I plan on doing things like this four to five times a week.. and work on my food addiction as much as I can. I just want you to know I really appreciate this content being out there!
After finishing a 12 hr shift that starts at 5am . . .the thought of doing burpees or jump lunges....is not going to happen! I LOVE the low impact with weights - and your other just weight workouts! You're lifesaver! Thank you!

This is the second low impact hiit workout i try from you and i'm so thankful! I have major ankle pain that doesn't let me jump right now so these low impact workouts allow me to still get a good cardio sweat on!

Thank you for the no jumping workout. Makes it easier when you live on an upper floor apartment. One suggestion, when I think of workout songs I think of motivational like you can do this stuff not about a guy whose heart got broken.
Have been doing this workout 4 times a week for 3 weeks. I know I should really change it up but I just love it sooooo much. I loved how I’ve improved but it’s been a good challenge

I'm just getting back to exercise (other than walking) after a hip replacement. This was so so perfect! I can't do high impact anymore but this got my heart rate up. Awesome!
I appreciate the low impact. It’s hard to find videos for me, that get you sweating, and feel like you’ve done something. I broke both my arms and legs in a car accident, so i have tons of chronic inflammations and joint issues. It’s hard to do high impact for me. My knees and such will start killing me to the point I can’t walk. Thank you for getting me moving, sweating and feeling sore!

I really enjoy the exercises and the format of the workout. It really helps to see the preview of the exercise before starting it. I never felt like I was behind except when I got tired. LOL

What a great workout. I have my favourites that I alternate daily to. What I love is the no jump no talk workouts. As well as the ability in every one of your workouts to MOD-I-FY! I pick and choose as well as get a full workout. I hate pushups. Lol So I always modify those. And keep on going! Thank you. Keep them coming.

Quick burn. Perfect workout before I head into work. I added jumps to some of the moves as well as holds to add some extra spice! 👍💪💕
