The couch stretch is amazing! I have bad lower discs and my right hips/quads get insanely tight. The stretch was excruciating at first, but I relaxed and kept easing my way back in and suddenly it let go! I have never experienced that feeling before. It completely relaxed! Thank you for this stretch!
