    Wow... the results are awesome. I never came across a workout that has shown instant results. Just after 2 days of workout I see my butt lifted and improved banana rolls. I was searching for a butt focused video since so long time and came across few but nothing has shown results for me and were extremely tough. This workout is my life saver. This is my 3rd day my ass turned out to be great as if I'm doing the workout for a month. The results may vary for others I have a lean body and my body fat is mostly in butt area. I'll continue doing it daily will post my results after a month 🤗.

    Caroline... you are truly amazing. You explain EVERYTHING and thats such a huge help. I’m a petite woman and have been trying to get the motivation to strength train (I’m pretty weak) and then you come along!     My name is Emma. I am new to your videos. They are fabulous. I am 61 and have ben working out with you for about 2months. All other workouts pale in comparison. I especially love this glute session. My husband and my daughter-in-law have noticed how much my body has changed without me even realizing myself. I actually have a bum now, and arms are stronger and sculpted. I do cardio at my gym. They do offer weight classes but they don’t work with my schedule. I looked to RUclips and found you. My friends have commented on my figure. I actually look forward to my workout with you. Thank you! You probably won’t see me but I see you.

    Hi, I have done this workout 2 times now. Love it. The best glutes exercise by far. I am 60 yrs old and trying to lift everything back into position 😅😁
    I will definitely try all the other exercises too 😊

    OMG I miss you
    I used to do this workout during quarantine and it worked. I did it 2x a day for 6 days in a week. Everyone was talking about my body and how great it looked. I stopped and today I’m ready to start all over again!❤️

    I love the way you explain the workouts in the beginning of the video so the viewer is prepared and knows what to expect. The actual workout portion of your video is great. I am excited to use this workout on a consistent basis and hopefully I will not only see results, but gain strength.

    This must have been on of your early uploads this year, I don’t know how I missed it but I love it! I wasn’t expecting it but the lateral lunges were very challenging for me today, especially the 5 pulses! I really like this format, it would be great to see more workouts laid out like this 😀

    This workout really got me huffin and puffin quick!! I would've continued if not for the pain I felt in the top part of my inner thighs. Will try again once I'm pain free though!!

    Done and dusted ... after a kickbox cardio ....I am all sweaty and feel the burn ....loved it. Now off to my 10-minutes abs and I am done :) Thank you, Caroline, for the amazing and great workouts ... and btw, great music.... Love doing those in the mornings :)

    Caroline, I did this work out 3 days ago and I can barely move now, I love it! My quads and hamstrings are very sore but not my glutes so much. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for sharing your videos!!

      I have the same problem sometimes. Maybe try glute activation workout before this one and see how that goes. Also consistency is key so I’m sure the more you work it out the more you will feel it

    I was looking for a quick glute workout. Liked the format of this and repeating exercises in supersets with pulses. I replaced deadlifts with hip thrusts because I prefer those. Loved the workout, thanks!

    I’ve attempted High squat, Low sumo squat, Sumo squat deadlift, Glute bridge consecutively for a week, I can really feel the burn! 🔥 My thigh & butt have definitely felt firmer 🥹 I didn’t do Romanian deadlift & side to side lunges bc I felt that my posture seems off…nevertheless, I’ll try to continue with this workout streak! There are really times where I’m just feeling super lethargic from work & wanna put off doing my daily workout…but perseverance is the key! I’m pretty skinny so I’m glad that I’m building some strong core muscles 💪🏻

    Love your workouts but some vocals at the change over would be good during the workout - saves me having to put my glasses on to check I’m doing correct exercise
