Did this as a stand-alone workout while my newborn sleeps. Perfect thing to pair with some abs, push-ups, and recovery work. I love these quick but powerful workouts!

Started doing your workouts and really get inspired to keep going and not over train as I've done in the past because of my eating disorder. I would workout 4-5hrs a day. Not eat and severely cut my calories low. Since starting your workouts I've been slowly adding in little amounts of healthier food to my day and limiting my exercise. Thank you for being a positive role model influencer. I've got 4 kids. I'm a single mom and this just gives me what I need daily to stay fit and healthy
So this is a real killer workout. I did not felt like moving, but need to do something and choose this one yesterday and now I wish there where no stairs (or toilets) at all. Thanks Rach&Lindsey, you are the best!
I just did this after Metcon day 6, because obviously that wasn't hard enough! Uh...NOPE! I just felt inspired to keep going a little bit more! Thanks for all your encouragement- let alone all the hard work that goes into these videos xx

This is so good!!! Could you consider making a two week program that is 30 min workouts with a separate burnout option included in the calendar. These shorts are soooo good but at the end of my workouts, I forget which options you already have there for us!

I like these short 10 minute workouts. Often they are the only ones I have time for. Or they get me started on a lazy day as it’s easy to persuade myself when I know it’s just 10 minutes. Thanks again for doing these videos. I like how you talk through and also what you tell us about yourself and how you feel doing the workout. Often it feels so relatable and it motivates me do more or complete it. One thing I’d appreciate if you could say the weight of the dumbbells you are using also in kilograms.

I know you say 10 minutes is better than no minutes but how effective is it really as a standalone workout without any warm up or prior run/longer workout? Am I actually able to build muscles by doing these short workouts every other day? With two toddlers and a baby it's all I have time for at the moment and it feels great that I can do at least that but I'd also like to tone my body and now somehow I'm starting to doubt if it is enough?
Holy moly! I completed this after a 30-minute glute/ hamstring & a 10 side booty workout. This was an epic finisher for those glutes. I used 20lb weights.
