Wow... the results are awesome. I never came across a workout that has shown instant results. Just after 2 days of workout I see my butt lifted and improved banana rolls. I was searching for a butt focused video since so long time and came across few but nothing has shown results for me and were extremely tough. This workout is my life saver. This is my 3rd day my ass turned out to be great as if I'm doing the workout for a month. The results may vary for others I have a lean body and my body fat is mostly in butt area. I'll continue doing it daily will post my results after a month 🤗.

My husband and my daughter-in-law have noticed how much my body has changed without me even realizing myself. I actually have a bum now, and arms are stronger and sculpted. I do cardio at my gym. I have the same problem sometimes. Maybe try glute activation workout before this one and see how that goes. Also consistency is key so I’m sure the more you work it out the more you will feel it

I was looking for a quick glute workout. Liked the format of this and repeating exercises in supersets with pulses. I replaced deadlifts with hip thrusts because I prefer those. Loved the workout, thanks!

I’ve attempted High squat, Low sumo squat, Sumo squat deadlift, Glute bridge consecutively for a week, I can really feel the burn! 🔥 My thigh & butt have definitely felt firmer 🥹 I didn’t do Romanian deadlift & side to side lunges bc I felt that my posture seems off…nevertheless, I’ll try to continue with this workout streak! There are really times where I’m just feeling super lethargic from work & wanna put off doing my daily workout…but perseverance is the key! I’m pretty skinny so I’m glad that I’m building some strong core muscles 💪🏻
