So good! My shoulders feel so warm and smooth afterwards. I'm carrying a lot these days (a sick toddler and always so much stuff) an my shoulders are pretty stiff and hurt a lot, although I'm pretty fit.
Loving these mobility routines! Can you do one for neck stretches - for those of us who sit at computers for long period of time during the day? I find my neck muscles between my neck and shoulder get so tight!

Those are not how the dumbbell external rotations work at all. The rotation here does nothing. If you're using this dumbbells you should be lying on your side. This is like doing a bench press standing up
@nourishmovelove you and just about every you tube video are inflatable wavy arm tube guys on wheels. The problem is there is no feedback. 35 years ago when I started poor presentations meant no money. Presenting live you learn. videos nothing . Don't take my word ..turn the TV on ..watch and learn

Whatever works best for you! If you want an extra warm up do it before, but if you want an extra cool down do it after!
What would you recommend for relaxing the shoulders, I always have them tensed up to my ears 😂
