I follow your 5 day week split and always start on Mondays. But 04.00am is already noon here... Not really a problem, i just start your new challenges usually the next week, just mentioning 'cause others Europe might have the same issue Love your workouts and your super positive vibes!!
I’m really looking forward to the rest of these! Question though, I find with some of the movements that I feel a lot of burning in my legs/quads. Is that because my body is trying to compensate for my abs?
Abs are my least favorite muscle to work but that's because they are the weakest. Grateful for some quick and dirty ab workouts for when I'm not feeling it.

I appreciate short but effective ab sessions. I have a weak core. working my abs frequently but in shorter duration is perfect for me.

It really depends on how you're feeling!! If you're super sore you can take a rest day mid-week!
