    Just did this now and I loved it! Especially those 2 stretches at the end, where you tick tock and push your elbow into your knee to stretch the hip and the rocking forwards and back! Now Day 10 cardio I'm coming for you!

    I love this so much! This is the only dynamic stretching routine I've found that I like, that I can do, and that makes me feel good afterwards! It's simple and quick, but does wonders for energizing me in just 10 minutes. I love to do this when I'm about to go spend time outside. Thank you!

    I woke up early for this today...I needed it! Can't wait to finish this 2 weeks challenge tomorrow. I am looking forward to doing other videos from this channel. It has been a blessing! The last time I attempted this challenge I quit on day 8...for many reasons, most of it had to do with mind over matter. My heart wasn't in it. It is now. Thank you so much for this program!     AHHH love these videos!! I seriously use them more than the workouts 😂. I love the hip mobility part, pleaseee more! I’m so sad the challenge is almost done😔. I’m going away for 2 weeks soon, I will definitely miss the workouts so much 🙌🏽, although I will try to do some no equipment ones!

    Hi i love your videos I have been doing your belly core one and I had a question I have DR but I also have a hernia can I still fix my DR with having the hernia?

      So glad you're loving the workouts. I can't answer this question without knowing more about the severity of your DR/hernia but I would suggest seeking out a pelvic floor physical therapist!

    WAY too fast for me personally. Didn't get to enjoy the stretch for too long. I decided to do this on an "off day" from my regular workout for stretching... don't think that's what this is for.
    BUT I did do it and enjoyed it, even though it wasn't what I was aiming for.

      Haha, yes, I probably was tired (typically film the stretching videos at the end of our full day shoots so this was probably after 4 workouts :)!

    I am doing it twice a week and you know what is bordering me? At the end, lady thinks after this training, i am energised 😂💀 i prefer training with weights😅 believe me or not they are easier

    Love the routine but she talks way too fast that i cant hear and understand what she’s saying..sounds like she is even catching her own breath.maybe next time talk a litte bit slow so we can understand clearly your instruction while performing each move
