Just got into kettlebell excercise and i love this workout. I workout during my 2 year olds nap and I do a 20-30 min pilates workout before this, so I needed a quick routine and this one is awesome. I do it almost everyday. I already feel stronger after 4 days!

Way to crush this workout! I personally don't believe you can spot treat specific areas. I'd focus on increasing the weights you're using in your upper body workouts! That will build overall muscle in the arms and help you achieve that toned look most people are striving for
After doing a lot of MetCon workouts lately I missed seeing Rachel and Lindsey’s squinty eyes and getting countdown cheers. This was a good one to use heavy weight and work on form

Your back hurts because 1) exercises are not properly being done by the people in the video, 2) the weight you're using is too heavy, 3) you're not warming up properly and cooling down afterwards
I am confused when talks about leg, foot or other body parts she has them reversed. For put your right foot forward she puts her left foot forward. Is it just me that sees that?
I think they mirror you so they need to do the opposite foot to you. So when they say put YOUR right leg forward or whatever they do left leg for themselves etc
Great workout, but no way is this beginner-level. More like intermediate-level. Especially if you’re a woman using a 35 lb kettlebell, or a man using a 40 lb kettlebell. So, if you’re a beginner, use a lighter kettlebell, and don’t get discouraged if you’re unable to keep up. Give it some time and practice and you will progress.

Every time I try to attempt these exercises, my back hurts 😫 how can I do them without my back hurting me
I would recommend reducing your weights to focus on your form, also it important to keep your core engaged to protect your back!
Your back hurts because
1) exercises are not properly being done by the people in the video,
2) the weight you're using is too heavy,
3) you're not warming up properly and cooling down afterwards

Since every body is different we don't count calorie burn!
