Love this workout because since I am overweight and laying down elevates my blood pressure. It gives me a great option to work on balance and core strength. At my age, I need more functional strength exercise in a HIIT format that keeps me mobile, pain-free, flexible, strong, and helps me lose weight sensibly... common sense workouts like yours! I really love your channel. The best!! Thank you!!!
Love this! It’s abs and hips like you said, plus a little cardio and arms with a set of 2lb weights. Very apartment friendly and great for those of us looking for low impact cardio. It makes a nice morning workout.
I am a 53 year old, totally out of shape desk worker who is trying to get my body back! I am so happy I started this one...it was not too hard yet challenging and I will be doing it daily for strength! Just the right time for me as well ..I was PUSHING myself. Thanks so much for a wonderful video...I feel like I accomplished something WONDERFUL for my body this am!!! Oh, and KUDO'S on the (R) and (L) which I noticed half way thru while trying to figure WHICH leg I should be working!!!! Thought out beautifully! I am so happy! By far the most enjoyable workout out there! ❤ A no-brainer - my body memorised all the moves in no time. Raised my heartbeat, trained me to control my breathing, and worked the abs❤. Went into the workout head empty, finished feeling good about myself!
Day 1 after this workout: my core is sore! This is going to be a new staple. I used a 15lb db for the oblique side bends And a 5lb kb for the knee drives / high knee crunch / march & twist
