Just did this now and I loved it! Especially those 2 stretches at the end, where you tick tock and push your elbow into your knee to stretch the hip and the rocking forwards and back! Now Day 10 cardio I'm coming for you!
Day 9 & 10 combined made for a great workout. Thanks for this great Splitstrong series, I really enjoyed it, will definitely be coming back to do them again. A xx

Hi i love your videos I have been doing your belly core one and I had a question I have DR but I also have a hernia can I still fix my DR with having the hernia?
So glad you're loving the workouts. I can't answer this question without knowing more about the severity of your DR/hernia but I would suggest seeking out a pelvic floor physical therapist!
WAY too fast for me personally. Didn't get to enjoy the stretch for too long. I decided to do this on an "off day" from my regular workout for stretching... don't think that's what this is for. BUT I did do it and enjoyed it, even though it wasn't what I was aiming for.
I am doing it twice a week and you know what is bordering me? At the end, lady thinks after this training, i am energised 😂💀 i prefer training with weights😅 believe me or not they are easier
Love the routine but she talks way too fast that i cant hear and understand what she’s saying..sounds like she is even catching her own breath.maybe next time talk a litte bit slow so we can understand clearly your instruction while performing each move
