    LOVE your workouts! Do you think you could mention whether the workouts are intense, or moderate intensity? I think it will help so much (because some days I want a real burn and some days I want something efficient, but not too intense) 😁 love from India

    Thank you!! I’m about 65 pounds overweight and five years post op sleeve.. I needed this because I’m so out of shape after letting thirty pounds creep back on. I plan on doing things like this four to five times a week.. and work on my food addiction as much as I can. I just want you to know I really appreciate this content being out there!

    After finishing a 12 hr shift that starts at 5am . . .the thought of doing burpees or jump lunges....is not going to happen! I LOVE the low impact with weights - and your other just weight workouts! You're lifesaver! Thank you!

    I really enjoyed this....Some people don't realize you can feel the after effects of low impact workouts immediately......I felt this one.......Excellent workout.

    This is the second low impact hiit workout i try from you and i'm so thankful! I have major ankle pain that doesn't let me jump right now so these low impact workouts allow me to still get a good cardio sweat on!

    Love this!! I have done Melissa Ioja workouts for years but now that I’m almost 47, I need to not be so hard on myself. I don’t feel 47, but these workouts are probably more realistic and safe for me💚You ROCK Heather!!! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Thank you for the no jumping workout. Makes it easier when you live on an upper floor apartment. One suggestion, when I think of workout songs I think of motivational like you can do this stuff not about a guy whose heart got broken.

    Have been doing this workout 4 times a week for 3 weeks. I know I should really change it up but I just love it sooooo much. I loved how I’ve improved but it’s been a good challenge

    I'm just getting back to exercise (other than walking) after a hip replacement. This was so so perfect! I can't do high impact anymore but this got my heart rate up. Awesome!

    I appreciate the low impact. It’s hard to find videos for me, that get you sweating, and feel like you’ve done something. I broke both my arms and legs in a car accident, so i have tons of chronic inflammations and joint issues. It’s hard to do high impact for me. My knees and such will start killing me to the point I can’t walk. Thank you for getting me moving, sweating and feeling sore!

    thank you Heather. I walk/run with my dogs everyday + yoga, so wasn't looking for anything high impact, nor needed to find lots more time to do. I wanted something short on time and high intensity with weights that I could do a few times a week to add to my current routine. your workouts are just what what I wanted!!! thanks again

    Thank you so much. My wife and I decided to start working out again consistently for 2021. I selected this workout for our 1st cardio/weight session for 2021. I really enjoy the exercises and the format of the workout. It really helps to see the preview of the exercise before starting it. I never felt like I was behind except when I got tired. LOL

    I'm 40! I've been struggling with cellulite since I was a teenager. Since I started doing your workouts I've notice big time improvement. I still and will always have it, but your workouts have made a difference. Thank you! Love your videos! I know eating better can help a lot more! But I can't 😬😁😎

    First time trying your workouts! It was great. Trying to get my pre-baby body back and my expensive gym membership isn’t working bc I have no time to get to the gym! I also nearly bought into a streaming service for online workouts, but now I have found you. And it’s free! Which fits my Maternity leave budget. Feeling hopeful again. Thank you!

    Thanks. i enjoyed just following the exercises without interruptions and instructions today. It was a nice change. (But instructions are very helpful too; it was nice to have a day with just the music to listen to.

    I loved this one...these are my favorite kinds of work outs! Thank you so much Heather! I feel so strong after doing your 12 week program, I did this one twice through! I am loving your April calendar after the 12 week program. Everything is so well thought out..takes guess work out but leaves flexibility. I can do something twice, add yoga or a walk, add another work out, or leave as is...it’s perfect! Much appreciation and gratitude from a full time working mama who doesn’t want to spend hours working out but wants to stay in shape

    This felt great! I can’t wait to work my way up to heavier weights for all of these exercises. The mountain climbers & Russian twists were rough on my back but I just took them at my own pace.

    What a great workout. I have my favourites that I alternate daily to. What I love is the no jump no talk workouts.
    As well as the ability in every one of your workouts to
    MOD-I-FY!
    I pick and choose as well as get a full workout. I hate pushups. Lol
    So I always modify those.
    And keep on going!
