Caroline, I discovered your RUclips channel almost a year ago and have religiously followed it since, doing all your workouts. I hadn’t seen many pictures of myself over the past year but today someone took a picture of me in the park in shorts and a tank top and I almost couldn’t believe the definition. This is the best physical shape I have been in and I largely owe it to your superb and consistent content! I mostly do it for health, strength and fun, but can’t say I wasn’t happy to see my body transform as well. ❤️

I've been following Caroline since August 12 of last year and it has been an amazing journey and transformation from the inside out. Caroline has been such an inspiration with her daily encouragement creativity,consistency and beautiful smile. I'm so thankful she used Covid as a opportunity to help others.

So yesterday I finally convinced my husband, who is very fit and goes to the gym 4-5 days a week, to do a CG workout at home with me. It was Friday’s full body and he was completely wiped out by the time we got to the bent over rows. Couldn’t finish and was blown away that I could. He said he should just cancel his gym membership haha. Thanks for making me so strong over this past year Caroline!

This is the best cardio workout I’ve done! I have been working out with you for about two years and while I was pregnant with my twins and all I can say is that these workouts have made me feel stronger and happier! I have loved the Beast Mode series so much! Can't wait to do this HIIT, I usually only do your dumbbell HIIT as I feel I can keep up with it better than without the weights. i’ve been a silent girvanator for a while, it’s been 6 months since i started working out with you caroline! this is my first time commenting and i really just wanted to say that your workouts helped me truly appreciate my body after years of anorexia nervosa. i’m always excited to workout with you and seeing the wonderful community here in the comments almost makes me want to tear up. these two weeks have been amazing, i upped my weights and i can feel that i’ve become so much stronger. this session was incredible, i don’t know if it’s sweat or tears (i would blame it on the hot weather if it wasn’t raining here today lol) have a lovely day everyone, i hope you have a great sunday

a much needed abs starter! 🖤 i've been doing epic heat early in the morning and beast series in the evening because of the continued lockdown (can't even run outside. beaches & parks are closed.) never tempted to do caroline's hiit twice in a day but here we are! its rrrreaaally got me thinking of giving up smoking too one of these days. 😆 i'll try harder this time around. 🤞🏼

Even tho the gyms here have reopened, I still love to do Caroline's workouts. I also really like the fact that I can do workouts in my own time schedule. Especially with my new job starting soon. So please Caroline, never stop this, I love and need you!!!
This beastmode serie have been a complete pleasure, loved every minute of it and all of the burn! My third round of Beastmode finished! What a great mini-series. I like returning to it occasionally; it's as challenging as the first time! I increased my dumbbell's weight and saw a lot of progress. Thanks, Caroline!
Great sweaty and intense end to this series😁 Started working out with Caroline in July 2022, it's the first day of 2023 now and I just finished Beastmode (along with Epic I, Epic II, Complex, and Unilateral series, as well as many shorter workouts!). I admit, my enthusiasm took a hit during Beastmode, since I got sick with some respiratory virus for the first time in years, and still getting over it. Nevertheless, I definitely plan to continue in 2023, as Caroline's workouts are such high quality and you can see she truly enjoys working out even through all the struggles! 2022 was the year I finally left my eating disorder behind after ~10 years and getting into fitness helped me see that I can work with my body rather than against it. I've seen positive changes in my body and even if I'm not where I want to be, I have more acceptance and trust in my body and will aim to keep my mindset positive rather than obsessive.

Ooo it’s been a while since I did a HIIT!. I skipped the last one but will do it at the end because I don’t usually skip ANYTHING Caroline puts together. I just wasn’t feeling awake that day and had pain in my groin. I actually enjoyed this because there’s only the four sets of burpees at the beginning that gets them out the way. I used my lighter weights so I could get the pace up and I feel so pleased with myself 😊😇… I start a new job today so I’m totally pumped mentally and physically .. Caroline is my hero and always will be ❤🫶🏻🙌💪🦵

So yesterday I finally convinced my husband, who is very fit and goes to the gym 4-5 days a week, to do a CG workout at home with me. It was Friday’s full body and he was completely wiped out by the time we got to the bent over rows. Couldn’t finish and was blown away that I could. He said he should just cancel his gym membership haha. Thanks for making me so strong over this past year Caroline!

This is the best cardio workout I’ve done! I have been working out with you for about two years and while I was pregnant with my twins and all I can say is that these workouts have made me feel stronger and happier! a much needed abs starter! 🖤 i've been doing epic heat early in the morning and beast series in the evening because of the continued lockdown (can't even run outside. beaches & parks are closed.) never tempted to do caroline's hiit twice in a day but here we are! its rrrreaaally got me thinking of giving up smoking too one of these days. 😆 i'll try harder this time around. 🤞🏼

Great sweaty and intense end to this series😁 Started working out with Caroline in July 2022, it's the first day of 2023 now and I just finished Beastmode (along with Epic I, Epic II, Complex, and Unilateral series, as well as many shorter workouts!). I admit, my enthusiasm took a hit during Beastmode, since I got sick with some respiratory virus for the first time in years, and still getting over it. Nevertheless, I definitely plan to continue in 2023, as Caroline's workouts are such high quality and you can see she truly enjoys working out even through all the struggles! 2022 was the year I finally left my eating disorder behind after ~10 years and getting into fitness helped me see that I can work with my body rather than against it. I've seen positive changes in my body and even if I'm not where I want to be, I have more acceptance and trust in my body and will aim to keep my mindset positive rather than obsessive.

Ooo it’s been a while since I did a HIIT!. I skipped the last one but will do it at the end because I don’t usually skip ANYTHING Caroline puts together. I just wasn’t feeling awake that day and had pain in my groin. I actually enjoyed this because there’s only the four sets of burpees at the beginning that gets them out the way. I used my lighter weights so I could get the pace up and I feel so pleased with myself 😊😇… I start a new job today so I’m totally pumped mentally and physically .. Caroline is my hero and always will be ❤🫶🏻🙌💪🦵

Thank You! I wasn't sure I'd get through this today but I did and I'm grateful at 50% you put up "You've got this!" as it kept me going. I have really enjoyed this series and how well it coincided with my strength gains and buying some heavier weights a fortnight ago.

This was amazing honestly my arms are feeling it well on the dominant side but the right will catch up later. I’m excited for next week as it will be nice to take a break from the gym tbh

Despite doing Caroline’s workouts consistently for a little over a year, this workout was about showing up for me. Wasn’t really feeling it. Did about 50% and laird down and watched her sweat it out lol. Still proud of myself for showing up. Tomorrow I start circuit series and I’m excited!!
