    I'm 50 & going through the menopause & have had cancer treatment. Haven't exercised in a while, have sadly put on weight. This is day 1 of my fitness & weightloss journey, just added this onto my 45 minute walk ... looking forward to your other workouts.

    As everyone has said, a short but effective workout for those short on time...or even lazy days! Always feel better after moving my body.

    Teriffic workout. I've been doing several of these and will add ones I don't do. I've found that kettlebell exercises provide good cardio workout as well as strengthening. I'm 78

    Just got into kettlebell excercise and i love this workout. I workout during my 2 year olds nap and I do a 20-30 min pilates workout before this, so I needed a quick routine and this one is awesome. I do it almost everyday. I already feel stronger after 4 days!

    Perfect little workout!! I'm a busy mom of 4 and expecting baby #5 this summer. This will be a perfect little afternoon pick-me-up on the days I'm not able to get a longer morning workout in. So appreciate this! Definitely saving for later!

    Loved this basic but so effective workout! I went heavy with dumbbells and repeated it a second time for a full 30 minute sweat! Thank you for always giving us so many options to scale up or down. Getting stronger every day in mind and body!

    I only had about 20 mins today so this was perfect. I did the full warmup + workout and then rewound it back to the start of the first move and did it again! Thanks for all of the great moves and for always showing modifications or alternate gear to use!

    Loved this! I knew that I was doing my hip hinges wrong, but I couldn’t figure out what. Your introduction was exactly what I needed to fix my form. Also, I think I might need to get a kettlebell now, so much fun!

    Did this twice: first time with 20 pound dumbbell; second time with 30 pound dumbbell (back to 20 for around the world). First time I used the 30! 🎉

    Thank you for explaining how to do a proper kettle bell swing! I quit doing them yrs ago due to back pain. No wonder...I was squatting with them! Also love the ab exercise at the end!!! ❤

      Way to crush this workout! I personally don't believe you can spot treat specific areas. I'd focus on increasing the weights you're using in your upper body workouts! That will build overall muscle in the arms and help you achieve that toned look most people are striving for

    Fantastic - I love that I can do this as a single set or repeat x 3 Also thanks for the pro tip re forearms to inner thighs rt the swing - in all the years I’ve been swinging a kettlebell, I’ve never heard that tip re form and it’s a game changer.     I lOVEd this video. The instruction was great, especially the details about the kettlebell swing- very helpful for someone new to this (as I am). If I could ask one thing, your instructions were very fast; would you be able/willing to slow down your instructions just a hair?

    Really enjoyed this workout! The only thing I cant do are lunges, because I have bad ankles/heels and they are unsteady. But everything else I can do. Do you have any suggestions for kettlebell workouts without lunges?

    1st round was with a 15 lbs kettlebell. Just finished 2nd round with 20 lbs dumbbells. I may have a 3rd round before midnight.

    Similar to others, I find this full body workout a great add-on to a long walk. Gives me the added zing that even a brisk walk lacks.

    Every time I try to attempt these exercises, my back hurts 😫 how can I do them without my back hurting me

      I would recommend reducing your weights to focus on your form, also it important to keep your core engaged to protect your back!

      Your back hurts because
      1) exercises are not properly being done by the people in the video,
      2) the weight you're using is too heavy,
      3) you're not warming up properly and cooling down afterwards

      Hi!! There are a couple different things that can cause back pain -- core engagement during exercises like swings is a pretty common cause!

    Anybody have an idea of how many calories burned with a 15 pound kettle and this workout?

    I am confused when talks about leg, foot or other body parts she has them reversed. For put your right foot forward she puts her left foot forward. Is it just me that sees that?

      I think they mirror you so they need to do the opposite foot to you. So when they say put YOUR right leg forward or whatever they do left leg for themselves etc

      Since every body is different we don't count calorie burn!

    Great workout, but no way is this beginner-level. More like intermediate-level. Especially if you’re a woman using a 35 lb kettlebell, or a man using a 40 lb kettlebell. So, if you’re a beginner, use a lighter kettlebell, and don’t get discouraged if you’re unable to keep up. Give it some time and practice and you will progress.
