    The shoulder stretch is SO key!!! The standing option is great when you have a quick minute while cooking or a break at work!

    I loved that mobility add on. Especially the hip stretch at the end with the couch. I felt that one deeply and will try to do that daily. Thanks!!

    The couch stretch is amazing! I have bad lower discs and my right hips/quads get insanely tight. The stretch was excruciating at first, but I relaxed and kept easing my way back in and suddenly it let go! I have never experienced that feeling before. It completely relaxed! Thank you for this stretch!

    Do you need to put your knee on a cushion for the couch stretch? Or can you do it without a cushion? 😊
