit to you because after over a year with you that doesn't scare me anymore! I loved this and was sweating buckets by the end. Surprisingly, the plank and jumping jacks complex was my favorite! What a great way to go into the weekend.

Obviously I have to modify alot but really appreciate having so many workout videos and choices depending on how im feeling .I’ve followed ur workouts for a long while and i know that they have had a profound effect on my body that even with the break ive had and will need when the baby comes I know my body has been prepared as best it can. Omgggggggggh Tony🥵🥵🥵 I really don't know what hit me there. Went in feeling very tired as sleep pattern gone a bit array this week. Didn't get my full energy during it but felt it as I struggled a little bit hooray did it. Used 15x2 and 7.5kg X2. It Def was a tough number but the HR was racing and I'm sitting in a pool of sweat😜loved the different tempos here too as made you work a bit harder. Found the finisher very challenging with the burpee d/b, sprawl was grand. Did add on too 20 min cardio jack's🤬🤬 now I'm fit for bed again. Thank god rest day tomorrow. My first overall body workout after fracturing my pelvis in 3 places (skiing) a month ago. I modified it some, but grateful to be back. Thanks Caroline for the exhilarating workouts!
Oh wowza, what a quick-paced session! Went by quickly and again with top notch exercises! I managed only a couple of arnold presses after those one dumbell burpees and I really felt the abs in the finisher after the ab portion! Now on to the add-on! Hii Caroline.... I'm not a regular commenter but your workouts are being done by me regularly ... I don't really like complexes.....people say time flies quickly in complexes but i wasn't convinced before cuz when there are some movements which are difficult to me or not my fav ones and i can't cut the reps and have to repeat it again after certain reps i don't like to do that... But trust me i really felt that time passed by quickly in this workout and the exercises were my fav ones ....and boy it was tought my hands are shaking writing this comment... Atlast thanks Caroline for this amazing friday full body workout.... Gotta do the add-ons now!. ❤
Holy Moly Capanoly!! Sweaty, running heart rate is soaring. I think this was probably the most challenging Full body so far in FUEL. The easiest was the toe reach complex.. The first complex, the static lunge, pushup and Arnold press were so demanding. Those stepups were killer for the heart rate. Insanity was reach during the finisher. I didn't even complete two round and Caroline nearly smashed 3 rounds and looked completely relaxed. I used 30 and 15lbs for the duration of the workout.

Of all of Caroline's complex workouts, this was probably among my favorites. The mix of weights, bodyweight, cardio was perfect!

Actually I do the workouts at the same time that lunched and I guaranty it is exhausting. I usually do the add ons afterward, however; I hardly did finish the jumping jack properly. looked impossible at some points...

I found the last complex really hard...the weighted burpees are hard...but get so much harder after you’ve done the sprawls! Wow! This was super intense! ❤My legs were still burning because of days 16 to 18 that I did in the past 2 days. 🤭 And I had to cut down to 5 on the 2x dumbells burpees in the finisher; I have to admit I was totally exausted by then. 😂 But what an awsome feelling in the end!!! It made me feel so powerfull and go back a couple of years, when I started my fitness journey; I am pretty sure that I couldn't have pulled this off back then and would have definitelly paused the video 4 or 5 times to catch my breath. 😂 Getting to the end of this session and say "Done!" is a great demonstration of how far we've come. 💪🦵🔥 Thanks again, Caroline, for all your dedication. 🙏

Smashed! Saw a pretty Sweaty 🐻 in the mirror today 😂. Wow! Each complex was tough. Some, I could only do 1set. But certainly ENJOYED every second of it! Feels so Amazing after that last beep in the finisher. Add-on, cleaning my workout area.

Phew!.. I thought I was ready for this!… unfortunately due to shift work, I can’t work out everyday and I tend to leave the full body and day 5 for my 2 days off or my late shifts. Today I have a late shift and pressed play thinking ‘I’ve got this’ … ‘REALITY CHECK!’… I know Caroline is an elite athlete but boy is she quick!. I soon had to slow down and use the lower intensity level but my heart was trying to escape!!.. I know I won’t get back to my full fitness to pre covid but definitely feel great after any of these workouts. Thank you for being you Caroline so I keep turning up. Forever greatful 🙏👏👏👏👏🤦🏻♀️😃🥰🥰

I have been following the fuel since day 1, and this is the first time I commented on her workout. I just wanted to thank you, Caroline, for what you do. I dig the workout series. They are not easy, and that is what I like about them.
Love your workouts. Love that you don't talk while working so I can be alone with my thoughts and focus on what I"m doing. Love the beeps so I know when to change exercises. But on this one where you change exercises within the time period, there are no beeps. It would be helpful to have them.
That was so hard. Instead of feeling stronger and better at these workouts I feel like I'm doing worse and worse. I had to lower my weights and take more breaks...ugh! I think I'm going to go down to only 4 workouts a week and see if that helps...I hate feeling like I half-assed it and lately I just feel like I'm barely making it through. I still do love your workouts though! Thanks Caroline!!
The only consolation for me on this workout is that it is No Repeats. But definitely another challenging, heart-pumping brilliant workout! Let’s get stronger! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I will be skipping the add on as I will be running 10k instead!

Finished this workout about five minutes ago - my whole body feels so alive and energized. Perfect way to start the day. The time really flew by, half an hour seemed like 15 minutes!!!!

Sweaty, great variety (the bear crawl was fun), and by the end you'll be thrilled with how FUELED you feel. I decreased my weights on the double dumbbell burpee. The sprawls felt like a vacation ! Thanks Caroline for another creative, tough, fun workout!

HOLY COW. That was definitely more of a HIIT for me than cardio. I was super grateful in the middle for the ab work!!! How CG managed to get through the last round a few times blows my mind. I got through the last round 1 time each exercise, then cut dumbbell burpees to 6 and got in 6 more sprawls and I am DONE. Wow sweatfest!
So this has totally been secret burpee week! Caroline, all the credit to you because after over a year with you that doesn't scare me anymore! I loved this and was sweating buckets by the end. Surprisingly, the plank and jumping jacks complex was my favorite! What a great way to go into the weekend.

Great workout Caroline, im 16 weeks pregnant and now im feeling better, your workouts are keeping me going. Obviously I have to modify alot but really appreciate having so many workout videos and choices depending on how im feeling .I’ve followed ur workouts for a long while and i know that they have had a profound effect on my body that even with the break ive had and will need when the baby comes I know my body has been prepared as best it can. Omgggggggggh Tony🥵🥵🥵 I really don't know what hit me there. Went in feeling very tired as sleep pattern gone a bit array this week. Didn't get my full energy during it but felt it as I struggled a little bit hooray did it. Used 15x2 and 7.5kg X2. It Def was a tough number but the HR was racing and I'm sitting in a pool of sweat😜loved the different tempos here too as made you work a bit harder. Found the finisher very challenging with the burpee d/b, sprawl was grand. Did add on too 20 min cardio jack's🤬🤬 now I'm fit for bed again. Thank god rest day tomorrow. I managed only a couple of arnold presses after those one dumbell burpees and I really felt the abs in the finisher after the ab portion! Now on to the add-on! Hii Caroline.... I'm not a regular commenter but your workouts are being done by me regularly ... I don't really like complexes.....people say time flies quickly in complexes but i wasn't convinced before cuz when there are some movements which are difficult to me or not my fav ones and i can't cut the reps and have to repeat it again after certain reps i don't like to do that... But trust me i really felt that time passed by quickly in this workout and the exercises were my fav ones ....and boy it was tought my hands are shaking writing this comment... Atlast thanks Caroline for this amazing friday full body workout.... Gotta do the add-ons now!. ❤
Holy Moly Capanoly!! Sweaty, running heart rate is soaring. I think this was probably the most challenging Full body so far in FUEL. The easiest was the toe reach complex.. The first complex, the static lunge, pushup and Arnold press were so demanding. Those stepups were killer for the heart rate. Insanity was reach during the finisher. I didn't even complete two round and Caroline nearly smashed 3 rounds and looked completely relaxed. I used 30 and 15lbs for the duration of the workout.
That was a deeply satisfying workout that went by so fast! 😍😍😍
