I love this stretching, thank you for making it. Just one minor suggestion, it could be perfect if we leave each movement a bit longer, say 30 seconds or 5 breathes. I noticed it is a bit rush while I want to stay a bit longer to feel my body relaxing. If you will refilm this one with a bit more time for each movement pls let me know, I will definitely save it as my daily stretching. Thanks.
What exercise can I do if I can't do the exercise lying on your belly with feet together, then you do leg lift to the sky? Also the last exercise is too hard, the one where you raise and lower the leg in a bridge? Any suggestions for those 2 moves? Thanks Chris. P. S. I love your music.

Thanks to this comment, I played the video on .75 speed and it still felt a little short so I'm glad I slowed it down! Good combo of stretches :)
