Morning Matthew yep that staple for a full minute got the HR up🥵🥵 even though I didn't feel the love this morning the time flew by. Great variety and I did have fun but the LOVE wasn't there 🤣🤣 surprised myself did the add on and the bloody maker🤮🤮 dropped to most 6k and got through it and the love was starting then🤣🤣 well done and hope you bounced through both. Morning, Devansh! Kudos to your commitment to the advent series! That one was pure fire... Loved it from the moment I saw that dumbbell burpees are a staple move. Sweaty, rejuvenating and fun. Whole body worked hard in just 20 minutes. I did the barbell complex as the add-on and dead bug abs! I love this ab routine, Caroline is a genious! Can't wait to see what is in the store for tomorrow- another glute burner? We shall see.. have a lovely day!

Fantastic workout! Used 2x15 lbs, and it was challenging almost all the way through! I think I may have used 20 lb weights before for some of the moves, but with my form and mind-to-muscle connections improving, it was harder this time, I think! So glad.
I love these 20 minute workouts right now. It would be easy to skip with all the Christmas things that can distract us, but you can always fit in a 20 minute chunk of exercise. And I always feel so much better, so much happier afterwords. I love the feeling that comes with the DONE music! Have a great weekend!

The staple will increase the intensity 💪🏼 🔥 and I love combining strength training exercises with more cardio exercises, let’s smash it ! EDIT : the Bulgarian Lunges supersets were tough ! The staple is a killer, 1min can be very long when you’re in pain 😆 loved this one !

Morning Trish, a very mild morning here in Ireland! Definitely was a full body sweat sesh 🥵🥵🥵 not feeling the energy today. Time flew so fast but didn't feel the love for it and it was fun with the variety. Caroline sure knows how to mix & match the exercises to get the best from us. Decided to do add on hoping for abs but it was the maker 🤮🤮🤮 off I went and did it but dropped to 6 kg for most of it and enjoyed it immensely. Body feeling tired today. I have always hated burpees… they made me feel slow and tired. Somehow, dumbbell push-up burpees just make me feel strong and empowered! Thank you, Caroline, for an amazing start to my birthday today! It’s just after 5 am where I live, and I’m ready to rock this day! ☺️❤️🔥🥳

I had exactly 25 minutes to get a workout in before my meeting and happy to report that I finished it in record time. Did my warmup while Listening to Caroline’s intro. I’m a sucker for a good full body workout, I feel I make the best use of my time doing a full body routine and it is an absolutely stunning workout and will be revisiting it again. Thanks Caroline 😊

First time doing the rotational rows. Fun. This workout was intense! I used 20lbs throughout except the staple I dropped to 17.5 lbs. I completed this after the 30minute mighty full body workout.
Done and enjoyed. The advent workout didn't feel too bad, add on the maker workout and I'm wiped out 🥵🥵 That is one intense 10 minutes made even harder by all the push ups in the advent staple. Thank you ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saw the preview of the staple and was all like, "No way can I do that, I'm off to eat brioche", but so glad I gave it a chance. I was not graceful, but I did it. Thanks for the great workout.

Morning Trish, a very mild morning here in Ireland! Definitely was a full body sweat sesh 🥵🥵🥵 not feeling the energy today. Time flew so fast but didn't feel the love for it and it was fun with the variety. Caroline sure knows how to mix & match the exercises to get the best from us. Decided to do add on hoping for abs but it was the maker 🤮🤮🤮 off I went and did it but dropped to 6 kg for most of it and enjoyed it immensely. Body feeling tired today. Have a great weekend and well done 👏👏

I have always hated burpees… they made me feel slow and tired. Somehow, dumbbell push-up burpees just make me feel strong and empowered! Thank you, Caroline, for an amazing start to my birthday today! It’s just after 5 am where I live, and I’m ready to rock this day! ☺️❤️🔥🥳

I had exactly 25 minutes to get a workout in before my meeting and happy to report that I finished it in record time. Did my warmup while Listening to Caroline’s intro. I’m a sucker for a good full body workout, I feel I make the best use of my time doing a full body routine and it is an absolutely stunning workout and will be revisiting it again.

First time doing the rotational rows. Fun. This workout was intense! I used 20lbs throughout except the staple I dropped to 17.5 lbs. I completed this after the 30minute mighty full body workout.
Done and enjoyed. The advent workout didn't feel too bad, add on the maker workout and I'm wiped out 🥵🥵 That is one intense 10 minutes made even harder by all the push ups in the advent staple. Thank you ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
