    This is the perfect add-on to running around with my kids in the backyard today! As I was running with them on my shoulders and throwing them into the air I was thinking, "I never could have done this without Lindsay and Rachel!!" ❤So thankful for you guys.

    Amazing ab workout Lindsey!! I’ve been feeling so sluggish because I’m prepping to move into my new house (first time homebuyer over here!!) and I’ve been so exhausted. But I pushed myself to do strong 25 and todays ab challenge and am so happy I did. Thanks for all of the motivation to show up 💪🏻💪🏻

    I appreciate short but effective ab sessions. I have a weak core. working my abs frequently but in shorter duration is perfect for me.

      I would work through our diastasis recti program first!! Then you could progress to this - just follow Rach's mods!

    Great workout!!
    Would it be possible to upload videos a little earlier than 04.00 am?
    I am watching from Europe and i work out in the morning. I follow your 5 day week split and always start on Mondays. But 04.00am is already noon here...
    Not really a problem, i just start your new challenges usually the next week, just mentioning 'cause others Europe might have the same issue

    I’m really looking forward to the rest of these! Question though, I find with some of the movements that I feel a lot of burning in my legs/quads. Is that because my body is trying to compensate for my abs?

      It really depends on how you're feeling!! If you're super sore you can take a rest day mid-week!

    Abs are my least favorite muscle to work but that's because they are the weakest. Grateful for some quick and dirty ab workouts for when I'm not feeling it.
