Original plan was to do one of your 30 min cardio and core workouts but my kids had other plans 😆I heard Lindsey in my head saying "15 minutes is better than no minutes" and I had just enough time to get this workout done and feel accomplished. So grateful to have NML in this season of life!
Agreed! Just got my 3 year old and 10 month old to bed in HK, workout didn't happen this morning, and this popped up just at the right time to remind me 15 mins is better than no minutes! Smashed it out before sofa time! 😅😅
Great workout - I don't have a kettlebell and a dumbbell works just fine. I have vertigo so most of my work outs are standing bc I cannot lay flat on the floor. Keep them coming!! You and Rachel are the best and keep me motivated!!!!!!
Functional core strength w/out cardio is a PERFECT post-run workout (and short enough that I can squeeze it in while baby naps!). I've loved all the NML workouts I've tried so far but this one is getting bookmarked. Way to go Lindsey and Rachel!

Love this one. I was actually able to keep up using 15lb, 20lb weights. Then I did 40 push up and members challenge in-between before repeating. More of these quick, standing core. Love to use as add ons as well.💪

I LOVE the kettlebell workouts!! It's nice to switch up with standard dumbbells! Also this is the perfect add on following a run! I love to reconnect with my core and focus solely stabilization on hard run days!

Lindsay thank you SO much for the different angles on the kettlebell swing. Thank you for even incorporating the use of the kettlebell, I don't see enough of it in homework programs. I know a flat tummy is really diet, but damn it feels sooooo good to workout with the kettlebell 😂 I also looooove when you wear pink, it looks so damn good on you!

when i did this work out it didnt seem like a "huge deal", i mean like one of those workouts in NML that you end up absolutely crashed. However, two days later all my front abs, sides and back are sore!! its a sneaky one :)

Awesome session. I did oblique crunches instead of standing obliques. I used 12 lbs for windmill and 20lbs. for all the other ab excercises.
