Love this!! Any chance you can make another video focusing on ankle mobility and maybe also knee mobility all in one video? My ankle limits how much I can walk in a day and starts to hurt my opposite knee because of the weird walk I do. LOL
I tore my ATFL and I’ve been doing all that I can to regain ROM and stability through my ankle I was so excited for this video.
